The only surprise is that the house is not located in Florida.

Couple who had 'Fixer Upper' team to renovate one-bedroom home they got for free are now trying to sell it for $950,000 - after deciding not to move in and instead turn it into a $325-a-night Airbnb
  • Cameron and Jessica Bell got a tiny shotgun house in Waco, Texas in 2015, and had it renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines, the husband-and-wife duo from HGTV's Fixer Upper
  • Couple were living in Denton at the time, but said they planned to move to Waco when the house was finished
  • But the couple never moved in and instead immediately listed it on Airbnb, charging $325 a night
  • Now, the couple are trying to sell the 1,050-square-foot home for a stunning $950,000
  • The pair, who married in 2012, both work for a drug company in the Dallas area
  • Last year, it was revealed that at least six homes Chip and Joanna worked on had been turned into rentals
  • At the time, a spokesman for the couple said they would be re-evaluating their client contracts

Its sounding like property bubble days again. To add to this I had a renter leaving to buy a house. Do you think the lender even called me to check if he paid his rent on time? Nope
One of the usual past arrogant acting high nose in the air jerks whom I haven't seen in a few years is now back over at Home Depot with his new fully loaded GMC SIerra acting like God's gift to the world again.
A former Home Depot Associate has now gotten another Real Estate Office Franchise after failing at her last franchise a few years back after the bubble popped.
And the cycle goes on and on....

I'll be documenting progress on this house on this channel and my other channel, Homemade Home...seen here. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcDz...

The video pretty much sums it up but if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment. Thanks.

Nice cobwebs in the OP. Probably a few grand worth of aluminum cans there. Natural Light, that's like drinking Burgie. I was at Walmart a few months ago. A woman in front of me asked for a carton of cigarettes. Checker says "What Brand?" Woman: "Whatever is the cheapest". Wow, pretty bad when you don't even have a favorite, when it comes to smokes or beer, just whatever is cheapest.

Stunning 100-year-old, six bedroom mansion that was home to America's first black FBI agent could be yours just $10... if you take it apart and move it somewhere else
  • The six-bedroom mansion in Montclair, New Jersey is on the market for just $10
  • The person who buys the home must be willing to relocate historic mansion
  • A town planning board recently approved an application to sub-divide the land
  • It was approved on the condition that the home is preserved and not torn down
  • Officials say the home needs to be moved to a new location that is nearby

Cabin fever! Couple discover a log cabin hiding behind paneling in their newly-purchased home
  • As a couple removed wall panels they found a perfectly preserved two-story log cabin, built between 1820 and 1840
  • It is one of the largest and best-preserved log cabins discovered in central Ohio
  • The cabin has since been dismantled and donated to the city of Dublin, Ohio
  • The structure will then be rebuilt in order for people to visit for themselves

Love where they parked the microwave. As per spiders and webs....who ever wins? I mean it is a continual contest. Now as fer the beer cans...does tex-ass recycle by the pound or by the can? I am betting by the lb. because if it was by the can then them cans would not have been walked on and crushed.

I think some one was getting repoe'd and just went with it.

I do wonder...do you think them cans were the first pop-its; upu know that bubble rap? But seriously here or there, I took a leave of absent mind and worked at a recycling center and every once and a while I would let my three bitch hound in. Shit it was funny- they would head to the aluminum cans and nose their way through them. They spilled them every where. Damm-ist thing I ever saw.

so how come the spiders caught no flies or moths?

You can't be serious - - $215k to renovate that place? What is it, maybe 1200sq' max?

It's virtually impossible to spend $215k on something like that. I can't even fathom where they would have spent it all.

Even if you ripped it right to the studs and completely rebuilt it'd still be way under $100k.
