Wonder if any of you have dealt with "Bullion Exchanges"? They sell on Ebay. They had some ATB Shenandoah bullion pucks for $116.00, good price. I got the last one, or so I thought. Item was shown as shipped on my Ebay page, with tracking number. Then they call me, and tell me they "oversold" the item. Guy tells me I can get a "KIsatchie, or a Blueridge instead. I say, no, don't want them. I tell him that I notice they have some slabbed Shenandoahs for 30 bucks more than I paid for the raw coin, thinking they might be interested in making my first experience with them, a positive one. Guy get's off the phone to speak to his manager, comes back and tells me that they'll give me 5 bucks off for my "Inconvenience". No thanks dude, give me a refund! Now, asking for the slabbed coin may seem like alot, but 30 bucks for ensuring a future customer, and me posting a positive message right now, versus this one, seems like a no brainer. Worst case, they would break even on that deal. Guy had to talk to a Manager to offer me a 5 dollar discount? Later Dudes!

Wonder if any of you have dealt with "Bullion Exchanges"?... Later Dudes!

I had exactly one interaction with them.

I had some ebucks to get rid of so I bid on an auction of theirs. Roll of SAE's which was bid to 359.00. I bought at the last second and got them for $364.00. With my last 90.00 in ebucks, not a bad price for $274.00. I believe that was on a Friday or Saturday night.

The following business day I received the USPS tracking number. On ebay I saw that the label was printed at so & so time late Sunday night. I saw the item was picked up by USPS at appx. 0200 AM that Monday. I then see another entry indicating the item was a 'Service Exception' at 0205 hrs.

I figure OK... I'll see if it clears in a few hours. It didn't. I email bullion exchange for an explanation. email back indicating that there 'must be a problem' (no shyte?) and they'll get back to me no later that 72 hours.

Almost exactly 72 hours later, they email back (important: ALWAYS use the ebay interface for emails when things like this happen) stating, the problem has been corrected and my item ought to arrive in the next few days.

The roll arrived THAT day. I was not impressed and that will be the last time I deal with them. Hope this helps.

Just saw this while perusing dealer threads, but I can't help but think it sounds like it was a UPS issue and they had to investigate. Clearly they had shipped it if it arrived the same day as their follow-up.

Placed an order for 2016 kooks with Bullion Exchange Ebay store on Wednesday 12/30. Order shipped sameday and arrived on Saturday January 2. Well packaged and the kooks look fine to me. Will be placing another order tomorrow when Ebay bucks are available. This was my first time dealing with them and I had no concerns.

Ordered roll of 1 oz Aus Year of da Monkey through Ebad 2015.
Effortless from beginning to end, with less cost than anywhere else.

Skipped Ebad for yesterdays order from Bullion Exchanges directly.
Bullion Exchanges had all seven(7) silver coin designs I wished to purchase.
There was no other site with combo of all.
The cost per item was less than JMB and tied with Provident Metals, if they carried them.

I did get "lucky" and purchased 2 items which were no longer available by end of day @B.E.
Which is the reason I searched B.E. after 1st choice seller ran out of most important foreign coin.
This did kick arse as I was able to add two ounces to my order, due to savings.
By check this order is, and I will report asasa (as soon as shipment arrives).

The complaints above appear to be self generated.
"They called" to state a mistake.
Surely you do not ever make one... mistake.
You were offered an available replacement for ownership not rental upgrade.

You ordered and it arrived on time with a preface of USPS/Ebad message entanglement.
HHHhhhmm Ebad and USPS on monday @ 2:05 am.
Tell me coins were run over or had been fondled.
Something other than he said she said.

Regardless of the above entertaining, thumbs up thumbs down Siskel and Ebert seller rating.
I could be eating my shoe when and if my second order arrives.
I am betting B.E. bats 1000.
As perfection of some other sellers well known, is absent of striving.

note: the sites metal charts seem slightly... slow. But hey silver is completely horizontal right?

Check account drained yesterday, notified 2x am today; pending then USPS shipping conf. #s.

Order, well packaged arrived friday, with Customer Service as return address.
No coin showed abuse.

Pandas look sweet in new China Mint sheet.
I bought an empty sheet to investigate.
Great for kids, gift with space to fill that is viewable, touchable, and stackable. ahhhble.
Many different countries fit these mint sheets.
Fill one and put up on the desk, so shhiiiiinyyy.

There was a USPS tracking... disconnect?
Showed in above mentioned, then to distribution center NJ wed pm.
Departure from NJ am thurs... dat was it.
Tracking attempts thurs pm, & fri am, listed as labeled, pending shipment... what?
Checked BullionExchanges acct for shipping fri high noon, which showed at zip code & ready for pick-up.
BUEX was correct.

USPS tracking, something doing? Beyond regular doing.

Cashed in my gift checks and went crazy,... not.
Ordered 6 beauts however and all healthfully arrived.
Requested part of order be inspected for milk spots I have seen personally, and heard about on 2017 Kooks.
The pair I received were flawless.
That is all I'll need of those Kooks as the Koalas look 10x more realistic.
Family be getting '17 Koalas for EVERYTHING this year.
BUEX is not presale offering however, and I have no gift checks remaining.

So far I ain't impressed. They hit my debit card first thing Monday morning and 3 days later order is still "processing."

Savor it, you won't be "processing" any more orders for me.

I ordered some silver "ingots" they were selling that were not marked "bullion"
Got bucks as well as quick service

Repeated the same order several weeks later, no problems at all

I'm sure they were their "hot items" and were made ahead of time, IDK fersher, but, they arrived in "normal shipping time" and looking very cool

IDK about the rest of you but I'll give a supplier some time before I start freaking out
Even IF I'm told they could no longer ship

I'd just ask for my money back, I have before
And I get It

No Loss, No Gain, No Stress
That's what ebay is for, right?

Move along :)

OK, BE hit my card and got their $$ on Monday January 23 and I got my coin on February 3. Nice coin good price packed good signature confirm etc.
Outside of having to wait 10 business days for a coin they are fine. If I ever deal with them again I'll just expect lazy service.

Order in 'bout 3PM today, PP again.
Slightly larger than Liberty Coin Order, neither had both available.
Some reverse proofs in this order, and those do test shipping and handling through condition received.
The race has begun between the two dealers.
East coast vs west coast gives one dealer a 36 hr shipping advantage.
This order has the color Irons favors and approves, hope service is not as mentioned.

Package arrived AM yesterday.
Slight motion of items in USPS priority mail box.
Interior was rolled USPS priority pop bag/envelope.
Mint sealed in perfect condition, CDN mint bullion entrance and exit tube marks.
Similar to last years from different dealer, last years far worse & returned.
When is Canada gonna learn ?
Sunday order, AM friday p.o. box arrival, signed for it today.
One day behind same day order, from dealer 3000 further away.
Email notified; payed(immediately), sent(or label printed), and tracking #'s.
Four business days transaction completed, "processing" the longest segment.
Maybe 1/2 point lost, based on CDN tube marks however, so not really.

Lowest price on two items, with PP - it is discounted, so less than credit card.
Nice clean site, no disneyesque coin trash, very competitive pricing.
Think that if a rush develops, they will be sold out in a New York Minute.

Oops boat just sank.

Just placed an order with them. However, I went through Ebay instead of their website. I don't understand why, but the price was actually lower on Ebay. Also, I feel like I have more buyer protection through Ebay/Paypal.

How can they sell it cheaper on Ebay than direct?

BE doesn't sell everything cheaper on eBay. They regularly rotate which items are going to be at lower prices on eBay. I'm pretty sure BE and several other vendors use eBay as an outlet store and/or advertising for their business through their deals.

When I ordered from Ebay Bullion Exchange didn't have enough of what I was looking for, so I ordered the rest from APMEX through Ebay for a slightly higher price -- all at the same time.

APMEX has shipped and delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. Bullion Exchange still has not shipped. This isn't a big deal to me... I think it will show up eventually. But for some of you guys this is something to consider if you are in a hurry to get your order.

APMEX arrived today.

Bullion Exchange has generated a tracking number, but the shipper still doesn't have the package.

I saved @ 1% at BE's price versus APMEX. Like I said, I'm not in a hurry now, but if I was...

FWIW... APMEX packaging is always top notch. That alone is probably worth the extra 1% premium.
