THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION of PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS IS SUING THE FDA OVER HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE CRIMES

More Evidence Presented for Why Hydroxychloroquine Should be Made Available, in a New Court Filing by AAPS

This week the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons submitted additional evidence to a federal court for why interference with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) should end by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), in AAPS v. FDA, No. 1:20-cv-00493-RJJ-SJB (W.D. Mich.).

“As confirmed by another recent study of thousands of patients at the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan, HCQ is both very safe and highly effective in treating COVID-19, reducing mortality by 50%,” AAPS informed the court in its filing. “Countries with underdeveloped health care systems are using HCQ early and attaining far lower mortality than in the United States, where [HHS and the FDA] impede access to HCQ.”

Yet most Americans are still unable to obtain HCQ for early treatment of COVID-19, and virtually no Americans are able to access it as preventive medicine. HCQ has been used safely for decades by travelers to protect against malaria, but Americans are dying from COVID-19 while HCQ is withheld from them.

“Citizens of the Philippines, Poland, Israel, and Turkey all have greater access to HCQ than American citizens do,” observes AAPS General Counsel Andrew Schlafly. “In Venezuela, HCQ is available over the counter without a prescription, while in the United States pharmacists are prevented from filling prescriptions for HCQ.”

AAPS rebuts arguments presented by the FDA, which implied that medications are approved as safe only for certain conditions. In fact, HCQ and most medications have been approved without limitation, such that physicians can prescribe them for any off-label use.

As if things weren't ridiculous enough, this school is forcing band members to not only wear a mask, but keep their instrument in a bag…while playing!

FAIRMONT, WV: "Despite having coverings over their mouths and their horns, members of the East Fairmont High Busy Bee Band are still able to project their scales and their songs to the back row during practice. Logan Irons, a senior saxophonist, said the band is taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as best as possible, and although it is a change to have to wear a mask while making music, the result is not much different than regular practice.

“I think it’s going pretty good,” Irons said. “We had a rocky start at the beginning but now everything has evened out. Everyone is wearing masks, everyone has their instrument covered at the horn.”

Red Flags Soar As Big Pharma Will Be Exempt From COVID-19 Vaccine Liability Claims

by Tyler Durden
Sun, 08/02/2020 - 08:45

Last week we warned readers to be cautious about new COVID-19 vaccines, highlighting how key parts of the clinical trials are being skipped as big pharma will not be held accountable for adverse side effects for administering the experimental drugs.

A senior executive from AstraZeneca, Britain's second-largest drugmaker, told Reuters that his company was just granted protection from all legal action if the company's vaccine led to damaging side effects.

"This is a unique situation where we as a company simply cannot take the risk if in ... four years the vaccine is showing side effects," said Ruud Dobber, a top exec at AstraZeneca.

"In the contracts we have in place, we are asking for indemnification. For most countries, it is acceptable to take that risk on their shoulders because it is in their national interest," said Dobber, adding that Astra and regulators were making safety and tolerability a top priority.
AstraZeneca is one of the 25 pharmaceutical companies across the world, testing experimental drugs that could be used to combat the deadly virus. And, of course, if testing yields positive results, AstraZeneca could manufacture hundreds of millions of doses, with no legal recourse if side effects are seen.

European officials told Reuters that product liability was a significant discussion to secure new vaccine drugs from Pfizer, Sanofi, and Johnson & Johnson.

As for the US, well, when it comes to the legal framework around vaccines, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) already has a law called the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, which provides immunity to vaccine companies if something goes wrong.

With AstraZeneca, and many US big pharma companies rushing COVID-19 vaccines to market with governments granting them immunity if the vaccine has side effects, all suggest corporate elites and government regulators have very little faith in these drugs.

For more color on leading vaccines in development that produce "severe" side effects, read our latest piece titled "Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Induced Adverse Reactions In "More Than Half" Of Trial Participants."

Maybe these rushed vaccines are more for optics, get consumers back into airplanes, hotels, resorts, and malls.

The major red flag is how governments are allowing big pharma to rush experimental vaccines, with no legal recourse if something goes terribly wrong.

I'm thinking this chart says it all and Mr. Trump knows it. Even if the numbers are inflated the trend is obvious. Statistics lie but look at this, if it is lying it is counter to the MSM narrative.

The case fatality rate is dropping. And as more people get tested, there will be more cases.
While the media screams about increasing number of cases being reported, the death rate continues to fall.
They won't report that though.

I saw a video where someone asked Trump if there would be enough vaccine for everyone in the country. Trump replied that there would be enough for those who wanted it. He said there will be people who choose not to take the vaccine but there will be enough available for those who want it.

I am not one of those who believe this is going to be forced on the whole population. It will be available for those who want it, just like the regular flu shot is available every year. Nobody is forcing people to get vaccinated for the flu each year.

Mainstream media silent after CDC director admitted corona virus death count inflation

The deafening silence by mainstream media is the sound of a populace left in the dark about COVID-19. “Conspiracy theories” about inflated death counts have been proven time and again, but mum’s still the word as far as CNN, MSNBC, NY Times, Washington Post, and even Fox News is concerned.

In what should have been a blockbuster story, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Robert Redfield acknowledged more than the likelihood that coronavirus death counts are being exaggerated by hospitals for higher compensation. He even declared this has been happening for a while, citing the AIDS crisis when hospitals would count pretty much any death by someone HIV positive as an AIDS death because they would receive more money from the government. According to The Blaze:

During a hearing by the House Oversight and Reform Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis on Friday, Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-Mo.) asked whether hospitals have “perverse incentive” to inflate COVID-19 fatality numbers.

Shockingly, Redfield admitted that they do.

“I think you’re correct in that we’ve seen this in other disease processes, too,” Redfield said.

“Really, in the HIV epidemic, somebody may have a heart attack but also have HIV — the hospital would prefer the [classification] for HIV because there’s greater reimbursement,” he explained. “So, I do think there’s some reality to that.”

“When it comes to death reporting, though, ultimately, it’s how the physician defines it in the death certificate, and … we review all of those death certificates. So I think, probably it is less operable in the cause of death, although I won’t say there are not some cases,” he continued. “I do think though [that] when it comes to hospital reimbursement issues or individuals that get discharged, there could be some play in that for sure.”

Debate has raged over whether coronavirus deaths are being counted accurately, and various studies have found conflicting conclusions.

Even Fox News buried the story, opting for a different and arguably less relevant lede for their story on Redfield’s testimony. They focused on his statements regarding suicides. While this is important as well, it does not reach the status of “bombshell” that the faked death count revelation does.

The fear over the coronavirus is as manufactured and inflated as the death rates. One would think the CDC Director admitting foul play in the numbers would be a front page story. Instead, most in the media intentionally yawned.

The Federal Government and Yale are currently holding clinical trials on how best to persuade Americans into taking the Fauci-Gates COVID-19 vaccines.

The study is published at the government website on clinical trials.

The options they are studying include shame and anger techniques:

Other: Control message

Other: Baseline message

Other: Personal freedom message

Other: Economic freedom message

Other: Self-interest message

Other: Community interest message

Other: Economic benefit message

Other: Guilt message

Other: Embarrassment message

Other: Anger message

Other: Trust in science message

Other: Not bravery message

The webpage described the testing as follows.

Brief Summary:

This study tests different messages about vaccinating against COVID-19 once the vaccine becomes available. Participants are randomized to 1 of 12 arms, with one control arm and one baseline arm. We will compare the reported willingness to get a COVID-19 vaccine at 3 and 6 months of it becoming available between the 10 intervention arms to the 2 control arms.

Study participants are recruited online by Lucid, which matches census based sampling in online recruitment.

The government website even describes how to guilt someone into taking the vaccine.

1/15 of the sample will be assigned to this message. The message is about the danger that COVID-19 presents to the health of one’s family and community. The best way to protect them is by getting vaccinated and society must work together to get enough people vaccinated. Then it asks the participant to imagine the guilt they will feel if they don’t get vaccinated and spread the disease.

And here is how they convince someone on the “trust in science” subgroup.

1/15 of the sample will be assigned to this message about how getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the most effective way of protecting one’s community. Vaccination is backed by science. If one doesn’t get vaccinated that means that one doesn’t understand how infections are spread or who ignores science.

This is clinical trial is happening right now.

Remember: Bill Gates says you may need multiple doses of the vaccine.

“You Don’t Have a Choice – Normalcy Only Returns When We Largely Vaccinate the Entire Population” – Creepy Bill Gates Gets Creepier

This creepy video of Bill Gates is making the rounds again today.

Bill Gates told The Financial Times, “You don’t have a choice… Normalcy only returns when we largely vaccinate the entire population.”

For the coronavirus flu.

Notice: Bill Gates is using a technique from the government-Yale study on persuading Americans to get his vaccination.

Here is the full interview with the Financial Times back on April 9, 2020.

This was just weeks after the US was shut down due to the coronavirus flu.

THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION of PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS IS SUING THE FDA OVER HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE CRIMES

View attachment 175009

Looks like there are two sides to every story nowadays. Anything can be proven or disproven.

Still no evidence that hydroxychloroquine can cure or prevent COVID-19

CLAIM
“You don’t need masks, there is a cure [for COVID-19] ... It is called hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and Zithromax”

VERDICT

SOURCE: America's Frontline Doctors, Breitbart, 27 Jul. 2020

DETAILS

Unsupported: Hydroxychloroquine, either alone or in combination with zinc or azithromycin, has shown no curative or preventative effects in patients with COVID-19. The results from early studies were inconsistent, but more recent and extensive clinical trials do not support the use of these drugs for COVID-19.
Incorrect: Growing scientific evidence shows that cloth face coverings and other face masks can effectively limit the transmission of respiratory diseases including COVID-19.
KEY TAKE AWAY
Current scientific evidence does not support the use of hydroxychloroquine to prevent or cure COVID-19. In contrast to some small early studies showing an increased recovery rate among patients treated with hydroxychloroquine, more recent large and well-designed clinical trials showed no such improvement when the drug was used alone or in combination with zinc or azithromycin. In the absence of a proven cure for COVID-19, physical distancing, good hand hygiene, and the use of masks are effective measures for reducing the transmission of the disease.

FULL CLAIM: “[COVID-19] has a cure. It is called hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and Zithromax” ... “I know you people want to talk about a mask. Hello? You don’t need [a] mask. There is a cure. I know they don’t want to open schools. No, you don’t need people to be locked down. There is prevention and there is a cure”

REVIEW

This claim first appeared in a 27 July 2020 live stream video (transcript archived here) published by Breitbart News. The video features a group of physicians, self-identified as members of America’s Frontline Doctors, who advocate against the use of face masks, physical distancing measures, and business closures during the COVID-19 pandemic because they claim that a cure in the form of the drug hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is already available. The video immediately went viral on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube before all three platforms removed it for promoting harmful misinformation. However, multiple versions continue to circulate widely on social media.
Most versions of the video feature Stella Immanuel, a physician in private practice in Houston, Texas, who claims that COVID-19 can be cured with “hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and Zithromax” and that more than 350 patients who she treated with this drug combination all survived. Immanuel also states that “you don’t need masks […] you don’t need people to be locked down”, and calls the studies questioning the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine “fake science”.

These claims are, at best, unsupported. Growing scientific evidence shows no beneficial effect of HCQ treatment in COVID-19 patients and supports the use of face masks for reducing COVID-19 transmission, as previously explained by Health Feedback. The use of HCQ to prevent or treat COVID-19 has generated much scientific and political controversy, especially after several U.S. politicians openly promoted its use.

HCQ and chloroquine phosphate (CQ), the chemical from which HCQ derives, have shown effectiveness in treating other diseases. CQ has been used as a malaria treatment for more than 50 years and HCQ, a less toxic metabolite of CQ, is also used to treat lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Both CQ and HCQ have also shown antiviral activity in cell cultures and animals against the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the hepatitis A and C viruses, the influenza A H5N1 virus, and Zika1. However, CQ can also trigger replication of other viruses such as the Epstein-Barr virus, and its efficacy in treating viral infections in humans has not been confirmed2.

In March 2020, two small studies showed that HCQ reduced the SARS-CoV-2 viral load in cell culture and in COVID-19 patients when combined with the antibiotic azithromycin (the generic name for Zithromax), suggesting that HCQ could be beneficial for treating COVID-193,4. Based on these two initial studies, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized the emergency use of HCQ in hospitalized COVID-19 patients in April 2020, and hundreds of clinical trials were launched worldwide. However, small sample sizes and flawed study design resulted in insufficient or conflicting results, along with several retractions.

Although early observational studies reported no beneficial effects of HCQ, alone or in combination with azithromycin, for either treating or preventing COVID-195,6, large-scale, randomized, controlled clinical trials were still lacking. That was until the University of Oxford launched its U.K. Recovery Trial. But when preliminary data showed that HCQ was not useful for treating COVID-19 patients, the researchers decided to stop enrolling participants in this arm of the Recovery Trial. The U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) followed suit after observing no reduction in the mortality rate among COVID-19 patients treated with HCQ in their respective clinical trials. The FDA then revoked its Emergency Use Authorization of HCQ on 15 June 2020.

More recent and extensive clinical trials also do not support the use of HCQ as an effective treatment in COVID-19 patients. A randomized controlled study published in The New England Journal of Medicine found that neither HCQ alone or in combination with azithromycin improved the clinical status of COVID-19 patients after 15 days. Furthermore, HCQ-treated patients experienced unusual heart rhythms and elevated liver enzyme levels more frequently than patients given standard treatment7. In parallel, another study published in Nature reported that HCQ with or without azithromycin did not reduce the viral load levels in cell cultures or in macaques, nor did it confer pre-exposure protection against the infection in macaques8.

One retrospective study published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases did show that treatment with HCQ with or without azithromycin halved mortality among hospitalized COVID-19 patients9. However, an editorial in the same journal questioned the findings due to numerous confounding factors, including a higher dose of steroids given to HCQ-treated patients. The steroids, specifically a class called glucocorticoids, have shown effectiveness in reducing COVID-19 mortality, probably by reducing lung inflammation caused by the virus10.

Although HCQ did not demonstrate efficacy in treating infected patients, researchers continued to study the drug in hopes that it could prevent infection (prophylaxis) in people with a high risk of exposure, such as healthcare workers. Two large studies conducted in Minnesota and Barcelona found no protective effect of HCQ in people who had been previously exposed to the virus (post-exposure prophylaxis or PEP)11,12. Clinical trials designed to evaluate the efficacy of HCQ as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) are ongoing.

According to Immanuel’s testimony, “the study that made me start using hydroxychloroquine was a study that they did under the NIH in 2005 that says it works”. As explained in this review by Health Feedback, the cited study was funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, which has no relation to the NIH, and it was not conducted on the virus that causes COVID-19. Instead, the study examined the effects of chloroquine on SARS-CoV-1, the virus that causes SARS, finding that it reduced infection in cell cultures13. These results do not provide sufficient evidence to support Immanuel’s claim that HCQ is effective in humans or for SARS-CoV-2.

Immanuel has not published the results she shares in the video and therefore has no preprint or peer-reviewed study to support her claim. When someone off-camera in the video asked her about the existence of supporting data, she replied that “data will come out”, adding that “right now people are dying. So my data is not important”. This practice of publicizing scientific results by press conference is commonly used to promote questionable findings that are unlikely to receive approval from the scientific community. Immanuel has repeatedly supported the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat and prevent COVID-19 on social media despite the lack of supporting scientific evidence. She is also co-founder of the Fire Power Ministries outlet, where she has posted questionable medical claims, including that certain illnesses are caused by demons.

Another speaker in the video is California pediatrician Robert C. Hamilton. He advocates for school reopening, claiming that “children are not the drivers of this pandemic” and that “they’re not passing it on to their parents, they’re not passing it on to their teachers”. While it is true that most children have mild symptoms, the CDC has reported 23 deaths in children under the age of five. Also, increasing COVID-19 testing confirms that children can become infected by the virus and pass it on to others. A robust study published by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention demonstrates that children older than ten can spread COVID-19 as effectively as adults. Younger children could also spread the disease, although at a much lower rate14. The NIH has funded a study to better assess the impact of COVID-19 in children, which is still ongoing.

The other doctors appearing in the video have previously spread COVID-19 misinformation. Dan Erickson is one of the two Bakersfield doctors featured in a viral and now-removed video which downplayed the lethality of COVID-19. The American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine released a joint statement condemning the video for presenting “biased, non-peer reviewed data” and for advancing the doctors’ “personal financial interests without regard for the public’s health”. The organization stated that “these reckless and untested musings do not speak for medical societies and are inconsistent with current science and epidemiology regarding COVID-19”.

The ophthalmologist James Todaro co-authored an article promoting the use of HCQ to treat COVID-19. The article states that its findings were produced in consultation with Stanford University and the National Academy of Sciences, however, both institutions denied any relation with the authors or participation in the document. Todaro is also the founder of the website Medicine Uncensored, which encourages the use of HCQ for treating COVID-19 and propagates misleading information about the pandemic.

Finally, Joseph Ladapo, a professor of medicine at the Ronald Reagan Medical Center at the University of California Los Angeles, is the author of a controversial opinion article published in USA Today which minimized the impact of COVID-19.

America’s Frontline Doctors is led by the emergency medicine physician Simone Gold, although her website does not specify whether and where she practices. The group’s website, which is no longer online, was created on 16 July 2020. Media Bias Fact Check, a comprehensive media bias resource, rates the site “low” for its lack of transparency and for using pseudoscience sources to draw their conclusions. There is no evidence that any of the doctors listed in the group or appearing in the video work in hospitals with a significant number of COVID-19 cases. On 28 July, the group complained of alleged censorship by releasing a second live stream video in which the Tea Party Patriots co-founder Jenny Beth Martin introduced the speeches.

In summary, Immanuel’s claim that HCQ can cure COVID-19 patients is unsupported by current scientific evidence. The results from recent and well-controlled studies show that HCQ, either alone or in combination with zinc or azithromycin, is likewise not an effective preventative or treatment. According to the WHO:

“While several drug trials are ongoing, there is currently no proof that hydroxychloroquine or any other drug can cure or prevent COVID-19. The misuse of HCQ can cause serious side effects and illness and even lead to death”.
Clinical trials to evaluate HCQ as a potential preventative in high-risk populations are ongoing. Until we have an effective treatment, cure, or prevention for COVID-19, physical distancing, hand hygiene, and the use of face masks can reduce the spread of the disease.

Still no evidence that hydroxychloroquine can cure or prevent COVID-19
Nobody, credible, has said HCQ by itself can do the job. The cocktail that was talked about (and ignored by the media) back in March was a combination of three drugs. Zinc is part of the cocktail.

The media and others have blood on their hands for muddying the water with bogus studies and fear mongering.

Go watch the interview Rudy Giuliani did with the New York doctor back in March.

mmmm , they do mention the cocktail at the very beginning of this report

Unsupported: Hydroxychloroquine, either alone or in combination with zinc or azithromycin, has shown no curative or preventative effects in patients with COVID-19.

I said credible.
The author of the article is evidently unaware that hundreds of people diagnosed with COVID-19 have been prescribed the cocktail and are alive.
I would like to know who pays the people at that website... https://healthfeedback.org
They are as bad as MSNBC, CNN, and the others.

The article is just another hit job. Trust it at your own peril.

im not arguing with you amigo

when is medicine approved and not approved?

who does the approving/disproving?

where at the protocols for this process whereby ALL doctors have to abide by ?

who the feck is in charge of saying what is good medicine and what’s not?

for example , here is a what I guess is an opinion?

YSPH Statement Regarding Hydroxychloroquine

Dr. Harvey Risch is a distinguished cancer epidemiologist who has opined on the topic of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and COVID-19 out-patient therapy. He has written a review article in the American Journal of Epidemiology that cites evidence that he believes supports HCQ use for out-patient infection with SARS-CoV-2. Studies that indicate no effect or harmful effects, Dr. Risch believes, enrolled patients too sick to benefit from HCQ.
Yale-affiliated physicians used HCQ early in the response to COVID-19, but it is only used rarely at present due to evidence that it is ineffective and potentially risky. The Food and Drug Administration of the U.S. Public Health Service issued the following statement (in part):
June 15, 2020 Update: Based on ongoing analysis and emerging scientific data, FDA has revoked the emergency use authorization (EUA) to use hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine to treat COVID-19 in certain hospitalized patients when a clinical trial is unavailable or participation is not feasible. We made this determination based on recent results from a large, randomized clinical trial in hospitalized patients that found these medicines showed no benefit for decreasing the likelihood of death or speeding recovery. This outcome was consistent with other new data, including those showing the suggested dosing for these medicines are unlikely to kill or inhibit the virus that causes COVID-19. As a result, we determined that the legal criteria for the EUA are no longer met.
As Dean of the Yale School of Public Health where Dr. Risch is employed, I have championed maintaining open academic discourse, including what some may view as unpopular voices. The tradition of academia is that faculty may do research, interpret their work, and disseminate their findings. If persons disagree with Dr. Risch’s review of the literature, it would be advisable to disseminate the alternative scientific interpretations, perhaps through letters or other publications with alternative viewpoints to the American Journal of Epidemiology, Newsweek, or other outlets. My role as Dean is not to suppress the work of the faculty, but rather, to support the academic freedom of our faculty, whether it is in the mainstream of thinking or is contrarian.

The governor of Kentucky was on and he said babies have it now in Kentucky and if you don't wear a mask babies will die.

I have a dog here and I will shoot it if you don't buy this magazine. Remember that cover from National Lampoon in the 1970s?

He also said he is being sued in court for his EOs. He said if they win babies children and minorities will die.

The beer bug may be real, but this BS is not. Look at the chart above. Younger age deaths are flatlined across the country, even using inflated stats which they have admitted. Pure and simple, fear mongering.

Reality: Babies will die because of the wild west of Louisville and gunslingers shooting babies. That we can verify.

My apologies, I didn't mean to come across as argumentative. I am just frustrated with the media and the government. The FDA is corrupt. The WHO is corrupt. Dr. Fauci is corrupt. I am sure money is involved but have no proof. LOL!

The article you posted says the group's website was no longer online. That is true. The first site was attacked or something so Dr. Gold had a new website created. It contains the study by the New York doctor who has successfully treated COVID-19 patients, Dr. Zelenko, MD. He is the doctor Rudy Giuliani interviewed in March.

Their new website is: https://americasfrontlinedoctorsummit.com

The study is on the References page of their website and it's also here:

Y'all, the truth is, they, that is anyone, cannot, and never has ever proven that a virus, any virus, is infective. Not Certificate Of VaccinationID19, or any dickhead beerboozeled virus, period.

Show me real science.

Here's what really happens...

This crap will continue until Election Day has come and gone. They have to keep the fear up, the economy down, all because they can't stand the thought of President Trump getting re-elected. Orange Man bad, and all that crap.

They showed a VN vet, he survived the beer bug in the hospital.
Great right, but it's horrible his thirty something son died at the same time from the beer bug.
Horrible.

BTW, the son had lukemia and would have never survived 2020 even if we never heard of the beer bug.

They are messing with our minds. That much is clear as crystal.

The number one thing that saved lives the last century was clean water and proper treatment of human waste. FACT.

About a week ago, Louisville announced they had finally removed the last water lines made out of lead. However, they don't know how many water lines are made out of lead going to the houses and even lead pipes in the houses. They guessed about 15%.

If these government a**holes cared about public health in the slightest, would there still be lead water pipes from the 1800's still delivering water to humans in 2020? ASK YOURSELF THAT.

It's not about the virus nor our health.
It's all about the election. It always has been.
They know they can't beat "orange man" in a fair election.
