Wonder if any of you have dealt with "Bullion Exchanges"? They sell on Ebay. They had some ATB Shenandoah bullion pucks for $116.00, good price. I got the last one, or so I thought. Item was shown as shipped on my Ebay page, with tracking number. Then they call me, and tell me they "oversold" the item. Guy tells me I can get a "KIsatchie, or a Blueridge instead. I say, no, don't want them. I tell him that I notice they have some slabbed Shenandoahs for 30 bucks more than I paid for the raw coin, thinking they might be interested in making my first experience with them, a positive one. Guy get's off the phone to speak to his manager, comes back and tells me that they'll give me 5 bucks off for my "Inconvenience". No thanks dude, give me a refund! Now, asking for the slabbed coin may seem like alot, but 30 bucks for ensuring a future customer, and me posting a positive message right now, versus this one, seems like a no brainer. Worst case, they would break even on that deal. Guy had to talk to a Manager to offer me a 5 dollar discount? Later Dudes!
