This is nuts... and the result of fraudulent War on Terror, the unconstitutional War on Drugs and the drivers licensing & registration tax/bond scams.... The simple act of traveling has become a death sentence for many at the hands of the publican tax gatherers carrying guns....

I respectfully disagree.... the Police Power isnt cracking down on the intercity gangstas, hood rats & common criminals... for the most part they're cracking down on the common moral working segments of black society in America... most of whom wont fight or shoot back at the cops... The above intercity criminal elements are, IMO where police should be concentrating their police powers & violence cleaning up the intercities... of course for the LEO's there is a much lower risk when confronting the majority of nonviolent blacks rather than their confronting the violent gangs & gang members.

And the hits just keep on coming...........

  • Officer Brentley Vinson, who is also black, was identified as the one who shot Scott and he has been placed on administrative leave as is standard procedure in officer-involved shootings
  • On Tuesday night, police in riot gear confronted protesters and deployed tear gas to disperse the crowds
  • Police said 12 officers were injured during the protests, including one who was hit in the face with a rock

The "orders" need to be legal orders...otherwise I have no problem with people defending themselves with every means available. If that means an out of control public servant dies...then so be it.

This particular case looks like just another example of a violent out of control gumbymint employee murdering another individual in cold blood. Don't give a shit if the chick is wearing some stupid looking costume when she committed the murder...she should fry.

So, I am looking for some one who is not the some one I shoot and that is first degree manslaughter? So what is being said here is that cops have the right to shoot anyone they please and just get off with ten years and time served....WTF? $50k bond? 2xWTF?

Stop and smell the roses, murder is murder and there is no exigent circumstances to the other wise.

People who grow up to be cops don't become a cop to shoot and kill people, that's just pure BS

Cops today are the outcome of years of smarter bad guys, more ruthless bad guys, poor leadership, poor training, greedy unions and ultimately equal opportunity hiring

I'm not going to diatribe about cops, I was never a cop but a few have been nice to me while a few have been complete pricks and those pricks reminded me of college graduate pricks who think their shit don't stink
eh
The world is full of bad people and right now the bad people have been in charge for a long time

My simple point is:
If a cop draws down on you, freeze and do what you're told to do
There's plenty of time to argue your case, but you can't do it if your dead

At least this way, if the cop DOES shoot you, you'll have your hands high in the air and there will be no other call to make other than "guilty"
otherwise:
IDK, I wasn't there but maybe I'd have taken the shot too
only maybe Taser style (i saw that was done, looks like it didn't work too well)
Again, IDK and from what I saw, the dude looked like a danger to me

What?
Maybe the cop should have just taken a stance and let the perp fire off one shot before discharging her weapon?
That way she could have been certain one way or the other?
Seriously?
You try doing that, there are simulators available in cities from coast to coast
Try it, you'll be injured/dead more times than not

LOL

We all have a right to live but we all have a responsibility to preserve our own lives, no matter what that takes

Terence Crutcher Failed and I don't really feel bad except for the cop who, because she was "stupid" enough to sign up to be a cop, now has to answer for "doing her job".

Try "failing" at your job, will jail time be involved? How about "failing" at your job while you're dealing with "faulty parts"? Any jail time yet?

Not a cop lover, just honest

Doesn't sound like the guy was a choir boy, but that's not much of a rap sheet. Most of that stuff is alternative taxation, "war on drugs" crap, or was dismissed.

Cops are entirely too quick to use violence in this country...totally out of control and the excuse is always the same...officer safety dogshit. Many have seen entirely too many headlines involving unarmed men being gunned down. At this point police are just increasing their own risks by perpetuating violence against unarmed individuals they're allegedly being paid to "protect and serve".

Like the man said 10yrs, time served, and a $50k bond for cold blooded murder is a joke. Anyone not in a stupid looking costume would be facing a life sentence and no bail. Plainly we have two justus systems at work in this banana republic.

This one is hard to call as to the outcome of the trial. I listened to the 60 Minutes Interview and thought she was full of shit especially when she blamed the victim. But who know how others saw it. Gonna be interesting. Hope fully she will get hers.

During the interview, Shelby broke down in tears and said she had no choice but to shoot the unarmed man because he was not following her commands.
WT absolute fuk. So judge/jury/executioner Betty Shelby admits that she committed pre-meditated murder because...contempt of cop.

Yeah...fry the she-pig.
