I didn't really follow the trial but I can say one thing with certainty, he did not get a fair unbiased trial.

With BLM essentially promising to stalk and kill any juror who voted to acquit, Maxine Waters saying riot and kill if he is acquitted, Biden saying they had to make the "right" choice and not having the trial in an uncompromised location (if any exists), I think this is the most predetermined trial in history. And that's before a single fact was given in the trial.

I don't think his innocence or guilt had any effect on the verdict.

Remember the nation rending riots by whites when OJ was acquitted?

Kieth Ellison was just saying we should respect the jurors privacy and that justice was served. Would he have made the same comments if Chauvin was found not guilty on all 3 counts?

I'd think with 80%+ probability, this trial will be thrown out and the decision not to seek a neutral venue is sufficient reason on its own.

Pahokee, Fl would be a good place.

I would LOVE to see every cop in Minneapolis quit ..... retire ..... or take medical leave !!! Lets see how city council would explain to the city citizenry why they cannot any longer protect life and property..... or the ensuing rioting, looting, burning, raping, killing even though the citizens are still paying for the service on their taxes !!

Seattle had about 200 officers leave the city in 2020. Many fled to the Eastern side of the state to work in departments that had a respectful community... It's all inevitable, cities will continue their downward spiral into blissfull liberalism......

Even if these cities tried to hire replacement officers, what type of human would they hire? Who in their right mind would want to work in that environment? All I can come up with is one crazy M....... F......er..... So that should work out well also. In the end they'll get what they deserve.

Im sure glad I live amongst white people. As far as I know the nearest jogger is 45 miles away. When there is one is town, all the kids stop and stare, like they are seeing bigfoot.

Good luck to you city folks, looks like the dindus just got a license to dindu.

Care to place your bets on if the riots and looting continue even with the guilty verdict?

I live in a 5.9% black (and that concentrated), heavily military and ex-military county, way up at the north end of the county in farm country where everybody is heavily armed. There is no trouble coming here. WAY too much bang for the buck.

Emotions are running high so my thoughts are he would be found guilty no matter what to let the dust settle. There are certainly grounds for an appeal that will happen in the future most probably in a different venue after the dust has settled and floyd will be largely forgotten as the MSM finds another situation to stir the pot. Time has a way of curing many wounds and soothing spirits as well. My guess is that in a year or two most people won't even know who Floyd was or even care.
I might add though that in my past pre retired life I have ran into cops like Chauvin and, based upon his past and the current situation, think he has no business being a police officer and I hope each and every one of us never has to deal with someone like him.

Maybe despicable Somalis that are ready and willing to kill a white woman.
They'd either quit or just keep their paycheck and not get involved.
I get it. Don't stop the bad guys, just continue in the role of a revenue officer.

Weak and craven. The jurors are trying to appease the Radical Left - which will NOT be appeased.

Everyone wants "someone else" to to the heavy work. No doubt these beta-cuck jurors want the appeals court to throw out the verdict. And the appeals court will affirm, all the way up...to the Stuporemes; and they will be packed and politicized by the time it gets up there.

Now the Minneapolis police, and others, pack it in. The ones who can will leave or retire. The rest will sit on their arses and eat donuts, and take reports.

And the nation is gonna BURN.

Watched a Tim Poole video today and that is exactly what he said. Every cop in that jurisdiction should put in their notice, right now. Let those assholes deal without a law enforcement presence and see how they like it.

I hear foot locker exchanged their inventory for work boots, to prevent more damaged storefronts.

Hennepin County Sheriff would take over policing of Minneapolis, if MPD does not function.

Just means they'll burn the whole place down, without bothering to loot.

The problem is...that is exactly what the Deep State and Leftists WANT.

No cops willing to work. Crisis. Community policing has "failed."

We need FEDERAL POLICE! Get City-Year ready, with their blackshirts...

If that happened, very likely there would be manpower problems. I doubt the sheriff's office would be set up to cover the county AND the city of Minneapolis effectively.

Rule of law is over.

I've been saying this for awhile. These evil bastards want anarchy and now they've got it. We have immigration laws, and election laws, that they wink at. We've got laws against rioting, arson, looting, and assault yet these asshole leftist allow that crap. I'll be damned if I'll follow their laws. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

Trying To Pay Off Looters – Video Reveal Free Money Give Away To BLM Rioters Following The Derek Chauvin Trial

April 20, 2021 George Rowe 26 Views 4 Comments # Black Lives Matter, BLM, BLM activist, Derek Chauvin, George Floyd, Minneapolis, Minneapolis Police Department, Minneapolis Riots, Minnesota

FacebookTwitterRedditPinterestShare
A jury has found a former police officer guilty of murder over the death of African-American George Floyd on a Minneapolis street last year.
Chauvin was found guilty on three charges: second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and manslaughter.
He will remain in custody until he is sentenced and could spend decades in jail.
However, before the decision was made there was a huge tension in Minneapolis where a mob of BLM extremists in Minneapolis has been caught on tape chanting “if George don’t get it / burn it down” ahead of the verdict in the trial of Minnesota cop Derek Chauvin, in yet more evidence that the modern left is fundamentally opposed to the rights of due process and the rule of law.

The shocking scenes come less than a day after Judge Peter Cahill branded as “abhorrent” comments made by congresswoman Maxine Waters encouraging protesters to “stay on the streets” if Chauvin is acquitted, after a week of violent and criminal left-wing riots.
Video below:

Incidents were reported even after the verdict was released, a video revealed a BLM crowd that surrounds a truck in Minneapolis, shouts “disconnect the trailer” and attempts to break the windows”

Video below:

It seems that the idea called Antifa and the BLM are not peaceful as the mainstream media describes them, they also seem more organized too as a video that surfaced right after Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all charges shows a huge free money giveaway to BLM rioters following the Derek Chauvin trial.

Video below:
The question remains if this was a free giveaway or it was just a scared business owner who decided to give them money so he can get his business safe?

The death of George Floyd in May last year galvanized the Black Lives Matter movement, making it a household name around the world and raising millions for an organization that many had never heard of before.

But as people rushed to support the cause, horrified by Floyd’s killing and other instances of racism in America and beyond, cracks began to appear in the organization that, in the last 12 years, has reshaped much of the country.

When it first launched, BLM sought to bring attention to and prevent police violence against African Americans.

Over the last 12 months, troubling truths about the organization have emerged including its ties to convicted domestic terrorist Susan Lisa Rosenberg, who was part of the May 19th Communist Organization that wanted to overthrow the government in the 1970s and 1980s.

There are also questions about the organization’s opaque financials.

One of the organization’s founders, Patrisse Cullors, tearfully defended owning multiple homes worth a combined total of $3million after questions arose over how she paid for them.

She insists she’s never been paid by the charity branch of the organization, but has received $120,000 from the movement between 2013 and 2019.
