I know this video is long. You’re awesome for watching it all the way through, but if you want to consider other alternatives beyond working a job, this video might have something to offer for you.
I can really only speak from my own experience here, but it seems to me if you want to change your work situation, you just have to be motivated to do it.
Many of you responded to the previous video I did about the Labor Shortage.
In many respects this video is a response to that. It seems that some of you are unhappy in your current situations and I hope this video offers some insight that may help you change that for the better.
I don’t want to make this a long description, especially since I have a few links to share here. So please enjoy the video. I look forward to your comments.
I run my own business and we pay our bills and make a little $. Where I am located I could open 2 more businesses if I had the time and seed $. I am seriously considering opening a plumbing service because my friend will be a master plumber next year. He is excellent and wants to open his own business, but does not have the know how. I was thinking of forming a partnership with him doing the tech work and I run the office.
I also have the vacant land to build a nice childcare facility near the highway. There is a long waiting list around here for childcare, so it would be a good idea. I have no idea what it takes to run one though.
Former family members wife did the daycare thing. Started in their house and eventually built an actual daycare. When they divorced I heard they sold it for a million. I was there to witness some of the state crap. The owners kid was the worst but man that job would suck.
My ebay side business is selling '70's silver art bars (and other collectible silver bullion coins). That works for me and I enjoy what I do since I am a collector of '70's silver art bars. I want to eventually make it a full-time business but I am not even close to that goal yet. At the moment, the net profits that I make from each sale is just gas and comic book money.

It's not uncommon to hear Big Herc preaching about Hustling and finding a hustle that suits you. With the way industries are changing at the blink of an eye, you can't sit around waiting for work to come to you, you have to find it or create it. If not, then don't be surprised if the industry you work in leaves you behind.
16 Years Old And 50+ Accounts - Lawn Care Success Story - Nathan w/ Four Seasons Lawn Landscape Brian's Lawn Maintenance
Published on Feb 3, 2018
Got to meet up with a buddy of mine over in Novi MI today, his name is Nathan with Four Season Lawn Landscape. Him and I got to know each other over the last year, both being part of the ECHO UAG program.
Since then, we've been able to keep in touch back and forth through social media, and I have to say, this kid blows me away with his success. He's only 16 years old, but has managed to take on over 50 clients (while still being in High School full time), and now start a whole landscape division of his enterprise.
Check out his brand new F-250 that he bought 100% on his own. It's awesome seeing you young guys out there hustling to make it happen, carving out a name for yourself, and eliminating excuses and distractions at his age. There's a ton of nay-sayers, obstacles, and a lot of stuff to learn, but it's cool seeing younger folks getting in to the industry and making a ton of money along the way.
Congrats to Nathan and shoutout to his dad Kevin who has raised a fine young man. Leave Nathan a comment down below, let him know ya'll are excited for him and to keep on keeping on! Hopefully his success inspires some of you young guys out there to get yours!

Conversation With My Friend Who Owned Private Jets bigherc916

Having conversation with the big boys who make big moves lays the foundation down for you to make your own power moves. This video is about one of those conversations I had with my baller friend who use to own his own jet charter business. Subscribe and share this channel.
You know, I found it easy to listen to, his motivational speech - though it was mostly just common sense rant advice that might be good for college kids. Didn't find any actionable intel nor do most people my age want to do construction work or learn to fly or collect private jets.
"...tighten up the game, get to the next level, make it wild, get down with some more paper" typically only works out in the short term. Short term being of course a relative thing.
