I was in Melbourne, FL today about hour north of my home. Was out working and came across a place I had never visited in Florida before which is rare since I've been on the road over 10 years now.

Nice place. We hang out there for a day or so each year (my older sister lives up thataway).

I hadda grin when you commented, "This would be a great place to build a house."

(*snork*) Didja see whut hoppen there when we had the fit of hurricanes? The fargin road was under six feet of sand carried in by the water from Wilma.

They closed Indian River Drive for a year by my home because the riverbank got washed out by Francis and Jeanne in 2004. The beaches were also closed because all the parking lots were under several feet of sand too.
