His #3 is what I call "paying attention", being aware of what is happening, ether around you or being cognizant of your thoughts.
Like right now I am designing a bolt action rifle for long distance accuracy. I am having some issues with the design. Mrs. T says I am worrying too much. I say no, I am problem solving. At times I will get up & go for a walk outside & visit with the wild life in the yard, whoever it may be at the time. If you don't have this luxury, you may not understand the huge benefits that animals have in calming you down. Letting go of your thoughts and/or your anxieties is huge.

Anxiety, or extreme apprehension and worry, is a normal reaction to stressful situations. But in some cases, it becomes excessive and can cause sufferers to dread everyday situations.
Anxiety attacks, also referred to as panic attacks, are episodes of high intensity fear and anxiety. Panic attacks often occur suddenly and 'out of the blue.'
