All this other talk of fraud yet thus far I haven't seen any lawsuits on it? PA is the big one and the only one getting the attention right now. I have read there are a total of 3 lawsuits. What are the other 2 about?
Did you not watch that press conference? Even if you did, go back and listen again and this time stop concentrating on Rudy's bad choice of hair dye and listen to what was said. The answers to all your questions are there if you choose to listen.

Who's ever heard of a bank error in your favor? That would really be about 50 extra transactions and every single one would have $40 fee.
I understand it happens in board games...to wit monopoly. Agree, real banksters(crooks) make errors only in one direction.
We all know something isn't right. We all know what happened and have seen the reports of all the evidence. By no we should all know why the dems chose the states they did to commit fraud.
Thus far trumps legal team hasn't gotten much accomplished. Off to the SC you say? And what are the expectations from the SC? By the time it gets there the states are certified and electors decided. Does anyone seriously see the SC stepping in and nullifying the election? It's not going to happen.
I wouldn't be so sure. No, the supreme lieyers are not going to overturn an entire federal election, though they may do enough damage to individual state (s)elections(PA, MI, WI) that those states may be so badly damaged that the state legislatures choose alternative electors...or CONgress rejects their chosen electors. (UN)equal protection under the law appears to be a slam dunk. Some votes were intentionally treated with a great deal more care than others.

Agree Trump's team is short on presented evidence thus far, though that's the smart play. IMO, the individual state lawsuits are a delaying action that both slows down the individual state certification process AND begins to move the ball in the more important court of public opinion. Any and all legit legal kung-fu death blows should and will be saved for presentation in federal court. The real haymakers, if the Trump team has them, will come out in front of a circuit court gasbag, likely with a federal supreme lieyer in attendance. Interestingly Just-Us Alito has already tipped his and the supreme's hand with regard to the disgrace going on in PA...particularly Philly.

My own sense is that Trump's team has the goods, they're getting their ducks in a row, and at the appropriate time they're going to lower the boom. Giuliani, Powell, Wood, etc are not newbies to this rodeo. They're experienced lieyers that know not to reveal the big ammo until they see the whites of the enemy's eyes. Further, if they don't have the goods, they stand to have their reputations dismantled.

Democrats are employing some excellent brainwashing technique to defend the election as fair. Here are some of their tricks.

  1. "Refuses to concede" is making you think past the sale that Trump's legal challenges will fail. This is their main persuasion trick.
  2. "Audit" is being used to make a simple recount of (alleged) fraudulent ballots seem as if that could potentially find all types of fraud, which a recount is not designed to do. When none is found (because they are not looking), they will declare it proof there was no fraud.
  3. "No evidence" is being used to reframe "plenty of evidence but not yet proven in court."
  4. "No WIDESPREAD fraud" is the defense against the allegation of TARGETED fraud in specific swing state cities. This is misdirection aimed at low-information voters, which is most of the public.
  5. Massive fraud would be "obvious" if it happened, so therefore it didn't happen. This ignores the entire nature of the allegation -- that it is totally obvious to about half of the country. No one believes Biden got far more votes than Obama.
  6. Trump lawsuits are being tossed out of court. The fake news does not tell you the strongest evidence of fraud has not yet been presented to the courts. The first lawsuits were probably just to keep the fraud argument alive while lawyers dug for the good stuff.
  7. Character assassination by bad analogy. The fake news is labelling Trump's legal challenges to the election as McCarthyism, racism, and the work of a dictator staging a coup. All of that is fear-persuasion based on bad analogies.
  8. Experts and trusted media say no fraud has been detected. What they leave out is that they were not looking for it, and in some cases the people responsible for preventing election fraud are just saying they did a terrific job. This is misdirection.

Good on Trump for spending years inoculating the public against the communist run lamestream media's BS propaganda. The MSM lacks the credibility they had just half a decade ago. Their WMDs(Weapons of Mass Distraction) and outright lies(RUSSIA DONE IT!), simply do not carry the weight they once did.

'Very strange': Devin Nunes says Democrats lack confidence in Biden victory

by Daniel Chaitin, Breaking News Editor |

| November 21, 2020 06:32 PM

There is something "very strange" about the way Democrats are treating the 2020 election, according to Rep. Devin Nunes.

The California Republican, who is the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, said even President-elect Joe Biden and his team are not acting like winners, although they are putting up "a facade" of victory.

"There's a false media narrative that's been created to move us past the election that started essentially election night," he said to the Epoch Times in a recent interview, insisting that House and local races would not have been called if they were so close.

"It's very, very strange," Nunes said. "If you look at the Democrats that we're working with — we're here in Washington, you know, back here this week after the election — these are essentially people that aren't acting very confident."

Georgia Republicans say Trump is the 'key' to holding Senate seats

Biden is projected to have 306 electoral votes, 36 more than is needed to win the Electoral College, and so far leads President Trump by about 6 million votes in the popular vote, according to the Associated Press.

But Trump refuses to concede the race, holding out for legal challenges and recounts to play out in several battleground states, while claiming that the election was rigged, although his team has not shown evidence of widespread fraud. While Biden is moving ahead with setting up an administration, he hasn't been given access to government resources for a presidential transition, which has raised national security concerns. The Trump team is running out of time, however, as states certify their votes and the Electoral College meets in mid-December. Inauguration Day is Jan. 20.

Still, Nunes said Democrats are not "confident" in the election.

One "red flag," Nunes said, was in Wisconsin, where the elections commission considered but ultimately did not approve changes to its recount manual for two recounts for ballots cast in two deeply liberal counties at Trump's request over concerns about "irregularities."

In addition, Nunes suggested there is a rush to call the elections and pointed to Wayne County, Michigan, where Republican members of the board of canvassers were doxxed and threatened after they voted against certifying the election in dozens of jurisdictions where Republican also allege fraud and voting irregularities.

"Those are not the thoughts and the actions of people that are confident in their victory," Nunes said.

Republicans made gains in the House, and they could also retain control of the Senate, depending on two runoffs in Georgia next month.

Nunes argued that 2020 was a "total destruction" for the Democrats outside of the presidential contest and that questions surrounding the White House match-up demand scrutiny in order for people to trust that there is integrity in the system. And "fake news and fake polls," following what he calls the "Russia hoax," have gone a long way to erode this confidence, Nunes added.

He said Biden should be siding with Trump in questioning the results. "Biden should welcome recounts. This guy is limping into office. Not going to have control of the Senate most likely, on the verge of losing the House," Nunes said.

The congressman also defended Sidney Powell, a member of the Trump campaign legal team, who is facing bipartisan blowback for saying there is evidence of software flipping votes. Nunes said he "can't imagine" that the attorney would make stuff up, but that it remains to be seen if she can collect enough evidence to make a case in court.

The 12000 Biden lead in GA, may NOT based on an actual count.

The Edison data sent to media DOES NOT include counts per candidate. Let me repeat, it does not include counts per candidate

See this example jason file

These percents are rounded, and could vary by 10,000-20,000 if the actual percents were known.

Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell on Saturday said that the president’s lawyers will file a lawsuit of “biblical” proportions, alleging that some elections officials were embroiled in a pay-to-play scheme with a prominent manufacturer of voting software.
“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Newsmax. She didn’t provide or elaborate on the evidence.
“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical,” Powell asserted, adding that “it’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in.”
Powell said that voting system’s algorithms provided Democrats 35,000 extra votes, although she didn’t elaborate. She added that Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s votes were “weighted” at 1.25 times while President Donald Trump’s votes were parsed at 0.75.
The longtime lawyer and former federal prosecutor also alleged that there were modifications to some voting machines after the legal cutoff for changes.
Powell also said that some governors may have engaged in a pay-to-play scheme to use Dominion Voting Systems—one of the Trump campaign’s chief targets in recent days. “Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” she claimed, accusing Gov. Brian Kemp of engaging in a pay-to-play scheme.

Law Firm Withdraws From Representing Boockvar in Trump Campaign’s Pennsylvania Lawsuit

Dominion, in several statements to The Epoch Times, has categorically denied allegations of election tampering and voter fraud in recent days, saying that Trump’s team has peddled “falsehoods regarding Dominion” in recent press conferences and interviews.
“Dominion employees do not have access to the [canvass] adjudication system, nor do they operate it,” the Toronto-based firm said in a statement. It added that “access to the adjudication system resides with the election authority using it” and that “the system is controlled through secure and verifiable user accounts, and all voter intent adjustments are securely logged in the system and then recorded in the digital image of the ballot.”
Dominion also cited statements made by the secretaries of state in Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, who also said they have found no evidence of voter fraud large enough to overturn the election.

However, the chairman of the Federal Election Commission, Trey Trainor, has repeatedly said there was voter fraud in key states. “The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” he said during an interview with “Just the News AM” on Friday, while suggested a lack of transparency
The questions raised by the Trump campaign in recent days is “very important for the legitimacy of the presidency,” Trainor remarked.
Trump has not conceded. The Epoch Times will not declare a winner of the 2020 presidential election until all legal challenges have run their course.
Last week, Powell told Fox Business that she will prove Trump’s voter fraud case within the next two weeks or so.
“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed the numbers,” said Powell. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”

Holy Trinity Sunday
Mr. President,

In recent months we have been witnessing the formation of two opposing sides that I would call Biblical: the children of light and the children of darkness. The children of light constitute the most conspicuous part of humanity, while the children of darkness represent an absolute minority. And yet the former are the object of a sort of discrimination which places them in a situation of moral inferiority with respect to their adversaries, who often hold strategic positions in government, in politics, in the economy and in the media. In an apparently inexplicable way, the good are held hostage by the wicked and by those who help them either out of self-interest or fearfulness.

These two sides, which have a Biblical nature, follow the clear separation between the offspring of the Woman and the offspring of the Serpent. On the one hand, there are those who, although they have a thousand defects and weaknesses, are motivated by the desire to do good, to be honest, to raise a family, to engage in work, to give prosperity to their homeland, to help the needy, and, in obedience to the Law of God, to merit the Kingdom of Heaven. On the other hand, there are those who serve themselves, who do not hold any moral principles, who want to demolish the family and the nation, exploit workers to make themselves unduly wealthy, foment internal divisions and wars, and accumulate power and money: for them the fallacious illusion of temporal well-being will one day – if they do not repent – yield to the terrible fate that awaits them, far from God, in eternal damnation.

We will also discover that the riots in these days were provoked by those who, seeing that the virus is inevitably fading and that the social alarm of the pandemic is waning, necessarily have had to provoke civil disturbances, because they would be followed by repression which, although legitimate, could be condemned as an unjustified aggression against the population. The same thing is also happening in Europe, in perfect synchrony. It is quite clear that the use of street protests is instrumental to the purposes of those who would like to see someone elected in the upcoming presidential elections who embodies the goals of the deep state and who expresses those goals faithfully and with conviction. It will not be surprising if, in a few months, we learn once again that hidden behind these acts of vandalism and violence there are those who hope to profit from the dissolution of the social order so as to build a world without freedom: Solve et Coagula, as the Masonic adage teaches.

Although it may seem disconcerting, the opposing alignments I have described are also found in religious circles. There are faithful Shepherds who care for the flock of Christ, but there are also mercenary infidels who seek to scatter the flock and hand the sheep over to be devoured by ravenous wolves. It is not surprising that these mercenaries are allies of the children of darkness and hate the children of light: just as there is a deep state, there is also a deep church that betrays its duties and forswears its proper commitments before God. Thus the Invisible Enemy, whom good rulers fight against in public affairs, is also fought against by good shepherds in the ecclesiastical sphere. It is a spiritual battle, which I spoke about in my recent Appeal which was published on May 8.In society, Mr. President, these two opposing realities co-exist as eternal enemies, just as God and Satan are eternal enemies. And it appears that the children of darkness – whom we may easily identify with the deep state which you wisely oppose and which is fiercely waging war against you in these days – have decided to show their cards, so to speak, by now revealing their plans. They seem to be so certain of already having everything under control that they have laid aside that circumspection that until now had at least partially concealed their true intentions. The investigations already under way will reveal the true responsibility of those who managed the COVID emergency not only in the area of health care but also in politics, the economy, and the media. We will probably find that in this colossal operation of social engineering there are people who have decided the fate of humanity, arrogating to themselves the right to act against the will of citizens and their representatives in the governments of nations.

Voting Data Analysis: Trump Got 10 Million More Votes Than in 2016

President Donald Trump’s 73 million votes record is around 10 million more than he got in his last bid for presidency, based on current data.
The president made significant gains with all racial groups, performing particularly well among minority voters.
According to the Edison Research exit poll from the 2016 general election, just 8 percent of black American voters chose Trump over Clinton. The same Edison Research exit poll this year shows that black Trump voters have grown to 12 percent—a 50 percent increase.
For both black men and women, there are significant jumps. Nineteen percent of black men voted for Trump in 2020, versus 13 percent in 2016. Just 4 percent of black women chose Trump over Hillary Clinton in 2016, but that figure has more than doubled to 9 percent against Democratic nominee Joe Biden this year.
Among America’s 40 predominantly black counties, Trump received 8 percent more votes than he did four years ago.
Trump’s performance among Hispanic voters in key battleground states is even more outstanding. According to the New York Times’s analysis based on the National Election Pool by Edison Research, Trump’s votes in the nation’s 47 counties with a Hispanic majority went up by 37 percent from 2016 to 2020. In America’s 32 largest counties with a majority-minority population, Trump received 30 percent more votes this election than he did in 2016.
One of the biggest jumps in votes for Trump was in Miami-Dade County of Florida, where at least 200,000 more people voted for Trump compared to four years ago. The county is home to a significant population of Cuban Americans, many of whom resonate with the president’s tough stance on socialism and the communist Cuban regime. Trump’s votes in Florida went up from 49 percent in 2016 to 51.2 percent in 2020, doubling his win margin.

Trump’s growing popularity among Hispanic voters is similarly significant in Southern Texas, in traditionally Democrat counties bordering Mexico. Zapata County, for example, where nearly 95 percent of the population is Hispanic, voted for Trump by 52 percent to 47 percent over Biden. The county voted for Hillary Clinton over Trump by 65 percent to 32 percent back in 2016.
Among Asian Americans, Trump voters have also grown noticeably, from 27 percent in 2016 to 34 percent this year. Trump’s anti-communist message has also resonated with many immigrant communities that have suffered under communist regimes in Asia.
All in all, 26 percent of non-white voters this year cast their ballots for Trump, a growth from 21 percent in 2016.

They can appeal the lower courts decisions and keep the road open to the Supremes.

Good luck with that, all the states results will be certified by then, it's now or never.

Correct but they cant present new evidence to the Supremes. All they can do there is challenge the lower courts decisions.

So if they have no proof for the lower courts, it means they have no proof for supreme Court, brilliant.

I understand it happens in board games...to wit monopoly. Agree, real banksters(crooks) make errors only in one direction.

So far it appears PA is going to certify tomorrow which means they will also choose electors based on that certification. Wi and Mi are still in play but not enough for the win for the red team. The red team still needs either PA and Ga.
I'm no legal expert but thats the way things look to me right now.

Not yet. Lets see what they do this week.. Sidney is supposed to be releasing the cracker anyway now.

Hillary may have given us a clue how this ends when she said trump may not leave the white house. There may be so much evidence he cant leave the white house but of course the media will never show the evidence.. Then we have a real constitutional crisis.

Trump Lawyer Says New Lawsuits Will Be Filed in Georgia Soon: ‘Quite a Shock’
BY JACK PHILLIPS

President Donald Trump lawyer Jordan Sekulow said an election challenge that will be filed this week contains new allegations about irregularities.
“We have got lawsuits likely to be filed in Georgia on either Monday or Tuesday; I can’t get into the details,” he said to Newsmax, without providing any examples. “I can’t tell you right now, but what’s coming in Georgia will be shocking, when we file this in federal court Monday or Tuesday,” he added. “It’s nothing that we have talked [about] before. It’s not what you heard in the press conference [on Thursday] either.
Sekulow, the son of Trump personal attorney and impeachment defender Jay Sekulow, said it is “something completely separate” from the allegations contained in the press conference held by lawyers Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, and Rudy Giuliani.
“They’ve got to be outcome determinative, but I will tell you, the Lt. Gov. [Geoff Duncan] in Georgia, the Secretary of State in Georgia [Brad Raffensperger] in Georgia, they’re in for quite a shock on Monday and Tuesday about how poorly they run and they ran—there’s going to be a proof—of how poorly run they ran the elections in one of their major counties,” Sekulow said.
Georgia’s secretary of state’s office has not responded to a request for comment.

“Look at the in-fighting in Georgia: That’s a lawyer’s dream, so we’ve got to be there and we are,” Sekulow added.

Sekulow said that his team is working on a constitutional case, while Powell, Giuliani, and Ellis are working on a case involving voting machines and allegations of fraud. Two manufacturers of voting software—Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems—have said there is no evidence of fraud committed on behalf of their systems, and both have added that they have no financial or organizational ties to one another, as well as no ties to foreign governments. Smartmatic, which was created in Venezuela years ago by three engineers, has drawn controversy over the years in several different countries.
Dominion, meanwhile, has told The Epoch Times in several statements that there are no “software issues with our voting systems” and “no vote switching” was observed. It also pointed to claims of no voter fraud by the Department of Homeland Security’s cybersecurity division last week—and similar claims made by the secretaries of state in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Arizona about them finding no evidence of fraud.
But Federal Elections Commission Chairman Trey Trainor has gone on the record several times since Nov. 3, recently telling Just The News that there a significant amount of evidence pointing to fraud and irregularities.

“The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” he said.
Powell, meanwhile, said her team would file a significant lawsuit alleging fraud in the coming weeks.
