Which silver 1oz round do you think is the best ever all round?

It could be the most beautiful, or most powerful message?

Taking everything into account, which is the best design ever?

D T Mint draped liberty bust.
Sincere depth, clean, clear, precision with beveled edge and NO date to subtract Fibonacci.
No longer made by D T Mint.
Does anyone know anything in regards to said mint?

I am not an old coin numi collector, but this round speaks.
I dug a beaut ! 1832 matron last night in neighbors lawn however.
Looks AU before olive oil swim for 6 months

The other 9/10ths of me says what Fatboy states above.

"They all melt the same"

One exception between round and coin, 1897 Cuba Libertad.
I dare say such would be the last of mine to be melted.
Or traded for 40oz of silver @ $20/oz.
She is my type, no chinkle at all and undoubtedly completely slender.
Additionally the art upon the reverse is stellar.
Never see the coin version 1898 for sale, could not buy anyway$.

Argyraspides or Hero is born is the sort of design I think comes close to the top of the list for me.

Some of Mike Maloney designs have been great, I like the look of a powerful warrior and a powerful looking horse. Also beautiful scantily clad women.

I hate to say it but some of Rob Greys new coins look absolutely fantastic especially with the statue to match the coin. image.jpg Like lady Godiva or the silver warrior I would love the statue and the coin. http://headsortalescoin.co/collections/lady-godiva/products/lady-godiva-1oz-silver-proof
But I would never buy from him out of principle.

Which other silver designs stand head and shoulders above the rest? When you show lots of coins to a bunch of people which ones would be picked as favourites time and again?

Are you guys kidding?
I think it is universally agreed upon, or should I say Universarioly agreed upon what the most awesome silver round is. Doubling as an alternate currency. Well, it will in time.

Had no idea about Frank Frazetta's work being incorporated into coins. Way cool. Remember his art work on Molly Hatchet album covers and such.

Im with TomD re Britannia's. ( except the one with the "snail head" )

Anything square or rectangularly shaped.

That shape makes for the most efficient use of space when stacking. The newer Academy bars get my vote because they interlock.

An added bonus is that premiums are generally lower.

Yes sexy ladies look good, but also powerful warriors look good with swords.

We should have a top three best ever looking coins and vote on the overall winner.

I like the peace dollar, the walker half, the $10 Indian head gold coin, and the silver and gold eagle.

I guess I'm a lover not a fighter as I could care less about powerful warriors with swords.:bawling:

The French excellence series is by far and beyond the most beautiful designs ever. They're so underrated and unknown to most collectors it's just sad.
