Thoughts On the Arizona Audit

Some people hoped that the AZ audit would provide evidence that hundreds of thousands of illegal votes were cast in the 2020 election. They expected to hear proof that Donald Trump won the election. The Arizona audit was never going to overturn the results of the national election. That wasn't the purpose of the audit.
If you're feeling disappointed, it's likely because you had unrealistic expectations.

The audit report delivered exactly what I had hoped for. The biggest takeaway was Ben Cotton's presentation of criminal conduct on behalf of those who operate Maricopa County's Dominion Election Management System. Cotton proved that the system connects to the internet, that it allows remote access, and that its anti-virus and security software has never been updated. Most importantly, Cotton provided evidence that the people running the system methodically and repeatedly deleted election data just prior to critical events that could have shown fraud.

Cotton's presentation was damning because Dominion itself runs the election management system. According to former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes, Dominion has offices in the Maricopa County Election Center and the county employs two full time Dominion contractors who manage the system. If Dominion manages the system, they will likely be the ones facing criminal prosecution.

The evidence presented yesterday should cause any county that uses Dominion Voting Systems to consider auditing their election. The fact that Cotton provided evidence of criminal conduct was icing on the cake.

An hour before the report was released, AG Brnovich issued a statement saying, “I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority."

Brnovich has sufficient motive to prosecute those who broke the law. States that use Dominion systems now have an uphill battle if they intend to argue that an audit is unnecessary.

So at the next school board or dog catcher elections sit in the damn polling places. Demand they put them in a box. Knock the machines over, put USBs in the things, or hell search internet connections. I dont know, glue racist stickers or Trump things on them. We can not allow their use again.

Or just "trip" over the cords and unplug them. Half the rural poll workers won't be able to get them running correctly again. Chew some gum and add some extra things to the back of your ballot. Get creative.
Black Box sabotage is an idea that appeals...

“I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority."
has he taken any action yet? and how can a reader discern where his 'legal authority' begins and where it ends? and as an individual with 'official connections', how is it possible his 'legal authority' won't cover all illegalities?

so we have some people with restricted legal powers while we have others with full legal powers...?

what type of a system is he describing?

because now i'm curious: as an individual, myself, what amount of legal powers do i posses? i mean, it's my country, i pay for it, i'm an owner, where do my legal powers begin and where do the end?

just asking

That's probably the most grounded take I have read...one that I most identify with.

I for one am not disappointed. I didn't expect anything to be done after this audit crap came out. The MSM, the endless internet celebrity videos, the thousand upon thousands of internet opinion pieces. the Q re-posts from years ago, over and over.....it's all smoke and mirrors on the Disney ride to hell we all find ourselves on.

Expect nothing and you'll never be disappointed. To those who are disappointed from the apparent crater less bombshell left from the 'audit' results, I say...if you can't tolerate the train ride simply get off the damned ride and watch from the sidelines. That's what I did and I sleep much better at night. No frustration, not trepidation, no anticipation....not a care in the world! I simply enjoy the show and poke fun at the masses from time to time!

The US government is corrupt and illegitimate, therefore there's nothing to save, nothing to protect and nothing to fear! It's a big, three ring circus and the clowns are prominently featured in all 3 rings 24/7/365!

Hey Buck, he won't do a God damned thing and that's OK as I'm no longer a member of the collective and couldn't care less about any level of government in the US. I've realized a while back that I'm on my own and its my job to protect my own from all threats. I feel calmer and more confident in my preparations over the last 5 years as a result of thinking that way. :weed:

Ten Takeaways From the Maricopa Audit Report

Dave Hayes
September 26, 2021

1

The report given to the Arizona Senate by auditors is not complete. The examination of kinematic artifact on ballots is not finished. In addition, splunk logs, routers and other items have yet to be examined. An agreement between the County and the Senate will make those items available. When the examination is complete, additional reports will be given to the Senate.

Source (Pg. 56)

As mentioned in the July 15, 2021, Arizona Senate hearing, ballot calibration was off by an average of 1000% leading to bleed-through, which can cause over-votes or inaccurate vote attribution. The County has stated that they use thick VoteSecure paper, which should limit bleed-through. However, the Cyber Ninjas team said in July they had found a large number of ballots printed on very thin paper stock. The ballots printed on-demand at the voting centers on election day had the worst calibrations issues. At that time, it was reported that more than 168K ballots were affected.

The issue with thin ballot paper and bleed through is that it often causes ballots to be rejected by tabulation machines. When a ballot is rejected, it's sent to adjudication.

When a ballot is sent to adjudication, a human must decide the intent of the voter. The one performing adjudication has an opportunity to negate the voter's intended selections.

In Maricopa County, approximately 200,000 ballots (11%) were sent to adjudication in the 2020 election.

2

Many of the Maricopa County ballots were printed by Runbeck. The company's CEO initially agreed to answer questions about ballot printing discrepancies, but later, he said he was instructed by Maricopa County not to talk to auditors.

Source (Pg. 48)

3

According to the audit report, 255,326 early vote ballots were received from Maricopa County voters who were not found in the EV33 file.

The importance of this finding is that it's a violation of state law to send out an early vote ballot to a voter who has not requested one. Once a voter has requested an early ballot, their name should appear in the EV33 file.

Why were more than 255,000 early vote ballots sent to people who (apparently) did not request them?

4

Ten different types of paper were used to print ballots in Maricopa County for the 2020 election including 20 and 30 lb paper. The recommended weight of paper is 80 lb. It is unknown what effect this may have had since logic and accuracy tests are not performed with paper of this type.

Source (Pg. 54)

5

The Arizona Senate subpoena required Maricopa County to turn over to auditors all provisional ballots that were not used and those that were cast by voters but rejected for some reason. These ballots were never turned over for inspection.

Auditors do not know if any unused provisional ballots were diverted.

There is no way to know how many provisional ballots (cast in person by same-day voters) were rejected, or why they were rejected.

(A large percentage of same-day in-person voters were Trump supporters.)

Ballots returned to the County as undeliverable were supposed to be turned over to auditors. They were never received, which makes one wonder if any of those ballots were illegally diverted.

6

To prevent a voter from voting twice, any voter who shows up at a voting center on the day of the election to vote in person who has received a ballot by mail must be issued a provisional ballot.

More than 58,000 voters who should have received provisional ballots received standard ballots instead. There is no statutory authority that allows this.

7

The Senate subpoena required Maricopa County to allow auditors access to the voter registration system. The County refused access to auditors.

In December 2020, a hack of the database was investigated by the FBI. Auditors requested access to the database to learn more about the intrusion but the County claimed the intruder only accessed publicly available data.

8

On February 2nd, 2021, the night before Maricopa County's auditors (Pro V&V and SLI) were to begin their audit, the entire election database was purged.
Source (Pg. 63)

9

Pro V&V and SLI didn't mention in their audit reports the deletion of ballot images, election database files, results files, or log files.

Source (Pg. 65)

25a93b9e13baa5253e53c.png

10

More than 263,000 ballot images that were provided to auditors were too corrupted to be read.

Of the 1.3 million images of ballots scanned prior to November 1st, no images were corrupted. After November 1st, approximately half the scanned images were corrupted.

No explanation has been given as to why or how the images were corrupted. Replacement images were requested but Maricopa County has not provided them.

Unca's Final Fix:

Walk into Maricopa nest, shoot the first person in the forehead. Announce:

"Now that I have your attention, all those who want to expose all the crimes they committed with proofs they committed them, raise your hands. Take note, traitors: Confessions are unacceptable. Proofs only."

Look around, shoot the closest no-hand-up traitor in the forehead. Repeat the request.

Put a time limit on the required confession/proofs -- two hours.

Late Edit Add: Use .44 Magnum Hydra-Shok

And today Newsome signed into law, mail in ballots being sent out to everyone. The 8th state to do so.
Like I said earlier, we are fighting one battle and they are 5 steps ahead getting ready for the next steal.

AZ AUDIT REVEALS FRAUD PATTERNS IN SWING STATES

redpill78
Patterns in types of specific election fraud have been revealed after the AZ audit across multiple swing states, we examine the watered down language of the Cyberninja’s report and some new data about even more invalid ballots in AZ.

NOT MAKING HEADLINES: AZ Audit Could Not Find the Identity of 86,391 Voters – They Don’t Appear to Exist and 73.8% Are Democrat or No Party Affiliation

By Jim Hoft
Published September 27, 2021
The Arizona audit could not find an identity match on 86,391 people. This is disclosed on Page 56 of the “Results Details” report.

These Maricopa voters cast ballots in Nov 2020 and don’t seem to exist. The ones registered as Democrat or selected no party affiliation represent a whopping 73.8% of these unknown voters. That’s 63,757 ballots. Not selecting a party makes monitoring of nefarious registrations much harder as everything not R or D is bulked together as “Other”. Even the new State voter registration form now only has only 3 categories (R, D, Other) and some registration reporting reduced to similar.

Some questions.

When one registers as a voter in the US, do they have to nominate a political party?

If yes, does their choice tie them to vote as nominated?

in Ca, you can select a party when you register or you can choose independent or not choosing will make you independent iirc...

you won't vote in any party primaries but in the general you can vote for anyone on the ballot

but they'll adjudicate them as they see fit...just like they always do

Registration varies by state but is not very important, especially in general elections. There are a number of states that make you register for a party in order to vote in the parties primary elections.

For a general you can vote for anyone on the ballot regardless of what your registration says. And I believe that's true everywhere.

You can register as an 'independent'.

The only reason one would declare a party is to vote in their primaries.

Party primaries determine who will be on the ticket. Independents don't vote in primaries, but do vote in the National election.

It's kind of like a track meet. Everyone competes on the local level and some are eliminated leaving a select few at the national level until they too 'compete' and leave just one.

I think I got that right?

Doesn't really matter if it make headlines. Only matters if the AG investigates it, convenes a Grand Jury, issues indictments, and arrest the perps. Then we must trust the courts (and juries) to punish them.

In NC you can choose “unaffiliated”. Or a party that has reached critical mass. A few years ago you couldn’t register for the libertarian party because we didn’t have a large enough presence (10% I think). This is used as a protectionist tactic for the two headed party and to avoid have 25 parties like in CA

There is a small possibility Arizona de-certifies.

Lets assume it happens. What then?
There's no point in decertifying. But if they did absolutely nothing changes.. In fact if the entire country decertified there is still no process to remove Biden and the res of the fraudulent elected congress critters. Never been done, never been attempted even. You could attempt to run this through the courts under the auspices of fraud. We all know how corrupt the courts are. They may not even hear the case and just force it back to we the people. Thats the where ultimately the decisions rests. The left knows it. If we want the country back we are going to have to fight for it.

After the Republican Party didn't object, stabbed us in back. They really showed their true colors, they're one party. If Mail in voting continues Dems are going to win every election after this. All this pretending to fight is all bs. I want to see those basterds arrested and tried for treason. What's there to fight when this country is officially dead after Biden got in. That's why their jamming all this agenda through to bankrupt this country. It's the final nail in the coffin. Honestly, after they don't raise the debt ceiling, credit defaults, currency hyperinflation will collapse everything. In return they will replace it with communism. People are weak sheep, replacing their freedoms with comfort and temporary security. The constitution, US is officially dead.

There's no difference within the Uniparty but folks will continue to vote their color like it means anything
