Let's not get ahead of ourselves. A lot can happen before Jan 20th. I'm not buying what the mainstream media is selling.
I'm not buying it either. I just don't see Trumps legal team as being able to overcome the massive fraud with all the obstacles put in place to stop them.
The left didn't just steak the election. They also put roadblocks up to prevent any challenges from being won at the state level. So ultimately the SC has to decide if they want civil war or not. If they decide in Trumps favor I expect a nuke to be detonated. (Did they ever find the nukes that went missing when Obama was in office?)

When Trump wins, either via the House of Representatives or the Supreme Court, I imagine martial law will have to be put in place to keep the children from burning the whole country down. That will be temporary though. This country has lived through much worse times.

Trump has faced this battle for four years now and mostly alone. He beat out a host of Republicans in 2016 to become the Republican Presidential nominee. Then he overcame a system rigged for Hillary and her cronies and he became President and it's still been uphill until this very day. Yet in spite of Washington DC, the mass media, the marxist educational institutions, etc. President Trump has been able to accomplish more in four years than any President in my lifetime. I am not about to bet against him now.

We are living in times that others could only imagine. There will be many books written when this has passed.

PA certifies on Monday. For whatever reason, trumps down to his 3rd string legal team in PA. That state isn't going anywhere.
Thi election isn't getting overturned and like it or not it is Trumps fault. He has a very bad habit of choosing some terrible people to represent him. Rudy and Sidney seem nice enough but they are has beens. Used to be good lawyers. Seem much more preoccupied with getting air time rather than digging in and winning these cases.

RINO Cheney should read the Constitution. Biden has not won enough electoral votes so until the legal disputes are resolved, she should sit down and contemplate the genious of our founding fathers. The Constitution will be followed and there will be a President inaugurated in January. Perhaps not to her liking but such is life.

I love President Trump!
He is driving them mad. Insane mad and angry mad.
And they deserve every bit of it.

More RINOs are revealing themselves. That's another plus of President Trump.
When he leaves office in 2025 perhaps he will put the final nail in the uniparty by starting a new party for real conservative Americans.

Texas County Goes Blue for the First Time Since 1964 After Hiring former Executive with Smartmatic as Elections Administrator

This year Tarrant County turned blue for the first time since the 1960s.
Heider Garcia is the Tarrant County Elections Administrator. He was hired in 2018. He previously worked for Smartmatic for 12 years. He received his engineering degree in Venezuela in 2003. In 2010, He testified during a fraud investigation into the Smartmatic software in the Philippines election.

In the video released during hearings in the Philippines in 2010 Heider Garcia of Smartmatic was questioned on what he called “unforeseen” occurrences during the election process.

https://youtu.be/KEnV6TtM2sg

n October, during early voting, Tarrant County had to rescan thousands of ballots due to some type of barcode discrepancy.

And on November 3rd Tarrant County went blue for the first time since 1964.

Sleepy Joe Biden did SIX PERCENTAGE POINTS better than Hillary Clinton just 4 years ago.
Does ANYONE believe this actually happened?

Heider Garcia
At a fraud inquiry in the Philippines on May 20, 2010, Heider Garcia of Smartmatic was questioned on what he called “unforeseen” occurrences during the election process, with Philippine official Teodoro Locsin Jr. sharply rebuking Garcia.

May 2010
Makati City representative Teodoro Locsin, chairman of the House committee on suffrage and electoral reforms investigating fraud allegations, blew his top and hurled invectives at officials of Smartmatic, the provider of the precinct count optical scan (PCOS) machines used in the elections.
Locsin became angry after a Smartmatic official admitted the glitches in the PCOS machines, particularly in the time and date settings, were just “part of unforeseen circumstances.”
Smartmatic executive Heider Garcia explained the time and date of the machines were set in their default settings, which resulted in the
transmission of the voting results on a date earlier than May 10.

Oh, no, there will be no riots. If what comes out is anything close to what Sidney Powell has been talking about, I think everyone will accept it. Except the physically repulsive “WAP” set.

The “wet ass pussy” group. Not the song, which is lousy. Not what I am talking about here. What (all too numerous) group of “females” is physically repulsive? Their men don’t want them. Why would they, that is, if they have ANY other option. Nor does any other group of men.

Federal Judge Dismisses Trump’s PA Election Lawsuit As “Without Merit”

Published
on November 21, 2020
By John Vibes

On Saturday, U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann dismissed a lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump’s campaign in Pennsylvania, saying that it contained “strained legal arguments without merit.”

Brann turned down the request for an injunction, which is another major loss for the Trump campaign in its efforts to contest the election.

In a 37-page ruling, Brann said the Trump campaign asked him to “disenfranchise almost seven million voters” and said he could not find any case in which a plaintiff “has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election,” according to NBC News.

The judge said that he could find no “factual proof of rampant corruption.”

Brann said that the arguments presented to the court were “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations.”

“In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state,” Brann wrote in his ruling.

The lawsuit alleged that some counties in the state allowed mail-in voters to solve problems with the ballots by casting provisional ballots, while others did not, which violated the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection.

Brann says that even if this were the case, the solution proposed by the Trump administration would be excessive because it asks the court to disqualify legitimate votes.

“Rather than requesting that their votes be counted, they seek to discredit scores of other votes, but only for one race. This is simply not how the Constitution works,” Brann wrote.

Since Election Day, the Trump campaign has sued the boards of elections in Philadelphia, Allegheny, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Northampton, and Centre counties. On Tuesday, The Pennsylvania Supreme Court threw out the lawsuit in Philadelphia.

Trump still believes that the fight is not over in Pennsylvania, and claims that he still has until December 8th to decertify the results in the state, but it is not clear what other legal challenges he believes are possible.

The Trump campaign has been losing many of its legal challenges in contested states and has failed to pick up any ground in the recounts that were demanded. Still, Trump’s attorney Rudy Guiliani, who is reportedly making up to $20,000 per day for his work on the election lawsuits, promises that the case will be taken to the Supreme Court.

Giuliani has previously said he sees the case in Pennsylvania as a “vehicle” to get the US Supreme Court’s 6-3 conservative majority to decide the election.

Ahh...I see thanks. Never heard of the song either. I avoid that stuff like the boo-hoo-flu.

Ii think that group is an offshoot or subset to the frumpy, blue haired, cat collectors who identify as vintage appliances.

Rudy is a loose cannon and needs to sit down and STFU... and stay off the sauce. Yes, he was good in his day but that day is gone. No lawyer worth his own salt would ever blab like this guy does. If he paid more attention to his job and less on his photo ops he would have avoided images like this one.

I think the Republican party survives but they have to pay a Lot of attention to primaries. Those are almost More important than the main elections. People like Mittens and Cheney must be rooted out.

The 2 party system should be forever abolished. The Founders hated the concept of political parties and for very good reason

Perhaps but it's not going away unless you change the voting system to ranked choice or something else. Or you just skip reps altogether and vote directly. But how will either of those work when we cant even count accurately?

We could count accurately, we just don't want to. Elections have been compromised for decades on end in this country and many others. Voter Id is one way to minimize it but as long as you allow standing of idiots stating that it's raysis then we won't be able to assure any validity in our elections. Assuring the vote count can also be done but again, there are those who don't want that implemented because that would take the power of fraud away from them

On the top shelf.
As a techie I have been following @codemonkeyz on Twitter for his technical insights to this election mess. Looks like this is starting to have repercussions around the world, especially Spain where distrust of the government and the EU has long made itself known in popular culture. Shows like “The house of Paper” shown on Netflix as “The Money Heist” are a good example. Below is a tweet back to one of @codemonkeyz tweets

Anyway, seems like a lot of synergy is rising in Spain, the home to Scytl. INDRA seems like a new name/player/front

When was the last time Rudy Jewels set foot in a courtroom to try a case?

That dumb cunt Powell has always been more concerned with camera time and basking in her 15mins.

In front of cameras is not the forum for legal proceedings. In fact it's the worst. He only shows his hand and gives his opponent ammunition by doing that. And any lawyer (worth his own salt) knows that. Save it for the courtroom.

Exactly. That's why they didn't present the evidence to the reporters. In the press conference, Jenna Ellis put the reporters in their place:

"... and we go through a jury process. This is the court of public opinion right now. We are not trying our case in the court of public opinion because if we were, we would get unbiased jurors. I would strike 99% of you from the jury, and I would be allowed to because of the fake news coverage you provide. You're not unbiased jurors. And until you step out of your role as a journalist and actually go into a courtroom and you are a judge on a bench that has sworn an oath to be unbiased in our separation of powers, then your opinion does not matter. The facts matter, the truth matters. And if you are fair reporters you will cover that fairly and appropriately and you will allow coverage of our media team and our legal team. That is absolutely shocking that all you cover are around the margins and I've seen all of you taking pictures right now and I can anticipate what your headlines are going to be. If you are not willing to talk about the evidence that has been presented, then that is absolutely unacceptable for journalistic standards. This is an opening statement. This is something where we have told you what the evidence will show and we have given you a brief description. That happens in a courtroom all the time where that's not the fact-finding process, that is just an overview. That is what we have given you today because the American people deserve to know what we have uncovered in the last couple of weeks. ..."

We all know something isn't right. We all know what happened and have seen the reports of all the evidence. By no we should all know why the dems chose the states they did to commit fraud.
Thus far trumps legal team hasn't gotten much accomplished. Off to the SC you say? And what are the expectations from the SC? By the time it gets there the states are certified and electors decided. Does anyone seriously see the SC stepping in and nullifying the election? It's not going to happen. Elections are state issues. The SC can decide if rules were broken perhaps but those issues aren't being brought before the court at this time.
If I understand the issue correctly, Rudy is alleging that in some places people were allowed to fix their ballots and in others they were not. Thats what the PA lawsuit is about. Are there enough republican ballots with issues to overturn PA? I don't know the answer to that one.

All this other talk of fraud yet thus far I haven't seen any lawsuits on it? PA is the big one and the only one getting the attention right now. I have read there are a total of 3 lawsuits. What are the other 2 about?

He told anyone that would listen that was not a court. That was doing the job of the media because they have refused to do their jobs.

That's why they were not covering their specific evidence. They did talk about having witnesses and affidavit's but they weren't presenting them there. Has any court case even allowed for evidence yet?

What part of comparing their press conference to an Opening Statement did you not get? The evidence he offered was already in the public record at the time. Do you really think that was it? That they shot their wad in that press conference? What that presser did was further expose the media for what they are. Why do you think CNN and MSNBC didn't carry that press conference? All things being equal they would have carried it to make fun of Rudy and claim what you're claiming but they didn't! Why not?

C'mon man!!!
