California: The Placer County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to terminate the local health emergency they passed regarding COVID-19 on March 3, prompting Dr. Aimee Sisson, the Public Health Officer and Public Health Director for Placer County, to resign her post. Two other California counties, Kern and Riverside, rescinded their emergency declarations earlier in the pandemic. In the resolution, county supervisors wrote that most deaths are “not by COVID but with COVID,” arguing that California is exaggerating the death toll of the virus by including people with underlying health complications.
The state still has Placer listed in the “substantial” tier, which is the second most risky category after “widespread.” Over the past seven days the county has reported 5.6 new cases per 100,000 residents. It would need to lower that to less than 4 cases per 100,000 to move into the next tier.
Dr. Aimee Sisson, Public Health Officer and Public Health Director for Placer County, said Wednesday that she will leave her post later this month.
The announcement comes shortly after the Placer County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to terminate the local health emergency they passed regarding COVID-19 on March 3.
“The circumstances that led to proclaiming the original emergency no longer exist,” the county wrote in a comment on their YouTube channel.
Other California counties, including Kern and Riverside, rescinded their emergency declarations earlier in the pandemic.
“We cannot continue to keep our community shut down for some unknown amount of time as determined by the ever-changing metrics according to the Governor,” Placer county wrote in a press release. “Health emergency declarations are obligated to be terminated at the earliest possible date that the conditions warrant and, based on the number of COVID-19 cases in our county, there is no longer a health emergency with regards to COVID-19 in Placer County.”
In the resolution, county supervisors wrote that most deaths are “not by COVID but with COVID,” arguing that California is exaggerating the death toll of the virus by including people with underlying health complications. Health experts refuted a similar claim made by President Donald Trump earlier this month, stating that even when someone has a preexisting condition, COVID-19 is still the cause of death.
As of Wednesday the county had reported 3,238 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 36 deaths.
The state still has Placer listed in the “substantial” tier, which is the second most risky category after “widespread.” Over the past seven days the county has reported 5.6 new cases per 100,000 residents. It would need to lower that to less than 4 cases per 100,000 to move into the next tier.
Placer County moved down into the substantial tier on Tuesday when the California Department of Public Health allowed the county to relax restrictions under the state’s COVID-19 reopening plan. Placer and several other counties now have more flexibility regarding what businesses can operate indoors. The county said in the press release that residents should still continue to practice safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Sisson said the board’s choice to terminate the emergency spurred her to resign.
“Today’s action by the Placer County Board of Supervisors made it clear that I can no longer effectively serve in my role as Placer County Health Officer and Public Health Director,” Sisson wrote in her letter of resignation.
“We will not be constrained by multilateral organizations influenced by the corrupt World Health Organization and China,” a White House spokesman said.
Donald Trump previously pledged $1.16 billion to the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), an organization also associated with COVAX and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to fund coronavirus vaccine research in early June.
“As the Coronavirus has shown, there are no borders.”
However, after having issues with the WHO in regard to its coronavirus response which he calls ‘corrupt’ and ‘China-centric,’ Trump withdrew funding and is now focused on producing a vaccine domestically in the United States.
So far 172 countries have signed on to COVAX while several US companies have reached phase-three trials on a potential Covid-19 vaccine, including Moderna, AstraZeneca, and a partnership between Pfizer and BioNTech.
The stated goal of COVAX is to provide 2 billion vaccines to citizens around the world by the end of 2021, focusing mostly on countries with large populations such as China. In an interview with Ellen, Bill Gates said he wanted ‘7 billion healthy people’ vaccinated before the world can ‘return to normal,’ seeming to indicate that it could take years before businesses can reopen and students can go back to school.
It goes without saying that several years of lockdowns would cause irreversible damage to the economy and our freedom. Donald Trump could be expediating the process of providing coronavirus vaccines to Americans, but we may still have to deal with the issue of forced vaccination.
In Virginia, State Health Commissioner Dr. Norman Oliver has said he will mandate a coronavirus vaccine once they become available, but governor Northam has since stated that he has not yet taken a position on the subject.
“When Dr. Oliver spoke of his support of a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine for adults, he was sharing his personal opinion as a physician. Currently, the Northam administration has taken no official policy position on whether or not a COVID-19 vaccine for adults should be mandatory.” – Virginia Spokesperson for Governor Northam [SOURCE]
Over 500 German doctors and scientists recently formed an organization aimed at asking these types of questions, which they call the “Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee”. The group has set out to investigate whether the authoritarian response to the virus is proportionate to the scale of the problem, especially given the availability of these sidelined treatments.
“As the Corona-Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee, we will investigate why these restrictive measures were imposed upon us in our country as part of COVID-19, why people are suffering now and whether there is proportionality of the measures to this disease caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus. We have serious doubts that these measures are proportionate.” [Source]
It is interesting how globalists like Bill Gates and Fauci seem to view themselves above governments. In reality, not even the WHO can tell United States presidents or governors what to do.
Sweden Records Lowest Level Of COVID-19 Cases Since March — With No Lockdown
Sweden just recorded the fewest daily cases of Covid-19 since the pandemic’s peak in March — all without a single lockdown.
The Scandinavian country, intensely criticized for not shuting down businesses and mandating masks nationwide, now has one of the lowest number of COVD-19 cases in Europe.
Its rolling seven-day average stood at 108 on Tuesday, its lowest number since March 13, The Daily Mail reported.
Just 1.2% of Sweden’s 120,000 tests last week were positive for the virus, data from their national health agency shows, according to The Guardian.
“According to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), the Scandinavian country’s 14-day cumulative total of new cases was 22.2 per 100,000 inhabitants on Tuesday, against 279 in Spain, 158.5 in France, 118 in the Czech Republic, 77 in Belgium and 59 in the UK, all of which imposed lockdowns this spring,” the UK paper wrote.
“We don’t have the resurgence of the disease that many countries have,” Anders Tegnell, the country’s chief epidemiologist and architect of its no-lockdown strategy, told broadcaster France-24 in an interview. “In the end, we will see how much difference it will make to have a strategy that’s more sustainable, that you can keep in place for a long time, instead of the strategy that means that you lock down, open up and lock down over and over again.”
“Sweden has gone from being the country with the most infections in Europe to the safest one,” Tegnell last week told the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.
“What we see now is that the sustainable policy might be slower in getting results, but it will get results eventually,” Tegnell said. “And then we also hope that the result will be more stable.”
Tegnell has long taken a hard line, saying last month he saw “no point” in mandating masks in public across the country. “With numbers diminishing very quickly in Sweden, we see no point in wearing a face mask in Sweden, not even on public transport,” Anders Tegnell said, according to Fortune.
“That Sweden has come down to these levels is very promising,” Tegnell told reporters in Stockholm last month. “The curves are going down and the curves for the seriously ill are beginning to approach zero.”
Watched part of your vid above, and agree that he's an alarmist, and may be projecting his dystopian nightmare, or is controlled opposition, donno.
But if anyone had told you 6 months ago that everyone today worldwide is running around with masks on their faces to fight a worldwide cold virus and pander to politicians and worse, public health wannabees dictates, you might have considered that bullhonkey too.
I think it's possible that they could and would sabotage the food supply in susceptible areas to get them what they want...
I'm really tired of these fucking bullshit viruses promuglated for the last hundred years attempting to curtail any and all of your liberties for sake of public health...
What the fuck is public health???
There is no virus. If you believe there is a virus that is responsible for what has happened to our nation, you might be part of the fucking problem...
It's either complicity, or ignoram-an-ous-ness, or dontgiveafuckness or just plain ununstanderability of reality.
The confusion is real, actively promulgated as is the belief in the reality of this legendary virus, which no one has ever seen, or ever scientifically linked to any disease ever, in a true double blind study.

Fair points arminius, the one saving grace over here is that farming hasn't been corporatised to the same extent as the US. Which means that these clowns attempting to sabotage at the source would face certain peril at the hands of the farmer.

As it should be. We know it takes food coming into the markets to survive in the congregated areas. Only doable with growers, without growers, we wouldn't survive....
Bill Gates truly strikes me as one of the most blatantly sinister individuals of this era. I think it's his facial expressions and vocal tone in particular that give him away. A demon posessed geek who acts benevolent.
No way me or my family are getting the scam vaccine either. Funny thing is that my employer announced that we will be expected to stop working from home full time and return to the office 3 months after a vaccine is available. Does that mean we will be expected to get the vaccine or get fired if we don't?
You can completely ignore his "philanthropic" efforts in his post-Microshaft career and focus solely on his exploits whilst at said Microshaft to ascertain how much of an insidious and malevolent character he really is.
Ok I'm sure this will shock some of you. But yesterday I volunteered for the vaccine trials for Covid-19, held here in Colorado.
The vaccine I got was created in Russia.
I received my first shot yesterday at 4:00 pm, and I wanted to let you all know that it’s completely safe, with иo side effects whatsoeveя, and that I feelshκι χoρoshό я чувствую себя немного странно и я думаю, что вытащил ослиные уши.

How to Live With Covid, Not for It If reason finally prevails over panic, policy makers will reopen schools and focus on the vulnerable.

The battle against Covid-19 is entering a new phase, and the choice for society is whether to live with the virus or to live for it. This new phase has been marked by four developments: Many states have weathered post-shutdown outbreaks and case counts are falling; the percentage of Americans saying the pandemic is worsening peaked in July and is trending down, according to Gallup polling; the culture wars over lockdowns and distancing mandates are cooling; and inexpensive rapid testing and a vaccine will soon be available widely. These developments create an atmosphere of possibility—and an opportunity to pivot away...
(Bloomberg) -- When more than 2,000 people gathered on Prague’s medieval Charles Bridge in a “farewell party” for Covid-19 in June, it was to celebrate one of Europe’s most effective efforts to halt the virus’s spread.
The Czech government, which had acted faster and more strictly than almost any other in the European Union, lifted rules on social distancing and mandatory masks wearing. Two months later, it’s trying to contain an explosion of new cases that has eclipsed numbers seen earlier this year when the virus raged across Europe.
In an unfortunately growing trend, eastern EU states that acted more decisively than peers like France and Spain are battling a resurgence that took root when restrictions fell. Governments loath to shut down schools and businesses after lockdowns hammered their economies are facing pressure at home, while their neighbors are erecting new limits on travel.
“In June, we all felt like the virus was gone,” Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis said Sunday. “Unfortunately, we were wrong.”
With cases rising again worldwide, in the eastern EU, authorities from Slovenia and Croatia to Romania have taken a lax approach toward imposing fines for mask-wearing violations.
In the latter, which reported a new daily record of 1,713 coronavirus cases and 49 new fatalities on Wednesday, students protested against reopening schools and called for the education minister to resign, while several thousand people protested against face coverings in Zagreb earlier this month.
In Hungary, new infections have doubled each week in September to eclipse those seen at the start of the pandemic. Eight people died on Wednesday, matching the highest daily count since May 29.
“Compared with the rest of Europe, the pandemic is raging in Hungary as a proportion of population,” Ferenc Jakab, head of the virology research group at the University of Pecs, said at an online conference Tuesday. “That’s the dark truth.”
Still, Prime Minister Viktor Orban is resisting measures that will shut down parts of the economy after the country suffered one of the worst downturns in the region. His Romanian counterpart, Ludovic Orban (who’s not related), also announced it was up to citizens to stay safe.
“I don’t think new restrictions should be imposed,” the Romanian leader said. “Quite the contrary, we need a permanent dialogue and to help people understand that they’re the ones that have to protect themselves.”
Babis also rejects shutting down the economy again, even after the Czechs’ former federation partners, Slovakia, put it on its red list for accepting travelers.
The Czech premier overrode government epidemiologists’ recommendations last month for mandatory mask wearing in public. He also attacked the World Health Organization after it expressed concern over the worsening situation and criticized his government for considering cutting down on tracing cases.
Along with other leaders who just weeks ago declared the virus defeated, he has since ordered people to wear masks and be more vigilant.
“I want to ask all of you, please, to persuade those, who aren’t wearing them, to start wearing them,” he said Sunday. “We’re in the same boat. We have to get through this together.”
If it wasn't 'released' as a man-made modified bio weapon - (rabbit ear, cow's head, monkey hand) virus.

The research sheds new light on the rapid spread of coronavirus. Previous studies focused on sneezes and coughs, which emit larger 1 millimetre droplets that can be seen using a normal camera.
NHK found that droplets from a sneeze fall quickly to the ground and do not travel very far, even in still air. But their cameras also picked up microdroplets, less than 100th of a millimetre across.
I was in a building supply place a couple days ago when I pass this guy talking to a staff member and the Guy's mask consisted of what looked like a roughly torn up piece of blue paper towel held somewhat on his melon with what looked like a piece of electrical tape. It was like something straight out of a comedy skit.... Or a farkin cartoon!

Shee-it. The Health Department and Health nsurance Cos. around here are promoting "GET YOU FLU SHOT NOW" schemes. "Ya might need another later because sometime they wear off ".
Well, in France, EVERY region has attained the "Covid Alert Level" which the government defines as "10 positive cases for 100,000 people"... so 1 in 10,000 has a (possibly faulty) "positive test result"... whether sick or not...
This is really SOCIAL ENGINEERING at its best...
PS - In Denmark, at my son-in-law's job, ONE person had a "positive test result" and everybody was sent home (where he had to sleep on the couch to not "infect" the rest of the family)... Then that person got tested TWICE MORE, and it turns out that the "positive" was FALSE...
Got 2 days off with pay... but it's INSANE...
