I'm getting outside on my active rest day, and as always, I'm making the most of it. This time, I'm camping at the beautiful Pettit Lake here in Idaho. You might think doing things like this is going to be impossible while on a training program, but it's not! Like I keep saying, all you have to do is remain in control of your environment, which in this case means packing the necessary cooking equipment and food to prepare. For breakfast, I cooked up some potatoes, steak, egg whites, and mushrooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

To get more activity into my day, I hiked up the mountain to Alice Lake, where I wore my heart rate monitor to ensure I was sitting at 65-70% of my maximal level. While at the top, I enjoyed an Ezekiel bread sandwich with steak, peppers, and salad. This program is all about planning ahead—and that includes hydration, too! Whenever you're out and about, don't forget your water, and make sure you've added Hydra-Charge for that extra boost of energy.

Chronic neck pain, herniated discs, degenerative joint disease (osteoarthritis), and degenerative discs most commonly come from poor postural biomechanics (forward head posture). These stretches are very different from the usual posterior stretches of the neck. You should feel much looser and comfortable in the neck area after releasing these tight muscles

This is an excellent technique to reduce tight and contracted muscles in the suboccipital region. There are many nerves in the suboccipital area (under the skull) that cause chronic aching under the skull, headaches, neck pain, visual changes, tinnitus, and vertigo. Reducing chronic myofascial restrictions and fixations will help range of motion and improve nerve function, so healing can be expedited.

Everyone will develop adhesions/scar tissue in there body sooner or later. Most medical authorities don't understand biomechanics of the joints of the spine. They are narrowed minded wanting to resort to expensive diagnostic testing like MRI's looking for disc herniations and pathologies. Adhesions are fibrous bands that form between tissues and joints, often as a result of long term injuries or poor posture. Long term adhesions lead to arthritis and degeneration of the spine causing pinched nerves.

You've been asking for a leg workout that not only targets your inner and outer thighs, but also your calves! Get ready to challenge your balance and tone some long legs.

You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through...PIIT style!

Your 7 moves are:

1. Long Lunge R
2. Long Lunge L
3. T Calf Raise R
4. T Calf Raise L
5. Elevated Leg Circle R
6. Elevated Leg Circle L
7. Squeezed Lunges

The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready...you're gonna be life body ready!

Namkabuan was a Muay Thai golden era legend with a record of 266 wins and 15 losses. He held a 6 year Lumpinee stadium reign and ran out of opponents in the end of his career.

Dubbed "The Ring Genius" and "The Plowman," I consider him the master of aggressive ring craft. With his amazing defence, Namkabuan is able to catch just about ANYONE's kick. He'd plow them into the ropes and follow it with a devastating strike.
