"Genetically Edited Vaccines" = "Weapon of Mass Destruction and Proliferation" (2016 US Intelligence Designation))

If I understand correctly, the proposed {(and currently in (dubious) "human trials")} Coronavirus vaccine contains "genetically mutated (edited?) RNA". I'm NOT at all a "specialist in microbiology", so I beg to be corrected if this does NOT constitute "GENETIC EDITING".

If the OPENING SCENE of the movie "Rampage" is a TRUE STATEMENT, then it would appear, without any doubt whatsoever, that (if not effectively "illegal" by "Law"?), there is AWARENESS AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS that this vaccine is a (potential) BIO-WEAPON.

If so - the "fast-tracking of this vaccine without waiting for several years to verify long-term dangers" constitutes DAMNING EVIDENCE of COLLUSION TO POTENTIALLY MASSIVELY DECIMATE ENTIRE POPULATIONS - even more so IF THE VACCINE BECOMES OBLIGATORY by LAW.
