Pork chops with peppers is a versatile one-pan dish. I made it with pork chops but it works just as well with sausage or your favorite cuts of chicken. You can have dinner on your table in way less than an hour and clean up is a breeze.

Come to think of it this wouldn't be bad with firm tofu slices instead of meat.

The trick to this one-pan dish is to cook the ingredients separately and then put everything back in the pan with a simple pan sauce to finish cooking.

If you want an easy meal jam-packed with flavor and texture this one's for you.

The golden crusted tender pork chops are delicious all by themselves. But wait there's more.

Add some sweet carmelized onions, bell and cherry vinegar pepper to every bite and your taste buds will be in full swing. And then there are the golden potatoes with the creamy interior.

What more could you hope for and it all came out of just one pan.

In this 3 part series, I will show you how to prepare and maintain your vegetable garden for the upcoming season. In this video I will show you what to do to the soil before you start planting your vegetables and herbs.

You'll first need to remove any weeds or left overs from the previous year. You then will need to turn the ground to loosen up the soil. Then smooth out the soil with a rake. Next spread out fertilizer, I like to use 10-10-10. Next water the soil evenly, not too much water is needed.

In the next video I will show you how to plant each vegetable and herb.

For the parsley, basil, and arugula seeds you only need to put the seeds about an inch underground. For the cilantro seeds, I add them 2 to 3 inches deep.

In the next video I will show you how to plant tomatoes, hot peppers and more basil.

The cheesesteak, known outside the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area as the Philadelphia cheesesteak, Philly Steak and Cheese, Philly cheesesteak, steak and cheese, or simply a Philly is a sandwich principally of thinly sliced pieces of steak and melted cheese on a long roll. A cheesesteak without cheese is locally called a steak sandwich, or a Philly Steak in other parts of the country.

The cheesesteak is a comfort food for natives of the Philadelphia region. It was invented in the city in 1930 and is considered to be a city icon along with other foods such as Tastykakes, water ice, the Philadelphia soft pretzel, hoagies, and scrapple.Philadelphians Pat and Harry Olivieri are often credited with inventing the cheesesteak by serving chopped-up steak on hoagie rolls in the early 1930s.[1] They began selling the concoctions at their hot dog stand near south Philadelphia's Italian Market. They became so popular he opened up his own cheesesteak restaurant in 1930. This restaurant still operates today as Pat's King of Steaks.

Pat's website calls the preparation a "steak sandwich" (not a "cheesesteak") and says that "as the years passed, both employees and customers alike demanded change ... cheese was added."[2] Joe Vento of Geno's, which is located directly across the street from Pat's, claims that he was the first to add cheese.[citation needed]

The Bald shows you how to make a classic South Philly Cheese Steak. I make one of the best cheese steaks you have tasted.

I worked in Philly and I will say that I know a thing or two about cooking a great Chesesteaks. I owned a restaurant and bar, and I have made thousands of these great sandwiches!

Every town has its special dish or recipe, and Philadelphia is no different they have the Cheesesteak. In South Philly there are many who are players in that game, but there are two main restaurants that make this Cheese Steak .

Now comes the question: Geno's or Pat's " King of Steak" who makes the best Cheese Steak on 9th Street? If you answered the Bald Chef you might be right LOL. But at 3 am in South Philly the key is anyway you cut it, to use the best Rib Eye Steak and Fresh Italian Bread. Then add the Cheese and from this point forward it all comes up to what you think makes the best South Philly Cheesesteak. Hot Sauce, Pickle Relish, Mustard, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers, or "WHIZ WIT!"
