Made me remember the Church Committee investigating JFK's assassination... I seemed to recall that they concluded that it was a "conspiracy" to kill the President... I am disappointed to read this about Newsmax. Guess I won't be paying much attention to them either. This is an article from 2015:

Biden State Dept. spokeswoman called police 'largest threat to US national security': Report
Jalina Porter, who has been named deputy spokesperson for the U.S. State Department under President Biden, once wrote that the largest threat to U.S. national security may be a domestic one.
In a 2016 Facebook post, Porter wrote that U.S. cops posed the largest national security threat, greater than that of both Russian hackers and ISIS, because of killings of Black Americans.
"The largest threat to U.S. national security are U.S. cops," Porter said, as reported by The Washington Free Beacon. "Not ISIS, not Russian hackers, not anyone or anything else."

Not convinced there's a widespread racial element at all in cops murdering unarmed citizens. There does seem to be direct correlation between sex and the frequency of cops(black or white) murdering citizens as a matter of routine.
Clearly cops consider males to be a far greater threat to their own alleged safety than women. The black/white thing gets all the press because that's a way to divide, but the obvious correlation is based upon sex not race.

Investigators have determined the Capitol Police officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during the U.S. Capitol riot should not be charged with any crimes, a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation told NBC News.
The Wall Street Journal first reported that police investigators have recommended the officer not be charged, although the U.S. Attorney's Office will make the final decision on the matter.
Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran and ardent supporter of former President Donald Trump, was shot during the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol.

The patriot act was about expanding the rolls of police and spy agencies to supposedly fight “terrorism” ....when statistics prove your 10x, 20x,30x (whatever it was at the time) to be killed by a man with a badge than a “terrorist thus we in the tea party were not fans of the patriot act.
