"Chris followed the fleeing intruder outside and fired one warning shot into the air before unleashing a dozen rounds at the unidentified suspect.

All but one of the bullets missed the man, who was allegedly armed."

This kid shoots like a cop. I suppose one could say he fired 12 warning shots. Good thing there was no collateral damage.

Place looks remote enough.
Too bad the kid didn't also have a backhoe.

He shot the suspect in the back?
Outside of the home?
While he was fleeing?
Do not try that in California.

Well, Cali's must like their violent criminals to get away to rob and steal another day.

Once someone commits a crime of that magnitude, why would anyone care where/how they were shot? Once a shot is legally justified, it matters not how the bullet enters the perps body. The important part is that it does.
Kid deserves a medal for shooting a known crackhead-burgler.

Edited to add video.
