Their assertion that large numbers of noncitizens cast illegal votes for Mr. Biden matched claims Republicans have made to argue for harsh new “proof of citizenship” requirements for voter registration.

I can see that. Trump hammered China with his trade war, of course they won't like him. Trump hammered Canada too, the one country the US has a trade surplus with https://www.quora.com/Does-the-US-have-a-trade-surplus-or-trade-deficit-with-Canada
I find though, that it isn't Trump's trade policies Canadians hate him for, it's the MSM's propaganda swaying opinion.

This guy said this earlier today and he's the only one claiming he knows this. Everyone else is parroting this video. Who is this guy and how does he know what he claims to know?
I finally have some time to respond to you post, as this response will be a bit long (sorry in advance, I will do my best to be succinct with the points I am raising, but I have a propensity to ramble), I need to have more than just a few minutes.
At the end of the day, this response is endeavoring to address the "the guy is smart without being a smart ass ... so ... how does a person not see it"
In order to begin to explain my position, I need to set a fair amount of context. There is a tremendous amount of "disinformation" being put out there (and imo, on both sides), so it is challenging to know what is up for sure.
First I will say, integrity matters. One of the things I feel is a major contributor to the detrimental aspects of our society's current state is the lack of society no longer expecting people to have personal responsibility (the rapid left is horrible in their "everyone must be accepted", people are "special" and should get preferential treatment due to their being:female, poor, latino, black, etc. Because they have been hamstrung by the "big evil bad white male". This is nothing more than reverse racism, and I am entirely against it! I am for integrity and personal responsibility. So when it comes to a large case of he said / she said in "what happened in our election" , with many potential lies / false claims being made ... I look at the nature of those saying it. And one side (spear headed by trump) is saying the election was false, with MANY different claims (voting machines, mail in ballots were generated, China, Venezuela, Italy, Germany, CCP, etc., etc., etc.
When I think of trump, I can't help but consider that has repeatedly lied and never taken any personal responsibility: there was never any meeting with any Russian agents in trump tower, "ehh, we have proof there was", becomes: "well I didn't know about it, and no one involved in the campaign met with them", "err, we have proof that there were people involved in your campaign there", becomes "well, it was about adoption, nothing about the campaign was discussed", "err, we have e-mails exchanges showing the topic of the meeting was dirt on Hillary Clinton", etc. etc.
And it is not like this guy just started telling lies now ... this is the same man who makes up awards he has won (Michigan man of the year), and the amount of examples of his lies is HUGE. He point blank had a call with a foreign leader, who congress approved aid (Ukraine), and he expresses "well friends do things for each other" and asks this leader to open an investigation into Hunter Biden; after freezing this aid. This is literally item one in the examples of treason in the constitution. Then calls it a "perfect phone call". What is more strange to me is how people can listen to the Orwellian con artist (who literally said "don't believe what you see with your own eyes, believe me").
So then I look at his election fraud claims, and he brings forth suits, with ridiculous items / evidence provided (123 pages of affidavits with basically nothing more than "missing date from outside envelope", or when asked point blank by a judge "are you asserting fraud? Do you have any evidence of fraud" reply "not at this time" (in an actual court case transcript, so much less likely a doctored garbage "facebook" item or twitter tweet with bullshit info). So if there is such good evidence, bring it forth. And there are then those who say "evidence should be heard", trump is not being given a chance to bring it forth. I think, well I agree with part of that ... evidence should be heard. What I don't agree with is that the trump team was not given a chance to provide it, judges asked for it. I do however, agree that evidence should be heard. I am upset that he stonewalled a congress inquiry (his impeachment) when he forbid any members of his cabinet / or any white house staff from testifying. It seems like trump is more apt to not let evidence come out. To not let evidence be heard.
So his overall integrity is nil. I mean his own past lawyer ( Mike Cohen) has said trump is a lying cheating person. And those in favor of trump say "but Cohen lied, and once a liar always a liar, nothing they say should be given any credibility". Ok, well trump is a liar, nothing he says should be given any credibility.
And here we are now with a huge base supporting, and strongly following (one might say blindly following) him. Why? Well that is a large topic in itself. I will try to capture it with: the human brain is wired to "look for patterns", to "understand". The brain, as a neuro-chemical machine, literally feels bad when it doesn't understand something (or receives cognitive dissonance), and feels good when it recognizes a pattern (release of serotonin when understanding something is that euphoric feeling we experience when we learn something). This is a result of evolution due to the increase in probability of survival if one is able to recognize patterns. So we have a drive (bias) to think we understand something. (The Brain by Richard M. Restak is a great book for this if interested, also Dawkins "The God Gene" but that may be too controversial as he gives an atheistic perspective on this same phenomena leading to the strong religious beliefs which are common for many to adhere to). This brain feature makes it very compelling / appealing / easy to fall into following conspiracy ideologies ... especially those that espouse: here is the "real" info, by falling in line with us, you are "in the know". Couple this with our modern macro-economic conditions, where we are continuing a decades long trend of a disappearing middle class, with the upper class holding a larger and larger portion of the economic value of the country, and you have an increasing portion of the populace who is pissed off (and then for good measure lets throw in an epidemic which serves to increase social isolation). A better breeding ground for conspiracy theories to thrive could hardly be contemplated. We have a society that while 30 years ago, an non college educated person could earn a wage that could support a family (manufacturing for auto industry, etc.) but today, that is dwindling. And the relative economic strength of the non educated white male is decreasing, and the same time as the rabid (ridiculous and fascist racist imo) is attacking white males. And this serves to fan the flames.
So with all that as a back drop, I take the items posted by Q Anon with a large grain of salt. Just this weekend we have "Pope arrested" (no he wasn't) and we are learning that the "Italy did the voter machine fraud" is also very likely full of $hit.
So when it comes to the "vote drops", just a small amount of research provides explanations. (now these explanations could be bullshit and a cover, or the original claims could be bull. It is uncertain, but I think a trump and his non existent personal responsibility and the fact he is a pathological liar, and I tend to not believe his claims.)
There is a "what is so", and then there is the meaning ascribed to it. What is so, vote counting stopped, then restarted. ONE meaning put forth: the slimy bad evil wrong left (dems, socialists, pedophiles - side bar, the whole process of non stop efforts to create negative associations is tiring and counter productive, I hate the far left AND I hate the far right - the extremists are tearing this country apart). Another meaning / rationale: DNC pressure vote counters to continue (as trump has been pushing so hard to invalidate votes if/as they are not counted fast enough). Not for any more sinister reason than this. The videos showing people pulling "suit cases" of ballots being pulled out from under a table as "proof" those were the "extra votes" which had been planted, etc. No, the same camera footage EARLIER shows those same containers coming in, as expected, as they are the containers which held and were used to transport valid ballots. If this was so damning, enter it as evidence. The whole "judges won't let evidence be entered doesn't wash. There are court transcripts of judges ASKING for evidence and not being given any.
Then I think of don the con's character. The great businessman (bankruptcy multiple times, pays next to no taxes because he is making so much money, refuses to release his taxes ... if nothing to hide, no reason to not release it [which is used as a rationale in this thread multiple times] applies just as well to this). He is asking for money to support his efforts to overturn this voter fraud. And the small print says basically "hey when you give me money, I can use it for whatever personal endeavor I want", like paying off his own personal debt.
The specific votes you ask about, how could there be such a large spike for Biden so suddenly, and NO votes for trump, has been explained:
Now I can already hear "that is just the lying MSM", that is BS, "of course THEY would say that to cover their A$$". He said / she said. trump has NO credibility with me. So I am less inclined to believe trump blindly and think ANY opposing thought must be a huge blind organization working against him.
Another example of "what happened" versus meaning ascribed to it. Videos showing cops "letting the mod" into the capital. That is what happened. Meaning ascribed "that shows the BLM/Antifa crowd" is what happened. Alternative (and imo more believable rationale): there were some police who were aligned with trump and upset with the left (not terribly difficult to believe since the BLM movement was anti police, and pushed for defunding police); and as such they let in some of the mob.
So last Wednesday we had a mob storm the capital while it was in session. All who did it (Q Anon, trump supporters, antifa, BLM, whoever) should be punished, period. (and earlier in this thread the man in the fur hat / horns was said to be a antifa plant (with many pretty pictures from facebook, etc. supplied). Well he has been arrested. Real name "Jacob Anthony Chansley, a.k.a. Jake Angeli, of Arizona" and he does not appear to be with antifa.
Another example of what happened / meaning: Nancy pelosi is pushing for impeachment. Many (including a LT Gen on video tape) say this is due to a stolen laptop having damning evidence. Alternative: she is upset with a sitting president inciting a mob to overturn a democratic process, and who still shows no remorse and still accepts no personal responsibility (the one video which he condemned the actions still ended with "never give up" and may have been motivated by trying to get his twitter account back).
There is HUGE amounts of disinformation, and imo, our enemies (China, Russia) have both the ability and the motivation be the source behind a large amount of it.
So basically, I do not think there was voter fraud. And if that were to be accurate, trump's actions are treasonable.
This will obviously not sit well with any on this thread, but I believe this thread is filled with a majority of honest thinking people who are a) pissed off in general b) hate left / socialism c) are not pure Q anon conspiracy theorists who will never see ANYTHING that would have them re think anything but that trump is great. So maybe some can have an honest discussion regarding these things. this post above is pretty aggressive anti-trump, but it is tough to read all the posts in this thread with "he is a great mind, 5-D, 6-D, chess" comments and not point out that some very real ways in which maybe, just maybe, he is more of a con-artist than a great bastion of truth / honesty / integrity / and love compassion for democracy. He is not a dem, or R ... he is a selfican.
These are reasonable points. And indeed - I am deeply suspicious of Trump for many of the reasons you raise.
However there are just as many - in my view more - reasons to question the integrity of the leading Democrats as well.
I am less impressed by your statistical counter-arguments although I have to admit that I have not followed every argument and counter-argument in detail for a while now - and I probably should. But I'm not a bad mathemetician (by the standards of non-mathematicians) and I was pretty well convinced by the arguments I saw initially. I have also seen many, many statements and witness accounts (yes online - not in sworn affidavits) myself that are deeply disturbing.
At the end of the day I think, although I could not personally prove it in a court, that there was pretty serious fraud. I also think Trump and the Democrat leaders are likely all lying about it to some degree.
Frankly I'm sick of all of them. At this point I know very well that the Democrats are utterly corrupt, the press is a lying propaganda machine, and big tech is actively censoring speech to an incredible degree. I strongly suspect Trump is also corrupt, although I retain some doubt here, and I just want to shut my eyes and open them in a world where they have all gone away.
Beforeitsnews is a Dave Hodge can I get a secret source ( think V the Gorilla economist -turns out to be a Bestbuy employee) Steve Qualudes hyperventilating favorite. Lots of speculation, mostly wrong but stirs the pot to sell, sell, sell survivalist supplies & PMs.
This guy said this earlier today and he's the only one claiming he knows this. Everyone else is parroting this video. Who is this guy and how does he know what he claims to know?
I know a guy who knows a guy who knows Charlie Ward who sometimes appears on videos with Simon Parkes. I trust my friend and he vouches for his guy (they are very close friends and have been for decades) who vouches for Charlie. My guy - who is the only guy I actually trust in this loop wouldn't vouch for Charlie directly.
So - I'm not sure that's worth anything at all - but it's all I can give you.

I know a guy who knows a guy who knows Charlie Ward who sometimes appears on videos with Simon Parkes. So - I'm not sure that's worth anything at all - but it's all I can give you.
Or I could give you this. Huffingtonpost so source is suspect - even so story seems outlandish for Huffingtonpost given Parkes is a leftie. Probably both lying - that's my usual perspective these days :-)
I listened to this guy and came away thinking he doesn't know any more than you and I know. Lots of disinfo coming out today and tonight from a lot of different directions
You mean the NY National Guard? This is why DC needs to be a state to have their own NG folks. Can you image what that will look like. Forget Obama's civilian army threat, the real deal with weapons and all from DC. Wake me when its over.
Sorry for sarcasm\. Ten days left for Hammergeddon (I hope).
I hope I'm wrong, but I'm starting to get the funny feeling that the entire Q op was disinformation to get us to sit on our hands waiting for the cavalry to ride in while the Commies actually take over.

You covered a lot of ground there. I must be really tired, though, because not a lot of it makes sense to me. I got it that you don’t like DJT and think he’s dishonest, OK. I also got it that you don’t like the democRats or the rePukelicans. OK. As far as the second thing goes, you belong here on GIM. We’re all of that same mind set. I’ll try to reread your post tomorrow and get a better idea of what you’re saying there, overall.
I hope I'm wrong, but I'm starting to get the funny feeling that the entire Q op was disinformation to get us to sit on our hands waiting for the cavalry to ride in while the Commies actually take over.
One thing seems certain, in my opinion. If the next couple weeks pass and Joe Biden gets sworn into the presidency and there is no real resistance to that happening by the Trump team, Trump will have left us all in an awful position and we will be horribly screwed. We’ll know we got “punked,” as somebody else has put it. I think I might feel as bad about that as knowing the commies have taken over.

Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Democrats have virtually no chance of successfully impeaching and removing President Donald Trump before Inauguration Day on Jan. 20.
“The case cannot come to trial in the Senate. Because the Senate has rules, and the rules would not allow the case to come to trial until, according to the majority leader, until 1 p.m. on January 20th, an hour after President Trump leaves office,” Dershowitz said in a Fox Business interview on Sunday.
Dershowitz, who defended Trump during the Senate impeachment trial about a year ago, suggested that the Constitution does not allow for impeaching a former president.
“And the Constitution specifically says, ‘The President shall be removed from office upon impeachment.’ It doesn’t say the former president. Congress has no power to impeach or try a private citizen, whether it be a private citizen named Donald Trump or named Barack Obama or anyone else,” he said.
It comes as House Democrats have proposed articles of impeachment after Trump made a speech to protesters near the Capitol. Some critics have claimed Trump incited the crowd into violence before a group stormed the Capitol building.
Trump told the crowd beforehand that their protest shows “the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country” and “let us walk down Pennsylvania Avenue.” The president did not tell the protesters to breach the Capitol or commit acts of violence and later condemned them.
At one point, Trump told the protesters to “peacefully and patriotically make your voices be heard.”
Another Trump defender during the House impeachment inquiry, law professor Jonathan Turley, explained that impeaching Trump over his speech would set a dangerous precedent.
“When I testified in the impeachment hearings of Trump and Bill Clinton, I noted that an article of impeachment does not have to be based on any clear crime but that Congress has looked to the criminal code to weigh impeachment offenses,” he said in an opinion piece. “For this controversy now, any such comparison would dispel claims of criminal incitement. Despite broad and justified condemnation of his words, Trump never actually called for violence or riots. But he urged his supporters to march on the Capitol to raise their opposition to the certification of electoral votes and to back the recent challenges made by a few members of Congress.”
Meanwhile, Democrats and some Republicans have floated the idea of Trump’s cabinet invoking the 25th Amendment, which concerns succession of the vice president if the president dies, resigns, or is removed from office.
Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson, a member of his cabinet, dismissed calls to invoke the 25th Amendment.
“As a Nation we need to heal. I have not talked to anyone about invoking the 25th Amendment, and I am focused on finishing what I started in uplifting the forgotten women and men of America. It’s time to move toward peace. We are not each other’s enemies!” he wrote.

GOP FL Rep Gaetz on Fox: I spoke with President Trump today. He's not resigning and he is not leaving the public stage at all. Donald Trump remains the inspirational leader of a loving and patriotic movement, people who believe that America's best days can still be ahead
