So this am cooked a couple eggs, melted on cheese, cooked a breakfast sausage patty, placed on French toast and eating a rich man's McGriddle.

No syrup needed

Got the stove-top granola process almost down pat now. I love the long term storage and clean portability it provides.

This Batch:
Oats
Panko
Corn flakes
Unrefined Coconut oil
Cocoa powder
Water
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Sea Salt

Don't have a scale but feels like about 6 pounds.

Toasting the oats on stovetop without burning takes a lot of time & attention. Wish you could have seen and heard my reactions when I let it sit a little too long and burnt some of them.....

Spaghetti squash (fresh from the garden) stuffed with a ground beef/pasta sauce/pizza sauce blend.
We canned the pasta and pizza sauces last year.
