A way to get a head in real estate! Realtor photos of $90k home filled with beer cans collected by its party-loving residents becomes the most viewed in the country
    • A trash filled Texas home has become the most viewed property on the internet in the U.S. this week
    • From the outside it appears like an unremarkable three-bedroom family house with a big garden
    • But inside the floors are covered with empty beer cans and other trash while spiderwebs cover the walls
    • House beat the likes of a $7 million Lake Michigan mansion and a cave-built home in Missouri to number one

The only surprise is that the house is not located in Florida.

Couple who had 'Fixer Upper' team to renovate one-bedroom home they got for free are now trying to sell it for $950,000 - after deciding not to move in and instead turn it into a $325-a-night Airbnb
    • Cameron and Jessica Bell got a tiny shotgun house in Waco, Texas in 2015, and had it renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines, the husband-and-wife duo from HGTV's Fixer Upper
    • Couple were living in Denton at the time, but said they planned to move to Waco when the house was finished
    • But the couple never moved in and instead immediately listed it on Airbnb, charging $325 a night
    • Now, the couple are trying to sell the 1,050-square-foot home for a stunning $950,000
    • The pair, who married in 2012, both work for a drug company in the Dallas area
    • Last year, it was revealed that at least six homes Chip and Joanna worked on had been turned into rentals
    • At the time, a spokesman for the couple said they would be re-evaluating their client contracts

Its sounding like property bubble days again. To add to this I had a renter leaving to buy a house. Do you think the lender even called me to check if he paid his rent on time? Nope
One of the usual past arrogant acting high nose in the air jerks whom I haven't seen in a few years is now back over at Home Depot with his new fully loaded GMC SIerra acting like God's gift to the world again.
A former Home Depot Associate has now gotten another Real Estate Office Franchise after failing at her last franchise a few years back after the bubble popped.
And the cycle goes on and on....

    • Driver Allen Miller, 31, was taken to the hospital for injuries before being booked

    • Homeowners Ken and Kelly Downs are furious about their home being destroyed

In this video I introduce my next real estate project. It's about 570 sq feet, block construction and needs a renovation. The plan is to make it rental property. I'll be documenting progress on this house on this channel and my other channel, Homemade Home...seen here. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcDz...

The video pretty much sums it up but if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment. Thanks.

Nice cobwebs in the OP. Probably a few grand worth of aluminum cans there. Natural Light, that's like drinking Burgie. I was at Walmart a few months ago. A woman in front of me asked for a carton of cigarettes. Checker says "What Brand?" Woman: "Whatever is the cheapest". Wow, pretty bad when you don't even have a favorite, when it comes to smokes or beer, just whatever is cheapest.
