    We've all been there at some point or another... You know you should go to the gym and workout, you know that it's good for you and all that stuff... But you just can't get motivated to go.

    Maybe you use to workout in the past, and maybe you were in really good shape at one point, but now it just seems like a big chore to drag yourself to the gym and you'd rather not go.

    Now there are a lot of causes for lack of motivation to exercise, but one thing that you are probably doing is making the task of going to the gym and working out "Too BIG" in your mind.

    For example, you might be visualizing doing a high intensity 2-hour long workout routine and the thought of having to put yourself through such a routine seems like pure torture. And you'd rather just go home and relax in front of the TV instead.

    But the truth of the matter is that you don't have to do a crazy long workout, or even a high intensity workout, you can start off taking baby steps in the right direction.

    In this video you'll learn a simple trick that you can start doing right away that will you develop the habit of exercise with hardly any effort and very little self discipline on your part. This will help build the positive momentum that's needed to make regular exercise a part of your lifestyle.
