DNN move into the $1.27 bottom and a decent close Friday. 1/2 the high selling price is $1.07 and $1.17 is important. If I ran the zoo I would undercut $1.00. Looks like good support there.

Trend is down. These two are getting into areas of previous support. If you follow Rick Rule he said he is buying severe weakness through the calendar year.

DNN did not close under $1.17. Rallies tomorrow would not surprise. These stocks are close enough to the previous bottoms to buy with very tight stops.

If pre market is any indication these stocks are going to open at lower lows. $1.07 is 1/2 the high selling price this cycle for DNN and one dollar is psychological support. Might go lower but we'll see. URA and SRUUF might be the safest long term bets when this bottoms kinda like SILJ where you get a decent cross section of stocks. You will make more money if you pick the right junior but that is too risky for me.

He can't go for all the Uranium, Lancers; there are many alternatives. One of the reasons I buy Bluesky Uranium, BSK.VN on the dips.
They have as much proven uranium as Kazatomprom, at surface level, permitted, in nuclear friendly and politically stable Argentina.

My point being, geo-political tension will establish previously unfeasible metal and mineral miners.
Your point about "the right juniors" being rare, is well-founded, but they do exist.

Good thing we opened gap down. The juniors must be holding up fairly well DNN UUUU UEC NXE and UROY doing much worse than URA. Close to a capitulation move down or we are already there.

The problem with bull market drawdowns is they never go low enough so you feel comfortable buying.

Just makes labor cheaper and helps the mine's bottom line. The only thing I would be wary about is the fact their governments could "nationalize" the mine. This is exactly why I don't invest in Africa at all. My wife spent some time there and its the biggest shithole out of all shitholes.
What other options do we have for Uranium, REE's or countless other supplies? Communist China or Russia? Unstable East Block countries? BlahBlah-stan?
However I don't think it's the case for Argentina; it's probably the most stable of all South American countries. The South American version of Canada. It has strong agriculture, resources, oil, mineral base and the largest number of nuclear reactors in the southern hemisphere.

I'm eyeballing SILJ and SDGJ, but there's a pretty good correction happening in Uranium.

Cranked 'em both. Could always go lower but DCA time. Not all at once but unless we go full on bear these prices are decent enuf. Monday's lows look for a divergence. DNN 1.13 small piece.

I see some of the stocks took out the recent lows some not. Not a convincing bottom yet but if you want to take on this sector I would DCA in. No guarantee we see the August lows. Sentiment is always poor at/near market bottoms.

Yep because no one including me knows if we have made final bottom. Last week's lows are good enough for long term holds.

Probably prudent at this point to wait for adds. Sometimes low volume coming off the lows is not bearish. Look at the volume in August. DCA.

Given U's apparent strength again today, you seeing confirmation of that mindset?

This morning, I grabbed up a Jan19 ''24 call with a 17 strike on the global X uranium ETF(URA). On a weekly chart this thing is sitting on 50d MA support and on a daily it's banging its head on 200d MA resistance. Seems like a decent entry point.

Top holdings are heavily weighted in favor of Cameco(21%), but include KAP.LN, Nexgen, Paladin, Denison, UEC, etc.
