Plague world — again
Simple everyday covid check.

1. In the morning open a bottle of whiskey and smell it.
If you can smell it you pass that test.
2. Pour it in a glass and taste it.
If you can taste it and smell it, you are not affected.
3. Pour the glass of whiskey in your coffee and start your day.

Study After Study: COVID-19 Mortality Rate Is Similar To Seasonal Flu (So Why The Insanity?)
HAFJuly 21, 2020

Every single antibodies studies so far has implied the same thing:
  • The true number of infected is far, far higher than those captured by PCR tests.
  • The infection fatality rate is somewhere between 0.5 and 0.1 percent.
How may more studies do we need before we understand that the fatality rate for Covid-19 is about the same as the seasonal influenza? These are the studies that prove this:

Dr. John Ioannidis announces the results of his serology study in Santa Clara, California

And there hasn’t been a single antibodies study to contradict them.

Oxford epidemiologists: suppression strategy is not viable (45 min 47 sec):

Published on Jul 18, 2020 by UnHerd

We wanted to learn more about the current state of the pandemic and the direction it was headed. Joining Freddie Sayers was Prof Heneghan and his Centre for Evidence Based Medicine colleague Tom Jefferson who shared their thoughts in this wide-ranging discussion. Have a watch above, key quotes below…

00:00 – Intro

2:55 – Masks
• Tom Jefferson: “Aside from people who are exposed on the frontlines, there is no evidence that masks make any difference, but what’s even more extraordinary is the uncertainty: we don’t know if these things make any difference…. We should have done randomised control trials in February, March and April but not anymore because viral circulation is low and we will need huge number of enrolees to show whether there was any difference”.
• Carl Heneghan: “By all means people can wear masks but they can’t say it’s an evidence-based decision… there is a real separation between an evidence-based decision and the opaque term that ‘we are being led by the science’, which isn’t the evidence".

9:26 – Pandemic life cycle
• CH: “One of the keys of the infection is to look at who’s been infected, which shows a crucial difference when comparing the pandemic theory to seasonal theory. In a pandemic you’d expect to see young people disproportionately affected, but in the UK we’ve only had six child deaths, which is far less than we’d normally see in a pandemic. The high number of deaths with over-75s fits with the seasonal theory”.

14:00 – Covid seasonality
• CH: “The stability of the virus is far less when the temperature goes up but humidity seems to be particularly important. The lower the humidity, the more stable the virus is in the atmosphere and on surfaces… It’s now winter in the southern hemisphere, which is why places like Australia are suddenly having outbreaks.”

20:37 – Lockdown
• CH: “Many people said that we should have locked down earlier, but 50% of care homes developed outbreaks during the lockdown period so there are issues within the transmission of this virus that are not clear… Lockdown is a blunt tool and there needs to be intelligent conversations about what mitigation strategies can keep society functioning while we keep the most vulnerable shielded".

25:20 – Nightingale hospitals
• CH: "They are the wrong structure. What you need is fever hospitals which were here until around the 1980s or 90s. They were on single floors and had isolation within isolation. Theere were no lift shafts and staff were trained, which meant that everyone was protected from each other… It looks like at leats 20% of people got the infection while they were in hospital"

27:30 – Suppression strategy
• CH: “The benefits of the current strategy are outweighed by the harms…When it comes to suppression, only the virus will have a determination in that. If you follow the New Zealand policy of suppressing it to zero and locking down the country forever, then you’re going to have a problem… This virus is so out there now, I cannot see a strategy that makes suppression the viable option. The strategy right now should be how we learn to live with this virus”

32:45 – Response to the virus
• TJ: “I am a survivor of four pandemics and for the other three, I didn’t even realise they were going on. People died but nothing changed and none of the fabric of society was eroded like this response… Do I see steps being taken at a European level about learning from our mistakes and changing policies? The answer is no…

39:30 – Politics of the virus
• CH: “We as individuals are part of the problem because sensationalism drives people to click and read the information. So it’s a big circle because we’ve created the problem — if we put the worst case scenario out there, we will go and have a look. If you want a solution, you’ve got to get people to stop clicking on this sensationalist stuff”.

43:30 – IFR
• CH: “We will be down about where we were with the swine flu: around 0.1-0.3% which is much lower than what we think because at the moment we are seeing the case fatality”.
• TJ: “If you look at the whole narrative, it was distorted from the very beginning by the obsession with influenza which was just one or two agents and nothing else existed. We’re no different now”.

Corona - The Simple Truth In Under 6 Minutes

This video was posted on YouTube over two weeks ago but as of today, it's had less than 51,000 views. I am going to send to family and friends. This video needs to be shown on the nightly news but since that's out of the question, it's up to you and I to share it with as many people as possible.

Good video! Thanks very much for posting, Goldhedge!

Hydroxychloroquine could save up to 100,000 lives if used for COVID-19: Yale epidemiology professor

One study found that early administration of hydroxychloroquine makes hospitalized patients substantially less likely to die.

Dr. Harvey Risch, an epidemiology professor at Yale School of Public Health, said on Tuesday that he thinks hydroxychloroquine could save 75,000 to 100,000 lives if the drug is widely used to treat coronavirus.

“There are many doctors that I’ve gotten hostile remarks about saying that all the evidence is bad for it and, in fact, that is not true at all,” Risch told “Ingraham Angle," adding that he believes the drug can be used as a "prophylactic" for front-line workers, as other countries like India have done.

Risch lamented that a "propaganda war" is being waged against the use of the drug for political purposes, not based on "medical facts."

Researchers at the Henry Ford Health System in Southeast Michigan have found that early administration of hydroxychloroquine makes hospitalized patients substantially less likely to die.

The study, published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases, determined that hydroxychloroquine provided a "66 percent hazard ratio reduction," and hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin a 71 percent reduction, compared with neither treatment.

In-hospital mortality was 18.1 percent overall; 13.5 percent with just hydroxychloroquine, 22.4 percent with azithromycin alone, and 26.4 percent with neither drug. "Prospective trials are needed" for further review, the researchers note, even as they concluded: "In this multi-hospital assessment, when controlling for COVID-19 risk factors, treatment with hydroxychloroquine alone and in combination with azithromycin was associated with reduction in COVID-19 associated mortality."

"Our results do differ from some other studies," Dr. Marcus Zervos, who heads the hospital's infectious diseases unit, said at a news conference. "What we think was important in ours … is that patients were treated early. For hydroxychloroquine to have a benefit, it needs to begin before the patients begin to suffer some of the severe immune reactions that patients can have with COVID."

A statement from the Trump campaign hailed the study as "fantastic news."

Risch said that most in the mainstream are not allowing people to speak about the evidence on the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine. Risch also said discussions about the drug became “political” as opposed to “medical.”

“All the evidence is actually good for it when it is used in outpatient uses. Nevertheless, the only people who actually say that are a whole pile of doctors who are on the front lines treating those patients across the country and they are the ones who are at risk being forced not to do it,” Risch said, arguing that the mainstream media is not covering the benefits of hydroxychloroquine.

"Are you lonesome tonight? / Do you miss me tonight? / Are you sorry we drifted apart? / Does your memory stray to a brighter, sunny day?" -- Elvis Presley

Loneliness is such a sad affair, as the saying goes, and our politicians have succeeded in turning America into a lonely nation by decree. We are going on four months now of lock-ins, business shutdowns, and few if any, social gatherings. What this is doing to the nation's psyche has been devastating.

A good friend of mine, Wayne, is 80 years old. He's sociable, always upbeat, and a great storyteller. He likes nothing more than to have a whiskey sour and a long dinner with friends. He's single and loves to visit the ladies -- especially the younger ones in their 60s and 70s! I spoke to him last week, and he was more forlorn than at any time I've ever known him. He lives in an upscale assisted living facility, but he hasn't been able to visit with friends for three months. He's been isolated. A delivery man brings his meals; he isn't allowed to go out during the daytime when there are a lot of people out on the streets of Chicago. I offered to come to visit him, and he was excited but called back the next day to say, never mind, the folks at the living center won't allow outsiders to come in because of the virus.

He's depressed. He says he is starting to feel "more dead than alive."

Everyone reading this probably knows more than one person suffering from the agony of moderate to severe depression resulting from this continuing, god-awful economic lockdown that is supposed to be saving lives.

The negative effects on Americans' health are getting more worrisome with every passing week.

The good folks at Foundation for Economic Education recently reported on "alarming spikes in drug overdoses," which The Washington Post calls "a hidden epidemic within the coronavirus pandemic."

By examining the national drug abuse data, they found that overdoses in March rose by 18% from the previous year nationally. In April, that figure ticked up to 29%. In May, the increase was 42%.

Mental health experts find a strong link between loneliness/depression and drug overdoses. Social distancing may be good for us, but it is bad for us, too -- especially after many months.

Other research confirms that isolation can lead to physical health problems ranging from loss of sleep to heart failure to stress to injured immune systems to obesity. I've gained many pounds since the lockdowns began, as I constantly raid the refrigerator when I get bored staying at home. Children are especially negatively affected, and research indicates the cognitive effects can be long-lasting. Get the schools, the parks, the playgrounds, and the sports programs opened, for goodness' sake.

These negative effects on children from isolation and indoor lockdowns are especially enraging because we know that children have a very low risk of getting sick from the coronavirus. Unless they have some severe preexisting health problems, they are about as likely to die from the coronavirus as they are to die from the normal flu.

There is another negative sociological effect of the fear of the virus that is disrupting normal human connection. People are suspicious; they walk rapidly away from you if they see you coming toward them. They scowl and get agitated. I am told by some of my friends who lived through the horrible polio epidemic of the 1940s and early 1950s that it was never like that. Even though polio was a much more crippling and dangerous disease than the coronavirus, people didn't walk around suspicious that the person next to them was carrying the disease. Commerce continued to flow, and businesses didn't shut down, though swimming pools were often closed.

This was the "greatest generation." They lived through the Great Depression and World War II. They weren't going to let a disease shut down our society. Polls show today that young people in their 20s and 30s are the most worried about COVID-19 and most in favor of lockdowns. They are the age group least likely to get sick from it. This is the snowflake and "safe spaces" generation that lives in mortal peril that someone might say something that offends them. It would be hard to imagine these worrywarts storming the beaches of Normandy.

Americans have to be braver. We need to interact. Solitary confinement is a form of punishment. The political class in America is punishing us all for their own arrogance and incompetence.

BOMBSHELL ADMISSION: Chinese State Media Claims Coronavirus Is A Tool To ‘Beat’ Trump

https://thenationalpulse.com/exclusive/coronavirus-beat-trump/

Chinese state media has admitted it views the novel coronavirus as a tool to “beat” President Trump, confirming the Trump administration’s insistence China has sought political gain from the virus.

China Global Television Network (CGTN) issued a nearly six-minute video entitled “Can COVID-19 beat populism?” in which the Chinese Communist Party-run network leverages the coronavirus as “another straw on the camel’s back to expose [Trump’s] hollow politics.” In addition to attacking President Trump, the video also went after China-skeptic political leaders such as Brazil’s Jair Bolsonaro and Britain’s Boris Johnson.

The video confirms Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s insistence that China has leveraged coronavirus to its benefit. The Mail reports that Sec. Pompeo “used a visit to London to outline a vision for a global coalition to counter the communist regime as he accused its leadership of exploiting the coronavirus pandemic to further its own interests.” While President Trump’s actions on coronavirus were certainly not “hollow”, moving to suspend travel from China in January, CGTN insisted the virus was a “test” that “most of the populist leaders have failed.” CGTN is keen on politicizing coronavirus, insisting its silver lining is that “more people are beginning to realize that their populist rhetoric is nothing but empty promises.”

“Populist leaders like U.S. President Donald Trump are good at whipping up populist sentiment. They look strong. They promise they can “get things done.” They are “experts” at manipulating people’s feelings. But here’s the twist: They are incompetent at solving real threats and problems,” the video added. The video answers its own question, whether or not coronavirus “can beat populism,” with a resounding yes, and revels in the conclusion.

Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) tests being administered all across the country are fundamentally flawed,

Connecticut State Public Health Lab Discovers False Positive COVID-19 Test Results~~7/20/2020

A total of 161 lab specimens from 144 individuals showed positive results for COVID-19 using the platform during the period of June 15-July 17. Of those, a total of 91 specimens from 90 people showed false positive results. The errant testing results were from a widely-used laboratory testing platform.

DPH Reached Out Immediately to Medical Providers of Impacted Patients

Connecticut’s State Public Health Laboratory has uncovered a flaw in one of the testing systems it uses to test for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. The flaw, which has been reported to both the manufacturer and the federal Food and Drug Administration, led to 90 of 144 people tested during June 15–July 17, 2020 receiving a false positive COVID test report. The Department of Public Health (DPH) has taken immediate steps to make sure the patients are notified. The errant testing results were from a widely-used laboratory testing platform that the state laboratory started using on June 15. The exact cause of the false positive results is still being investigated.

“We have notified the healthcare facilities for everyone who received a false positive test result from our state laboratory,” said Acting Commissioner Deidre S. Gifford, MD, MPH. “Accurate and timely testing for the novel coronavirus is one of the pillars supporting effective response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to the quick action of our team at the state lab, adjustments have already been made to ensure the accuracy of future test results from this platform.”

The false positive test results were discovered by DPH laboratory scientists during an examination of previously positive samples to determine the feasibility of testing “pooled” specimens at the state lab. The errant results are from test specimens processed between June 15 and July 17. The DPH state public health lab relies on this testing platform, but to ensure accuracy moving forward, all positive results will be further analyzed by multiple laboratory scientists, and if indicated, retested using another method.

Medical providers and patients have been notified of false positive results. Many of the persons with false-positive test results are nursing home residents. Any nursing home resident with a false positive COVID-19 test result will be retested as soon as possible. DPH epidemiologists are reaching out to nursing homes again today to review all of the clinical issues for any impacted patients.

The overall COVID-19 case numbers for Connecticut will be adjusted downward as a result of these false positive tests, provided that re-testing still shows the impacted individuals to be negative. Connecticut’s count of total positive cases will only be adjusted down for the number of people of these 90 who had received a false positive result and later tests negative. If someone previously received a positive result before receiving the false positive result, that person is still considered a positive case.

A total of 161 lab specimens from 144 individuals showed positive results for COVID-19 using the platform during the period of June 15-July 17. Of those, a total of 91 specimens from 90 people showed false positive results.

https://www.britannica.com/topic/Anubis

Anubis, also called Anpu, ancient Egyptian god of the dead, represented by a jackal or the figure of a man with the head of a jackal. In the Early Dynastic period and the Old Kingdom, he enjoyed a preeminent (though not exclusive) position as lord of the dead, but he was later overshadowed by Osiris. His role is reflected in such epithets as “He Who Is upon His Mountain” (i.e., the necropolis), “Lord of the Sacred Land,” “Foremost of the Westerners,” and “He Who Is in the Place of Embalming.”

His particular concern was with the funerary cult and the care of the dead; hence, he was reputed to be the inventor of embalming, an art he first employed on the corpse of Osiris. In his later role as the “conductor of souls,” he was sometimes identified by the Greco-Roman world with the Greek Hermes in the composite deity Hermanubis.

At least three federal officers may be permanently blind after Portland rioters attacked them with lasers ,
But things are 'not out of control' :don't know:

From the linked article:
Congressman Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.), who represents the city, argued in the face of facts that "Portland, Oregon, is not out of control," but rather there are simply "some people who have strong feelings.":don't know2:
WTF !!!!????

Portland Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler has also criticized Trump for sending federal officers to the city, calling the move "a blatant abuse of police tactics by the federal government" and arguing that the presence of federal officers has "sharply escalat[ed] the situation."
Trump is allowed to protect fed property/buildings with troops ! :fire:

I have been quiet for a while, I have been trying to make sense of it all and I can’t! There are so many questions. And with questions it started for me. It could be that you’re reading this and thinking what questions, I don’t have any questions and what do you mean by making sense of it all!

My questions are: Do they want us to be healthy? Why is boosting our immune systems with vitamins and food rich in nutrients not part as a measure against Covid? Do they want us to be united or divided? Is it easier to control a fearful driven society? Do they want the best for us? And with ‘they’ I’m talking about the media, the pharmaceutical industry, our governments and all the huge companies that have interests very different to ours it seems like and with ties in everything. There are 6 company’s that own (almost) all media isn’t that conflict of interest? And how do the systems work that we’re all in. Who is benefited?

I have always asked questions I was born into a family that has never just followed…..

In the past few months I have researched for hours and wondered how to share this with you. And here I am feeling an urge to share with you that It has been quite the journey searching for answers. Ask your own questions, follow the money and connect the dots! Think logic, follow your heart and instincts. In the end it’s a power we all have, it will unite us and we need to wake up in order for that to happen! Please keep asking questions ALWAYS!

  • What’s It Like To Have Covid-19? An Infected Doctor Speaks
Chris interviews Dr. Glenn DeSandre who is still recovering from the virus
    by Adam Taggart
    Wednesday, July 22, 2020, 10:37 AM

What’s it like to actually have covid-19?

On today’s video, Chris interviews Dr. Glenn DeSandre who is still recovering from the virus.

While his case didn’t require hospitalization, Dr. DeSandre emphasizes it’s something you do not want to get. It’s not like the flu or a particularly bad cold — it’s something much worse.

What makes this interview particularly interesting is Chris’ ability to really dive into the medical aspects with Dr. DeSandre, who is able to describe his experience more clinically than the average coronavirus sufferer:

How many people died because mainstream media panned Hydroxychloroquine?
We've long said mainstream media hated Hydroxychloroquine simply because President Trump endorsed it. Now that studies show it saved lives, mainstream media's victims deserve answers.
