    Welcome to Day 10 of Hatha Yoga Happiness. Today's topic/tool is to never take anyone personally. Many times we react to other people's issues when there's absolutely no need. We all have pain inside of us. Sometimes, someone will come along and trigger it with words, or a look or actions. If we didn't have that pain already within us, the situation wouldn't even bother us and the same it true for others. They have the pain of an old wound within them and we say or do something to trigger it. They lash out at us, but unless we're deliberately trying to be hurtful, the situation really isn't about us at all and there's no reason to take it personally or to be hurt.     No, you don't have to eat as much as a 275-pound bodybuilder does to be successful with this program—although we've provided that info if you want to try. But you'll probably have to eat more than you're accustomed to, both in terms of protein and vegetables. If you watched Evan's video "How an IFBB Pro Really Eats," you know the man can put away serious amounts of kale.

    This won't be easy. But will it be worth it? Well, I'll let you decide once you start struggling to find a pair of pants that fit over your quads.

    | How Much to Eat |
    - Calories are necessary to drive growth, but not at the expense of throwing nutrient quality and your health out the window. Evan insists that food quality is crucial. "If you're constantly eating like crap, you're going to train like crap," he says.

    - That's not a recipe for growth. Rather than focusing purely on protein, carbohydrates, and fat, he adds a fourth mandatory "macro"—vegetables—and he encourages you to do the same.

    - Here are the macros he recommends for anyone following Iron Intelligence:

    Protein: 1.5 grams per pound of body weight per day
    Carbohydrates: 1.5 grams per pound of body weight per day
    Healthy Fats: 0.65 grams per pound of body weight per day
    Vegetables: 2 grams per pound of body weight per day
    Remember that the numbers above serve as a starting point, not a set-in-stone prescription. Begin by figuring out how many calories you need per day by using Bodybuilding.com's calorie calculator. Make sure you select "weight gain" and choose either "moderately" or "very" active, depending on your job and lifestyle outside of the gym.

    If you are extremely overweight, you want to focus on LOW IMPACT exercises and avoid high impact exercises such as jumping or running because it can be extremely stressful on your joints and may cause injuries.

    This is a really effective total body low impact workout to help you burn fat, increase your metabolism, increase lean muscles and lose weight.

    Exercises
    1) Tip Toe Squat
    2) Low Impact Burpees
    3) Sumo Squat & Heel Touch
    4) Kneel to Squat
    5) Standing Crunches + Kick
    6) Knee Pushup and Tap
    7) Reverse Crunches
    8) Plank

    Sequence: 8 Minutes, 8 Intervals (40secs Workout - 20secs Rest)
    Repeat 2 sets
    Rest for 1 minute between sets
    Total Time: 20 minutes
    Estimated Calories Burned: 200 - 250Cals
    Best Results: Do this workout 3 to 4 times weekly on alternate days.
    Perform 45 - 60 minutes of low intensity cardio such as speed walking, swimming, cycling or dancing on the other days.

    To progress:
    - Increase the workout time and reduce the rest time (for instance 50secs workout - 10 secs rest for each exercise)
    - Perform 3 - 4 sets and make it a 40-minute workout
    - Lift some weights to make it more challenging

    *You MUST perform 5 - 10 minutes warm-up before exercising and 5 - 10 minutes stretches after exercising to cool down. This is to avoid injuries, to reduce muscle soreness and speed up your recovery.

    Okay so it's been a while since I've had a really good chest and arm pump. So here is it. Trying to not talk as much in this training video like normal. This chest and arm routine was just about how I felt and what I wanted to do in the gym. No real direction as far as programming etc...just for the pump. Enjoy!
