Anybody else having problems receiving what they have ordered?

I've ordered before and never had a problem. Order that I place at
the end of Nov. is still in limbo.

never ordered there myself, but perhaps with the world ending last week they got behind in shipping, you bought online so I would just file the dispute with your cc company.

That's what I'll be doing after the 1st. Luckily I charged it on my American Express. They're
good at taking care of stuff like this.

I have ordered twice before. My only complaint was the pallet(s) were delivered in a tractor trailer rig and couldn't get in my driveway. Had to off load in the middle of the street, blocking traffic. So much for being discrete...

I ordered a small 3 months worth on black friday when they had free shippin and 25% off. great deal!

Received it within the next few weeks. maybe cuz my order was small and easy to fill?

My order was for one tote of just the pancake mix. I got
some in my other orders and really like it.

I placed the order on Nov 29, got email confirmation from them
just after and cc hit on the 30th. Since then nuttin'

I been doing "food insurance.com" for a few yrs and have not had any problems and fantastic food.
Did the efoods free sample and didn't like it, not to say they have bad food, I just liked food insurance more.

Well, called them on Jan 2nd. I was told my order was one of the
older orders and the shipping warehouse would open back up on
Jan 4.

That's called a non answer.

Tomorrow I'll call again and then call cc

Called Monday. I wouldn't give up until I got a 'your order will go out today'

Received a msg saying such after we hung up

My order arrived yesterday.

I don't like saying I'll never order from someone againg, but man, what a disappointment
having to jump through hoops to get your order.
