BOOOOOOOM!

Told you it was all just a business ploy! Elon never had any intention of “backing out”. The deal didn’t “fall through”. The mainstream coverage around this has all been completely false, but to my followers, this is nothing new.

The takeover is inevitable. Elon is just lowering the purchase cost. While simultaneously, and most importantly, exposing the amount of bot activity and Twitter’s nefarious activity.

As you all know, I believe Elon to be acting on behalf of the US MIL in congruence with Trump. Elon is their highest paid contractor, and he just so happens to be taking out the most powerful deep state brainwashing asset with sterling precision and calculated counter moves that perfectly expose the enemy’s crimes to the public on the world stage.

Excuse me for thinking this is not a happy coincidence. Then you take into account that Elon recently confirmed he’s a conservative, he’s voting Red from now on, he’s endlessly dropping dank memes, he’s putting the left on blast constantly, and 2 days ago he was tweeting about the Epstein Island Lolita flight logs and Maxwell’s black book… Sounds pretty damn Anon-ish to me, just sayin.

Also notice Trump and his behavior throughout all of this. In the beginning, Nunes admitted that there was communication between Elon and Trump. But now, for optics reasons, Trump is off in the distance, on Truth Social, giving off the appearance that he is completely uninvolved. Making sure he is very public about not wanting to come back to Twitter. Which gives the illusion of distance. When in reality, Trump and his team are 100% involved with this behind the scenes.

You know how I know this to be true? Look at the way the Left-wing media and Twitter responded to Elon when he began his move. They smeared him with every single name in the book. Compared him to Hitler, unleashed sex scandals about him. A high profile billionaire they used to praise. They bought his products and loved him, until he decided to oppose them… Funny, that sounds EXACTLY like how they treated Trump.

The deep state are indicating they think Trump and Elon are working together in some fashion by the manner and vitriol with which they responded.

All of this realization coming from a high-profile centrist, directly in the public mainstream, disseminating red pills to normies en masse leading up to the mid terms…

I don’t believe in coincidences. Not even the happy ones.

I would like to further posit on this idea. I have always though Tesla was crazy for building so many giant factories for questionable demand of some new cars.

However, what if their real purpose was the Trump/MIL rebuild plan. IE, when we cut off globalism it will take time to build the stuff we need here. Well, perhaps that time has already been spent and they have been tooling up for years? Makes it a hell of a lot easier to cut the CCP/DS out entirely.

Private equity financing talks for Elon Musk's Twitter deal have been put on HOLD due to uncertainty just one day after he threatened to walk away from the deal over 'fake accounts'

  • Elon Musk, 50, on April 13 informed the board of Twitter that he wanted to take the company private at $54.20 per share - a cost of $44 billion
  • Since then Musk has questioned Twitter's business operations, including how many fake accounts and bots are on the platform
  • Twitter says that less than five percent of accounts are fake: Musk is suspicious of the figure, which he believes is unrealistically low
  • On May 13 Musk tweeted that the deal was 'on hold' amid the dispute about fake accounts - Twitter's lawyers said there was no mechanism to put the brakes on
  • On Tuesday sources told Reuters that the efforts to finance his $33.5 billion in cash - the rest of the money comes from bank loans - had ground to a halt
  • If the deal collapses, Musk must pay a $1 billion fine: his wealth is estimated at $218 billion, but much of that is tied up in Tesla shares

Elon Musk's efforts to arrange new financing that will limit his cash contribution to his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter Inc have been put on hold because of the uncertainty surrounding the deal, people familiar with the matter said.

Musk has been threatening to walk away from the deal unless the social media company provides him with data to back up its estimate that false or spam accounts comprise less than five percent of its user base. This culminated in a letter from Musk's lawyers to Twitter on Monday warning he may walk away unless more information is forthcoming.

Musk is on the hook to pay $33.5 billion in cash to fund the deal after arranging debt financing to cover the rest.

His liquidity is limited given that his wealth, which is pegged by Forbes at $218 billion, is largely tied to the shares of Tesla Inc, the electric car maker he leads.

Twitter Inc. plans to comply with @elonmusk's demand for data on fake accounts, the Washington Post reported on Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the company's thinking.

More reporting citing people that are familiar with others thinking. What a crock.

So if the data does not match the SEC filings they are screwed. If they falsify the data & say it does match at less than 5% bots they are probably trapped. If they admit it is larger than 5% they are F'ED!

Who would be liable if the data was fake & lawsuits started from advertisers?
What woudl the new price be? Elon said 20%. That tells me it's 40%+. So from 44 billion to 25 billion & old leadership are personally on the hook for liability & jail time? Then there are the share holders that will be lucky to get $25 a share or less. Everyone will bail. Maybe this is just moves & countermoves to destroy it with credibility & stock price. Remember all those accounts that went from 100K subscribers to less than a thousand? What if the fraud is really 80%?

Possibly but the defense to malice could be incompetence

We used inadequare statistical models to determine the bot percentage but now that this has been questioned we agree a deeper analysis is required blah blah

Not criminal but it will tank the share price and Elon will get 1/2 off and the Twitter execs will look like the clowns they are

OAN CEO claims Elon Musk wants to buy network

OAN CEO Robert Herring tweeted on Thursday, verbatim "We just received a call from somebody very close to Elon Musk telling us that he would like to talk to us about purchasing OANN," which… Jesus Christ who the fuck with any experience in business would tweet something like that, true or not? Why? Can barely type this right now, it's a struggle to stop laughing long enough to complete this sentence, let alone another two or three to wrap up this article. Holy freaking shit…
Now maybe it wasn't a prank call, maybe Herring isn't a drunken maniac tweeting something he hallucinated, maybe Elon Musk really is interested. That would require him to assume the future liability OAN faces in defamation suits from Dominion and Smartmatic over the 2020 election that have a very high probability of prevailing and a channel that just a few months ago lost millions of households after being dropped by DirecTV. Elon Musk is a deranged asshole, so we're not going to discount the possibility this is real. What if anything this means in terms of his already shaky Twitter purchase is unknown, obviously it's not out of the question he could buy both. Or maybe just OAN, seeing as how he'd get a cool social network in the package too. No bots on that one.

This geotracing not only would show which Twitter accounts are bots, it would allow investigators to learn where the bot farms running all the fake Twitter accounts are located.

Did Gregg Phillips of True The Vote Just Make Elon Musk An Offer He Can't Refuse?

Who Knew Geotracking of Social Media Accounts Was Even Possible?

Brian Cates

Most people only learned of Geotracking using cell phones a short while ago with the debut of filmmaker and author Dinesh D’Souza’s groundbreaking new documentary, “2000 Mules”.

2000 Mules provided an in-depth look at evidence compiled by the election integrity firm True The Vote that exposes a massive and coordinated criminal racketeering enterprise that spanned multiple US states during the November 2020 Presidential election. Geotracking technology and video surveillance footage exposed illegal ballot box stuffing schemes in the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Arizona. These were the five key states that ended up playing the crucial role in supposedly flipping the presidential race from incumbent President Donald J. Trump to challenger Joe Biden.

The new documentary’s debut has reportedly already led to a series of arrests and prosecutions in Arizona due to the uncovering of a large racketeering ring that was illegally stuffing ballot boxes in the San Luis area.

Guillermina Fuentes, 66, is being prosecuted by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office for running a sophisticated election fraud ring.

Geotracking and Social Media

But today, True the Vote’s Gregg Phillips made several posts on Truth Social that took the forensic use of geotracking evidence in a completely new and different direction.

Phillps turned from discussing how apps loaded on your cell phone can send out signals that can be used to track your ‘pattern of life’ [if you give the apps permission to do such tracking when you install or use them] to discussing how social media apps like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Flickr and Webo can emit signals over cellphones that can be used by third party sites such as “Geofeedia”, to track the pattern of life of social media users.

And then Phillips made a direct offer [in jest?] to the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, who is currently involved in an attempt to close the sale of the world’s largest social media platform.

If you’ll recall, Elon Musk is currently locked into a dispute with Twitter’s board of directors over the actual number of fake accounts, or ‘bots’, on the platform.

In their negotiations before announcing their approval of Musk’s deal to purchase Twitter for $44 billion dollars, the Twitter board had provided a documented statement to Musk and his legal team that the # of fake accounts on Twitter amounted to less than 5% of the total.

Musk has since publicly wondered if the real total of bots on Twitter is significantly higher than the 5% he was told, and has put the deal on hold until he gets a satisfactory answer from the board about it.

The question of just how many fake accounts there are is an important one, since the $44 billion price was negotiated on the understanding that bots were > 5%. If it turns out the real number is much larger than 5%, then Musk is actually the victim of a fraud attempt, having been misled into purchasing a service where a significant number of the users are not real but bogus.

This would also mean Twitter’s stock price and advertising rates would have to be readjusted to reflect the real number of human account holders. Not to mention it would open the Twitter board and CEO up to being sued for fraud.

Now it appears that Gregg Phillips is throwing a spotlight on the fact that there are ways to spot bot accounts on social media platforms via geotracking the account’s ‘pattern of life’.

That is, a real person using a social media app will have a real pattern of life that is established over time, whereas a bot account will not have such a pattern.

Geotracking via social media apps would reveal the bots by demonstrating thousands of accounts that supposedly reside in the same ‘bot farm’ location. Real life tells you that 5,000 human account holders are not going to be residing inside of a single story building that is only a couple hundred square feet in size.

When I read Gregg Phillips’ posts today, I commented on this and he appears to have endorsed my comments by ‘reTruthing’ them:

On the surface of it, it looks as if Phillips is pointing Musk in the direction of a way to get forensic evidence of where the bot farms are that generate most of Twitter’s fake users.

Will this get brought to Elon Musk’s attention? And if so, will Musk end up using the same kind of geotracking technology that is currently being used to expose the illegal ballot harvesting racketeering in the 2020 election to expose a different kind of criminal racketeering involving defrauding Twitter investors, advertisers and one prospective buyer of the platform?

Stay tuned for developments!

Elon Musk to take employee questions at virtual Twitter all-hands on Thursday

There has been relatively widespread internal anxiety about Musk's takeover of Twitter since the announcement in April

Elon Musk will attend a Twitter virtual, all-hands meeting Thursday to take questions from employees about his presumptive takeover of the company.

A spokesperson for the short-form online platform confirmed Musk's attendance, following the initial report by Business Insider. The meeting will be the first time Musk has spoken to Twitter employees since launching a bid to buy the company in April.

Staffers will be allowed to begin submitting questions Wednesday for Musk.

"We’ll cover topics and questions that have been raised over the past few weeks," read a note from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, according to Insider.

The announcement that Musk would buy Twitter, for an estimated $44 billion, has resulted in concern among some Twitter employees about the implications of the Tesla CEO's looming takeover.

Elon Musk Says 3 Issues Must be Resolved Before Twitter Buyout Can Move Ahead – Experts Say Zero Chance Deal Closes as Currently Structured

By Joe Hoft
Published June 21, 2022

Elon Musk says there are 3 outstanding items that must be addressed before his offer to buyout Twitter can be completed.

Billionaire Elon Musk offered to buyout social media giant Twitter for $44 billion. However, the purchase ran into a wall when it was discovered that the amount of bots or fake accounts or users on the platform may have been largely understated by Twitter. This issue didn’t just impact this deal, it suggests that Twitter has misrepresented its reporting for years which would have major consequences with the SEC and stakeholders, if true.

Yesterday, Musk was on Bloomberg where he shared his concerns about his buyout offer after learning of the number of bots that really exist on the platform.
Elon Musk says there are three main hurdles to overcome before he can complete his purchase of Twitter.
Musk is seeking to buy Twitter for $44 billion, a mega acquisition with huge implications for the social media world — not least given the Tesla and SpaceX CEO’s contentious stance on content moderation and freedom of speech.
But the fate of the deal has become more uncertain in recent weeks after Musk threatened to walk away, citing concerns over the number of fake accounts on the platform. The billionaire could face a $1 billion breakup fee and possibly even lawsuits if he were to abandon the deal.
Speaking at an event hosted by Bloomberg Tuesday, Musk said there were a number of “unresolved matters” that will need solving before he can move forward with the takeover.
The 3 items are:

1. The main item is the actual number of bots reported by the social platform. The company says its less than 5% while Musk and others expect it is much higher. This has to be addressed.

2. Financing is an issue. Musk shared that a large percent of the purchase would be in loans that apparently are still in the making.

3. The Twitter stockholders would have to approve the deal. This is no small task as well.

We’ll see what happens but at least one expert we communicated with said the current deal has zero percent chance of closing with its current structure. The expected deadline for the deal is July or August. We’ll see what happens next.
