California Governor VIOLATES Constitution… “Impeachable Offense”
    By Conservative Army

In Article 10, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, it’s very clear about what is prohibited of states:

“No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation.”

And that is exactly what California Governor Jerry Brown did in his alliance with China, against Congress and the President of the United States — in other words, it’s an impeachable offense.

Keep Article 10, Section 1 in mind as you read The Hill’s 06/06/17 report:

“California Gov. Jerry Brown signed an agreement to work with China to lower greenhouse gas emissions Tuesday, just days after President Trump pulled the United States out of an international climate change agreement.

“The agreement aims to expand cooperation between China and California on renewable energy, zero-emission vehicles and low-carbon urban development, Brown’s office said. It will establish a joint working group of Chinese and Californian officials to come up with ways to work together, and to invest in programs that would cut carbon emissions.

“Brown signed the pact with Wan Gang, China’s minister of science and technology, before meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

“’California is the leading economic state in America and we are also the pioneering state on clean technology, cap and trade, electric vehicles and batteries, but we can’t do it alone,’ Brown said Tuesday. ‘We need a very close partnership with China, with your businesses, with your provinces, with your universities.’

“Brown is in the middle of a weeklong trip to China, where he has signed similar agreements with leaders from Sichuan and Jiangsu provinces. Brown will headline the Under2 Clean Energy Forum on Wednesday in Beijing, a gathering of 170 cities, states and nations working to keep the global average temperature increase under two degrees Celsius.”

The gay and transgender communist SJW judges and politicians in California are never held accountable for their actions. Why should that change now?

California government is a violation and offense to human decency. Should pack up the whole mess and send it on a fast boat to China.

So, in my auto tab renewal form it says "If you're thinking about buying a new car, be sure it is California emission control compliant." Apparently Washington state requires its vassals march in californicate's band.
So... doesn't this (defacto) make their alliance applicable to the whole US? After all car makers aren't going to make one type just for the californicate market.

Car makers have been making California cars for years, and will continue to do so. Different engines, different exhaust systems, etc.

Charter reads "No state shall..." Brown did as governor. Brown is not the state. Would I like to see his punk ass hauled in? Why yes I would as that is the best them boneheads can do down there after gray davis. They should be punished for their iniquity of using the parchment as butt wipe.

Who cares about the US constitution or ANY constitution nowadays? We already know the federal and state governments hate all the constitutions because these constitutions limit them and they simply cannot tolerate such limitations. People, the non-government types, don't give a damn about any constitution. If it ain't on facebook it's irrelevant. The constitution means NOTHING to them because they were and have been kept totally ignorant of such things. You can directly thank the US judiciary for this (see: Marbury v. Madison, USSC 1803) and the rest of the federal government and the extant states at that time for covering/ignoring the usurpation of power by the judiciary.

But, what does that history matter? That was all done during the time of the founders so it must all be good, right? Yes, Virginia, all was not as good as it seemed. You see, the founders were humans and as such they, too had their own biases, lusts, agendas, businesses, property and their own interests and egos to deal with and make happen by way of the constitution and subsequent laws of the newly minted federal government and the of the states where in they resided and conducted their lives and businesses. Following them came men who, like anyone else with a brain, schemed and scammed and devised as many ways as possible to use the new rules of the game (constitution and existing laws) to their advantage and to use new court rulings and interpretations of the rules and laws also to their advantage. Every subsequent congress, business, court and judge has repeated this process since then to further erode any and all good found in the federal constitution and state constitutions.

The result? The existing constitutions really are more useful as bung fodder...toilet paper.

I personally do not think the populace will, for any cause or reason, slowly or instantly, resort or revert to demanding freedom and liberty for all. They will come to demand some form of fascism/socialism more overt than what exists now. The people simply cannot accept that human goodness/generosity is their own personal responsibility toward humanity and NOT the duty or concern of any government or agency outside of themselves. They cannot accept that it is they who are responsible to discover, decide, declare and defend law. They cannot understand that no law can or does stop evil or it's crimes. They cannot understand that government needs to be VERY small and that it can operate quite well WITHOUT direct and most indirect forms of taxation.

So, no. I foresee no real future for America or even it's remnants to become anything even remotely resembling the "bastion of freedom" it supposedly was in the 18th or 19th centuries.
