Doesn't say. I'd definitely get out of that hell hole ASAP though. Here's a direct link to the Wash state bill.

The only place I've heard Open Carry was legal, was Montana.

I could be wrong; but most states in my best information, forbid it.

And for just this reason - to control the Deplorables, or whatever they called us before the Wicked Witch of Chappaqua gave us that label.

Open Carry is definitely well established in Kentucky.

Not many. But my daughter rattled a couple of hers off just to be contrary and to prove her idiotic point. She eventually drew the line at her credit card number with the 3-digit security code.

WESTBYGOD VA.- Not only is it legal here but common everywhere, and no one blinks an eye when they see iron in wallyworld. No permit required for concealed carry if you are over 21.

Who is the sponsor of that bill? Asking for a friend.
Looks to be an "inside job" !!!

This is right at the start of the article:

The Washington State Board of Health could potentially authorize involuntary detainment of citizens as young as five in camps if they fail to comply with the current vaccine mandate policy. The board is considering a change to a 2019 law that would authorize such communist measures.

West Virginia is an open carry state. You must be 18 and not a felon. I see occasional open carry here in the grocery store.

One of our local banks has a sign posted on the door that restricts open carry inside their bank.

I did a while back on their green pass bullshit.
My wife is from Rome, Italy and she can't wait to get out of there. She had to get vaccinated to take my daughter to a daycare. Italians are spineless cowards and their lazy. They blame everyone but themselves. Their whole system is so inefficient, it's not even funny. Their culture is socialism with some free market. Their taxes are extremely high, so high businesses don't want to use cards to not report their income and not pay taxes. Italy is ran by Democrats, pretty much, their news media is just corrupt as the US. The news was 24/7 over covid, covid, nothing else, but covid.

When I was there, felt straight up discrimination. I couldn't eat inside a restaurant, some turned a blind eye. Majority of the time, I ate inside and told em to fuck off when I had my daughter with me. These people were vaccinated acted all proud, and those were not vaxed were like wearing a gold star David.

I couldn't even enter the Colosseum, a 2,000+ year old building that was OUTSIDE because I wasn't vaccinated. In order to enter I had to pay for $20 swab test + entrance fee. It's a straight up scam. Their government is so beyond corrupt. The Mafia controls them inside and out. I knew it eventually move to banks, and other ways to control people. Here is a video

CJ -- In Kennesaw, Jaw-juh, open carry is very common. In fact, they made a law that you HAD to have a gun in your home. TINS

While we's are at it... you gotta git wid da program: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida (if you are camping, hunting or fishing) Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisisana, Maine... I'm only up to the "M's", but I think I made my point. ALL open carry

Many states "earlier" in the alphabet that are not already mentioned above do have Open Carry OK for those with permits.

I decided to put the rest of the states down. MORE states by far have Open Carry than not. I hope this dispells the erroneous asssumptions posted here with happy good news:
New York:
opencarry.jpg
Prohibited
North Carolina:
opencarry.jpg
Lawful
North Dakota:
opencarry.jpg
Open carry is illegal
Ohio:
opencarry.jpg
Open carry in public allowed. To open carry within a vehicle a valid permit is required.
Oklahoma:
opencarry.jpg
Open carry allowed for anyone 21+
Oregon:
opencarry.jpg
Lawful
Pennsylvania:
opencarry.jpg
Outside of Philadelphia, there is no law preventing open carry. However Opiate Emergency declaration might now restrict open carry in public. Title 18 of state statutes states that "No person shall carry a firearm upon the public streets or upon any public property during an emergency proclaimed by a State or municipal governmental executive,"
Rhode Island:
opencarry.jpg
Open carry allowed only with permit
South Carolina:
opencarry.jpg
Prohibited in public areas
South Dakota:
opencarry.jpg
Lawful
Tennessee:
opencarry.jpg
Open carry allowed only with enhanced permit
Texas:
opencarry.jpg
Legal with License to Carry.
Utah:
opencarry.jpg
Legal with permit or if the handgun is deemed unloaded. Utah's definition of unloaded is that there be no round in the firing position and at least two mechanical movements to fire.
Vermont:

Virginia:

Washington:

Texas law changed on Sept.1, 2021.
Over 21 may open carry or conceal carry as long as it is in a holster.
God Bless Texas!

So you can carry it but you can't take it out of the holster? Well that sucks!

It's very annoying. I like to tie my revolver to a piece of string dangling from my waistband. Much quicker draw than a darn holster.

I like a nice thick ratcheting leather belt with near zero flex.

Perhaps not quite as stable for drawing as the old west loose quick draw gun belts with tie downs, but it's good looking functionality imo. I haven't open carried in awhile anyway, but I've been considering it of late. Kinda think it sends a couple messages...some good and some bad.

I am pretty sure the point being if you draw it out, you better be able to justify it in court. If you pull it, the cops will be having an interaction with you.

with a permit is deceptive. Eg: sure its legal with a permit in NJ; but you arent getting a permit unless you are retired/active LEO or very very well connected.

(*snork*) Very well, Specs... I concede your valid point completely.

Take New Jersey off the list so there are only 24 states with Open Carry. Well, make that 24 and a half, since some people (connected) do legally carry in New Joisey.
