SD Bullion Ebay store has 2017 ASE's in lots of 100 for $2.29 over spot (currently $1873) including shipping.
When using a 2% cashback credit card that's $18.35 per coin.

Unable to post a link but search "2017 American Silver Eagle lot of 100".

$10 Liberty Gold Eagle Pre-33 Gold Coin - Cleaned - Random Year - SKU #9121

$11 under melt after 10% eBucks
Yep. I consider that the deal of the day. I bought 2 separate instances because you cannot get over $100 on each one. I also picked up a new credit card that gives me the standard 1% but doubles that for the first year and no interest for first year. So...life is not as good as $600 dollar gold, but I make more money now and the kids are out of college, so. Also won a roll of eagles 8 cents cheaper per coin than sdbullion after the bucks, but...these were 1988, only 5 million minted. Extra 7 bucks per for collectors. I'm sure someone like Irons would bite, lol.

Going to keep my powder dry this time around. The gold 1/2s come out to be $1200/toz and the Libertads are a decent price ($2.50 over?) but at this point I'd rather have bullion close to spot and can get that without dealing with egay.

I'd only keep money out of these buys if I thought gold/silver were going dramatically down. Graded pre-1933 eagles below spot? Hell, I'd laugh at a coin shop that offered me that.

That was a hell of a buy actually.
