Does anyone know how to clean frosty coating off solar panel without damaging it? Does anyone know how to apply a clear weatherproof coating on a solar panel without damaging it ? Thanks in advance. This is for small solar panels for outdoor flood lights and flag pole solar light.

Plastic ones hey? I use auto cut-n-polish but you can use brasso or even a polymer scourer pad from the kitchen providing it's a little worn. The white coating is simply oxidized plastic, like surface rust on steel. Once you have them transparent again apply a couple of coats of carwax every 3 or 6 months to protect them. Next time buy Glass ones if you have the option.
