Lets not over rate the 'Diversity' within Europe, none of the groups are so widely separated that individuals could not easily slot right into a European group different from that in which they originated. The building up of the USA gives the proof to such a notion.

Timmermans needs to be more specific about what exactly he means by 'Diversity'. If he means sucking in people from Kakastans of backwardness, who imagine themselves superior to Europeans, then he's in for a nasty surprise. If however he means people who will follow the old maxim of 'When in Rome' then he might have an easier ride.

The point made by the Hungarian leader (in post #2) is that states rights matter and that giving up power to the central authorities is the greatest danger. He is calling the globalists in Brussels out as the real danger to Europe.

Of course States Rights matter, but bear in mind that the EU is at this point a Confederation, and any thought of it becoming a Federation without the agreement of its members is moonshine. On the current problem of the Syriaq hordes, its not just Hungary who wants nothing to do with em, its likely 9/10ths of the EU. But as usual the Europhobes spin it up as Hungary standing alone.

What is true is that the EU does offer more protection's to the populations of some of its members, than they could expect from their own 'Elected' and fully sovereign governments. Imagine how the State of Mississippi would be run if it were not part of the USA and required to uphold the rights enjoyed in the other 49 ?

As for Globalism, I'm with you there. Equip the West as capital has equipped the East, and watch the money roll into everyone's pockets, and progress resume.

I would choose war over diversity, but they already lost their right to own guns in the EU.

I'm all for war. At this point fixing what's broken is not longer possible....a rip and replace option is the only answer now
