Nah, that is more a socialist hierarchy, actually its an odd mixture of fascism, socialism with a veneer of democracy. Capitalism requires more in the way of a level playing field without governments finger on the scales.

... but I guess that the communists (aka the modern left) that scream about the fascists and that actually are referring to anyone who disagrees with them would call that model capitalism. Reality is that capitalism no longer really exists in a pure form.
