If everyone had the same exact health care and he same gov retirement plan I guarantee you it would be golden. But it has to be everyone - no exceptions, no exemptions. But I don't think we'll ever see that. As long as the people in power are able to exempt themselves and their underlings from the dog bones they throw the rest of us (at our expense) they will continue to do so. I don't see it changing anytime soon.

Bush gave away our tax dollars to conniving, crooked thieves, gave us never ending war in the middle east, etc. Obama gave us the ACA and kept on going in the same direction as Bush. They are all the same. They care not one bit about the citizens of the U.S. They only care about money and power.

That is legal battery. And if the victim had defended himself with deadly force, the attack might easily be defined as the first step of attempted armed robbery and a possible attack on his life. Suppose the victim had a pistol and had to use it to defend against the attack? The attacker would be in a bad situation, medically and legally.

Party Girl Malia Obama FREAKS OUT & Accosts White House Correspondent Lucian Wintrich at Exclusive NY Lounge

    Carter Mar 26th, 2017 12:45 am 192 Comments

President Obama’s oldest daughter can’t control her temper like daddy taught her to.
    [IMG] [IMG]
Saturday, March 25, 2017, found Malia Obama, the 44th President’s oldest daughter, at the Parlor, an exclusive Soho club, for a 21-and-over event.

Martina Markota was with Lucian Wintrich and was the first to make note of Malia Obama being there:

Obamas daughter is next to me In a club in NYC right now

    — Martina Markota (@MartinaMarkota) March 26, 2017

The minor had been rubbing shoulders with other guests all night until she spotted the Gateway Pundit’s own White House correspondent Lucian Wintrich. She was quick to confront him:

Again, Malia Obama is at the party my friend is hosting in SoHo; she just literally started yelling at me lol

    — Lucian B. Wintrich (@lucianwintrich) March 26, 2017

Multiple witnesses watched as Malia Obama, Obama’s oldest daughter, ran up to Wintrich with the intent of stirring up controversy. Wintrich believes at the point of altercation she was intoxicated, which should bring everyone back to those other moments of infamy when Barrack’s daughter decided to “act out”.

Wintrich attempted to snap a picture of Malia before she ran up to him furious. She asked Wintrich to confirm who he was before accosting him and saying: “If you wanna have a conversation, let’s sit down, let’s have a real conversation.”

Again, for the record, 18 year old Malia Obama literally scolded me for being in the same (21+) lounge in NYC as her #BadParenting

    — Lucian B. Wintrich (@lucianwintrich) March 26, 2017

Wintrich responded in kind by welcoming the invitation: “Absolutely. Let’s sit down and have a conversation.”

This positive response from Wintrich sent Malia into a tailspin with the former President’s daughter saying, “I think you’re disgusting.”

She was quickly escorted away by her personal security. Wintrich was able to capture this photo of Malia’s elbow:

Wintrich and company claim that Malia shouted both at him and others as she seemed to be visibly unhinged. Wintrich currently is in New York while reorganizing his belongings for his current work in Washington D.C. and the Briefing Room. He was hoping for a calm and civil night out when the incident took place. Luckily for Malia, her security was there to keep her from being even more reckless.

When asked for comment during the ordeal, Wintrich on the phone said, “It’s hilarious that an 18 year old would have the “audacity of confrontation” [Wintrich was refrencing her father’s book “The Audacity of Hope”, he felt the need to clarify the referential joke, as he often does] at a 21+ lounge in NYC that my friends invited me to…”

Privilege and entitlement grants you the opportunity to be at a club for 21-and-over individuals as well as the opportunity to make a fool of yourself in public. Although the Democrats and the left at large love to say Obama never had any scandals, the fantasy world that the Obama family lives within is quickly dissipating and everyday the White House he ran grows more embarrassing.

SO management of Parlor in NYC told me to delete the Malia Obama shoulder pic from all my of social media or I’d be banned; GUESS I’M BANNED pic.twitter.com/ns8T2oZP87

    — Lucian B. Wintrich (@lucianwintrich) March 26, 2017

    Martina Markota corroborates:

@lucianwintrich and I at a club in NYC where underage Malia Obama flips out on Lucian and 5 employees lecture us and kick us out lol #maga

Gov. Jerry Brown to Trump: 'You Don't Want to Mess with California' 6 / 25
    [IMG]
    NBC News

    Kailani Koenig2 hrs ago

WASHINGTON — As Donald Trump swept to victory across the Midwest and several swing states on Election Day, the nation's largest state was largely out of that conversation.

California overwhelmingly voted against Trump, delivering the state to Hillary Clinton by 30 points in November, and the president hasn't had the kindest words to say about the state since then — last month he called California "out of control."

Despite some recent threats from the president to try to use federal funding as a "weapon" against the state if it voted to become a sanctuary state, the Democratic Governor Jerry Brown ushered a tough rebuttal in an interview with NBC's "Meet The Press" this week from the nation's capital.

"We do have something called the ninth and the tenth amendment," he stated. "The federal government just can't arbitrarily for political reasons punish the State of California, that's number one. Number two, California is America. We're 12 percent. We're a key part. The export capital going into the Pacific. We're the innovation capital, high tech, agriculture, 40 to 50 billion dollar industry. You don't want to mess with California because you're going to mess with the economy, and that could blow up in your face in a gigantic recession, and roll the Republicans right out of this town."

Related: Gov. Jerry Brown on Health Bill Backers: 'Their Name Is Going to Be Mud'

"It was in deep trouble just a few years ago," he noted. "It was called ungovernable. Now we have a state surplus."

In a January interview with "Meet The Press Daily," California's new Attorney General Xavier Becerra offered some examples of where the state could fight back against the federal government on any moves from the Trump administration they believe couldn't stand up in court, specifically pointing to the president's border wall proposal.

Brown also saw some room for California to put up a fight on the issue.

"I don't like that wall, number one," he said. "And to the extent that that violates law, certainly I would enforce that. We're not going to sit around and just play patsy and say, 'Hey, go ahead. Lock us in. Do whatever the hell you want. Deport 2 billion, 2 million people.' No, we're going to fight, and we're going to fight very hard. But we're not going to bring stupid lawsuits or be running to the courthouse every day. We're going to be careful."

Brown claimed President's Trump's desire for a border wall has "a lot of odor here of kind of a strongman, kind of a world where you want the ultimate leader here to be doing all this stuff. And having a wall locking the people in is one of those characteristics."

But the governor said that he doesn't want his relationship with the federal government to be all about battling — bringing up a few issues where he thought they could find common ground.

"I'm willing to work with the president," he said. "I certainly think collaboration, diplomacy, after all, we work with Russia, we work with China, we certainly can work with our own president within our own country."

"I want to work with him where there's something good. But I'm not going to just turn over our police department to become agents of the federal government as they deport women and children and people who are contributing to the economic wellbeing of our state, which they are."

Brown, as many Democrats have, expressed some optimism for working with the president on infrastructure spending, pointing to a rail system from San Jose to San Francisco where he has sparred with some state Republicans.

"This is a real test for Donald Trump," Brown said. "Does he believe in a shovel-ready construction project that will create American jobs by American products, is ready to go within a couple of months, or not? Because the Republicans are only against it for purely crass political reasons. So this is a real test."

"If he can't overcome the little petty partisanship of these small Republicans in California," Brown continued, "I think that means he's not about infrastructure, he's about partisanship."

Brown, 78, has run for president three different times over the years. As the Democrats struggle now with losses at the presidential, congressional and state levels, he addressed the party's current leadership.

"Who is the leader? I think there are probably many leaders. Who's ever the leader who can seize the reigns of leadership. And right now, there's a total vacuum," he acknowledged.

Despite being a popular four-term governor of the nation's most populous state, Brown said he would likely not fill that position.

"Probably because I've run for every office and there's no more left," he said. "That might be one reason. Second, but I'm willing to play whatever role I can. And if that requires some leadership skill, I'd be glad to contribute that."

CHUCK SCHUMER LOSES IT! – GOES OFF on Trump Supporter at NYC Restaurant

    Too Much Pressure—
Democratic leader Senator Chuck Schumer LOST IT TONIGHT and WENT OFF on a Trump supporter at a New York City restaurant.

Schumer started yelling at a former Jimmy Carter official for voting for Trump!

Joseph A. Califano Jr. voted for Donald Trump and not Crooked Hillary for President.
This triggered Schumer to go off in a restaurant.

    FOX NEWS reported:
Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., caused a scene at a Manhattan restaurant when he began yelling at a wealthy and well-connected Donald Trump supporter that the POTUS is “a liar.”

Schumer, the top Senate Democrat, lost his cool on Sunday night at Upper East Side restaurant Sette Mezzo, according to witnesses.

He was dining with friends when he encountered Joseph A. Califano Jr. — the former U.S. secretary of health, education and welfare under President Jimmy Carter and domestic policy adviser to President Lyndon B. Johnson — and his wife, Hilary, who were having a quiet dinner.

Onlookers said Schumer was incensed that Hilary — the daughter of William S. Paley, the founder and chairman of CBS — had voted for Trump, even though her husband, Joseph, is a well-known Democrat.

One witness said of the restaurant rant, “They are a highly respected couple, and Schumer made a scene, yelling, ‘She voted for Trump!’ The Califanos left the restaurant, but Schumer followed them outside.” On the sidewalk, Schumer carried on with his fantastical filibuster: “ ‘How could you vote for Trump? He’s a liar!’ He kept repeating, ‘He’s a liar!’ ”

Another fine piece from a local paper....................

Governing by ultimatum: Do as I say or you're dead to me

    By KATHLEEN PARKER

In a week that felt like a month, Americans got a clear view of Donald Trump's governing style and also of his fabled dealmaking approach.

Or rather, I should say, Trump got a good sense of what governing is like -- hard, hard, hard. And it's bound to get more difficult given the president's tactics of consent: Do as I say or you're dead to me.

Even bolder, Trump told congressional Republicans that if they didn't pass the American Health Care Act to repeal Obamacare, he was finished. Done. He'd walk away and move on to other things, he told recalcitrants. (To perhaps a new resort project, many were overheard praying.)

House opposition to the health care bill came both from moderates, as well as from hard-core, market purists, notably the Freedom Caucus. The latter didn't want Obamacare Lite. They wanted obliteration. As negotiations continued until the vote was called off Friday afternoon, the path to reform became increasingly muddled -- and the way forward more complex. Fixing health care was never going to be a one-off.

But Trump, who promised repeal and replace (as has nearly every Republican the past seven years), has no patience with process. As the chief executive of his own company for most of his life, and notwithstanding his reverence for his dealmaking skills, he prefers quick results. And, hey, if things don't tumble his way, well, there are other greens to sow and mow. And, certainly, a 30-foot wall to build.

To the 60-day president, it seemed, getting health care out of the way was mostly a means to checking a box -- an important one, to be sure -- but nothing to bestir his personal passions. Call it ego. Call it pride. Call it a day, but get it done, he commanded. Or else: "I'm gonna come after you," Trump told North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows, one of his fiercest foes in the Freedom Caucus opposition. The president was joking around, according to those present, but Meadows still might want to keep a close eye on his favorite bunny.

As many have observed, Trump's spin of the wheel was risky business. He gambled on his own power to persuade (or bluff), the result of which could leave him holding Obamacare and conceding failure. What, then, do Republicans tell their base? And what would this say about the party in power? After years of harping on the collapsing health care plan installed by President Obama and the then-Democratically controlled House and Senate, they had their opportunity to govern responsibly.

You'd think seven years would be ample time to cobble something together that could replace Obamacare. That Republicans didn't confirms that such an overhaul requires the time and patience Trump and Co. haven't been willing -- or able -- to spare. What we saw these past several weeks, meanwhile, was a frantic race to pass something virtually no one recognized as a workable piece of legislation, and which the Senate would probably reject.

Back in 2010, when then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that Obamacare had to be passed so that we could find out what was in the bill, Republicans guffawed -- and never let her forget it. At least, one observes, the Democrats had a bill. GOP legislators have been racing to pass something that isn't fully written yet.

What's with the rush, anyway? Why not take the time to get things right? While Democrats solicited input from experts in the medical, pharmaceutical and insurance industries, Republicans have spent most of their time fighting among themselves. The resulting bill was a patchwork of margin scribbles and crossouts, even including instructions to the Senate to figure out ways to make certain parts work. And the rush was mere drama. Thursday, the original deadline for the vote, was the seven-year anniversary of the Affordable Care Act's passage.

Once that deadline passed, Trump began acting like a child who didn't get to have his birthday party on the precise day of his miraculous delivery into the glare. Forget it. I don't even want a party now.

The truth is, many Republicans never seriously thought Obamacare could be repealed and replaced, probably for the good reason that it's nearly impossible to do. The most sensible solution was to fix what was already in place until the inevitable day, coming soon, when we become a dual health care system: Single-payer for the majority of Americans and concierge health care for the wealthy. It's just a matter of time.

Mass. State Rep. Tips Off Illegals of Specific Date and Location of ICE Raids on Social Media

    Cristina Laila Mar 28th, 2017 7:04 pm 176 Comments

Massachusetts State Representative, Michelle Dubois took to Facebook to warn illegal aliens that ICE would be doing raids in the community of Brockton on Wednesday, March 29th.

Ms. DuBois even gave specific instructions to illegal aliens to stay inside ‘don’t go out on the street’ and if there was a knock on the door, not to answer the door.

Even if DuBois’ source isn’t accurate and ICE raids aren’t happening at this specific location and time, why is a State Rep. aiding and abetting illegal aliens? This is more proof that Democrats have contempt for law abiding, legal citizens and seek to protect the invaders who are raping and murdering Americans.

Illegal aliens are also a huge financial drain on our system, bogging down our schools and healthcare, but hey the Democrats need them as they are a huge precious voting block for them.

I'm guessing a 9 year investigation by the republican fags on this story with the end result being extended lunch breaks for the house and senate.

Are you kidding? This is Massachusetts. They're going to have a parade in her honor and dedicate a park in her name to thank her for saving the children. The state and local governments are moonbat central!

post to his Facebook page, the 62-year-old documentary filmmaker and liberal activist accused Trump of declaring “war on the planet” after the president signed an executive order Tuesday rolling back several key Obama-era regulations concerning energy production.

“Historians in the near future (because that may be the only future we have) will mark today, March 28, 2017, as the day the extinction of human life on earth began,” Moore wrote on his Facebook page.

“This is a defining moment in the history of mankind. By signing these executive orders today, Trump is declaring an act of war on the planet and its inhabitants,” he continued. “The one silver lining here is that Trump can’t kill the planet; the planet wants to live and has a long history of wiping out any real or perceived threats.”

The filmmaker also warned that the planet was “paying attention” — and would itself dispose of a species “hell-bent on destroying Earth.”

In a statement Tuesday after signing the executive order, Trump said his administration was “putting an end to the war on coal.” The president was joined at the signing by EPA administrator Scott Pruitt, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke and Vice President Mike Pence.

“We’re going to have safety, we’re going to have clean water, we’re going to have clean air, but so many are unnecessary and so many are job killing, we’re getting rid of the bad ones,” Trump said.

Moore — who released a surprise anti-Trump documentary shortly before the 2016 election — has become one of the president’s most outspoken celebrity critics. The director has used his social media accounts nearly daily to criticize Trump and comment on political news. In January, Moore vowed to lead “100 days of resistance” against the Trump administration.

Over the weekend, Moore blasted the ultimately unsuccessful GOP bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act, calling the effort “anti-woman” and “hateful.”

Last week, he urged Democratic Party to declare a “national emergency” until the FBI could investigate alleged connections between Trump campaign staffers and the Russian government.
