In November 2021, Colorado citizens filed a lawsuit against radical Secretary of State (SOS) Jena Griswold.
USEIP reported on the lawsuit — Hanks et al v. Griswold was filed in Denver District Court. The most damning facts of the case claim that Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and her employees destroyed election records from the 2020 election. Griswold and other Colorado election officials are required by state law to preserve those election records for twenty-five months, and by federal law for twenty-two months. The relief sought in this case is a full, independent forensic audit of Colorado voting systems and the 2020 election in Colorado so citizens’ trust in their elections might be restored.
When asked whether the deleted elections records were significant or simply inconsequential extra files on election servers, or electronic voting equipment, Col. (ret.) Shawn Smith USAF systems testing expert stated,

A SECOND Colorado County Clerk Dallas Shroeder from Elbert County also copied the files before they were deleted.

Their plan was to use lawfare to steal more seats across the country in redistricting efforts while Republicans cower or pretend they don’t see what’s going on.

On Wednesday, Garland Favorito and VoterGA presented their latest report on the 2020 Georgia presidential election titled, “The Truth about the Georgia Elections.”
The entire presentation with questions ran for about an hour and a half.
During their presser, VoterGA laid out 42 different points of fact to refute Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s false claims about 2020 being a free and fair election.
At one point, the Favorito discussed the MITRE Corporation’s National Election Security Lab report used by Raffensperger to declare the election free from ballot harvesting.
Garland and his team admitted they were unaware of this MITRE report until Raffensperger brought it up. The MITRE company put together a few statistics and graphs and declared the Georgia election free of ballot harvesting.

The MITRE people have some explaining to do.
VoterGA lays the blame at the feet of Brad Raffensperger and his very dishonest assessment of ballot harvesting for the 2020 election.
