    The days are flying by, which means you need to make every day count. Today, I want to talk to you about things that make you sweat: specifically, your cardio program. You might have noticed I've asked you to do low-impact cardio rather than something like high-intensity intervals. While in a calorie deficit, where you're more prone to stress, cortisol, catabolism, and lower anabolic hormone production, I don't want to introduce another form of stress.

    Low-impact cardio is a great way of burning my way through the calories without adding too much stress so I can burn body fat and not muscle. What low-impact cardio machines do you prefer? Tag me on your socials with #HardcoreTrainer2 and let me know! Now let's go and hammer arms!

    | Workout |
    1. Morning cardio - 20 Minutes
    2. Superset
    Reverse-grip cable triceps push-down - 3 sets of 12 reps, no rest
    Cable overhead triceps extension - 3 sets of 12 reps, rest 90 sec.
    3. Superset
    Triceps overhead extension with rope - 10 reps per arm, performed one arm at a time, no rest
    Single-arm rope kickback - 10 reps, rest 90 sec.
    4. Superset
    Close-grip push-up
    3 sets to failure. Perform as a mechanical dropset: When you reach failure in each set, immediately lower knees to ground and then rep to failure again. Rest 20 sec.
    Bench Dips
    3 sets to failure. Perform as a mechanical dropset: Start off with your feet elevated on a second bench or step, and when you reach failure in each set, immediately lower feet to the ground and then rep to failure again. Rest 20 sec.
    5. Spider curl - 3 sets of 10 reps, no rest.
    Close-grip EZ-bar curl - 3 sets of 10 reps, rest 60 sec.
    6. Superset
    Reverse-grip dumbbell curl - 3 sets of 10 reps, no rest.
    Dumbbell hammer curl - 3 sets of 10 reps, rest 90 sec.
    7. Superset
    Lying cable curl - 3 sets of 12 reps, no rest.
    Standing biceps cable curl - 10-12 reps per arm. Alternate arms every rep for the first set. On the second and third set, alternate every 2 reps each arm, then 3 reps, then 4 reps, then 5 reps. Rest 90 sec.
    8. Evening cardio - 20 minutes

    I'm not sure if you know anything about this subject, but I was wondering if you knew the procedure or process of converting from chubby to muscular. See, i first subscribed to your newsletter about 7 months ago, because i wanna become a boxer and be built like Mike Tyson in his prime. I haven't been doing what i need to do simply because im confused on how i would make this conversion. Could i turn my fat into muscle? Do i have to lose weight first?

    Now when it comes to "Turning Fat Into Muscle" or vice versa "Muscle Turning Into Fat" this is not how it actually works. Muscle and Fat are two totally different bodily tissues and one cannot become the other.

    But you can build muscle and lose fat, which will give your body the appearance of going from "Chubby To Chiseled".

    To do this you need to focus on 3 things...

    1) Weight Training - You have to stimulate muscle growth by doing a progressive weight training program in the gym. I have a Total Body Workout Program that you can use to get started with this posted at:

    2) Cardiovascular Exercise - To help aid with burning bodyfat you need to increase the amount of calories that you burn and doing regular cardiovascular exercise is a great way to do this. I recommend alternating working out with weights one day and then doing cardiovascular exercise the next day.     3) Proper Nutrition - Once you have the basics of weight training and cardio in place, you then need to follow that up with proper nutrition. And you have to structure your diet in such a way that you provide your body with the nutrients it needs for muscle recovery, growth, and overall health - while keeping your total caloric intake low enough so that you allow your body to tap into burning stored bodyfat for energy.     After today's first cardio session, I noticed just how much I was sweating, which is why it's so important to stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is one thing, but making sure you add your Hydra-Charge to it is just as important to get those five different electrolytes in there. I also suggest you add a little bit of sea salt to your meals to keep your sodium and aldosterone levels happy.

    | Workout |
    1. Morning Cardio - 20 Minutes
    2. Deadlift - 3 sets of 10 reps, rest 60 sec.
    3. Superset
    Seated Hamstring Curl - 3 sets of 10 reps. Final set is a triple dropset: Perform your first 10 reps, reduce the weight and complete another 10 reps, then reduce the weight again and do another 10 reps. Rest 10 seconds between each drop, no rest.
    Natural Glute Ham Raise - 3 sets of 10 reps, holding stick or pole for stability if necessary. Rest 60 sec.
    4. Cable Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10 reps, performed facing a cable stack from a low pulley, rest 60 sec.
    5. Superset
    Decline Crunch - 4 sets to failure, on decline bench alternating elbow to opposite knee, no rest.
    Sit-up - SIT-UP
    4 sets to failure, on floor alternating elbow to opposite knee, 60 sec. rest.
    6. Evening Cardio - 20 minutes

You've got to be willing to invest in your well-being out of the gym so that you progress within it. Ever since I adopted these new habits, my recovery has improved a lot.     If you're noticing you're extra-hungry these days, you're not alone. When you transform, you'll notice an instant growth in appetite. This is a good thing, because it shows that the diet is stimulating my metabolism, as it should, which is why I'm hungry. Embrace it! Now, let's burn off some calories and crush back and calves.

    1. Morning cardio - 20 minutes
    2. Lat Pull-down - 3 sets of 10 reps, using two vinyl D-handle attachments added to straight bar if possible. Rest 60 sec.
    3. Super set
    Pull-up - 3 sets of 10 reps, no rest
    Rope Lat Pull-down - 3 sets of 10 reps performed seated on the floor using rope handle attachment, rest 60 sec.
    4. Superset
    Single-arm Dumbbell Row - 3 sets of 10 reps per arm, no rest
    Single-arm Inverted Row - 10 reps each arm, rest 90 sec.
    5. Superset
    Bent-arm dumbbell Pull-over - 3 sets of 15 reps, no rest
    Standing dumbbell shrug - 3 sets of 15 reps, rest 60 sec.
    6. Calf Press on the leg press machine - 5 sets of 20 reps, rest 60 sec.
    7. Evening cardio - 20 min
