0:15 Hi Jason, I'm a 44 year old lifter with only about three solid years of lifting under my belt. I've taken your suggestion and I'm doing the full body training everyday rotating the lifts, using compound movements that cover the entire body and keeping volume manageable. I'm reaching a point where I've gotten strong enough that this is difficult to recover from. I'm using the rep scheme 8x3 and I've deloaded as you've laid it out. My sleep is solid and my nutrition is about 90% on point. What is the next logical step from here in your opinion? My main goal is overall health though I've put on considerable size and gotten much stronger following this programming. Thoughts? Thank you.

0:05 Hello, Jason! I am a complete novice to weight lifting. I am 43 years old and have been a runner for years. I want to branch out into weight lifting and build some strength. I am 5'7 and 170 (down from 235 a few years ago). I still feel I need to lose fat but also want to build muscle. Any suggestions? Thanks!

5:23 hey Jason hope you people recover from the hurricane , Liss is a great way to raise activity level and burn more calories and it made great results with your cutting so far but how do you account for it ? like 2~3 hours of walking / cycling or whatever.. how do you know exactly how much calories are being burnt calculator , pedometers what do you recommend ?! and in case your Liss ended up burning like 1000~1500 calories would you eat that back or just leave it as it is ? wouldn't leaving it uneaten lead to a huge deficit hurting your ability to maintain mass and strength ?

1/2TSP Vanilla Extract

**Mix all ingredients in a bowl & let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Overnight if possible, makes it much thicker.

This is a vlog about some of my current favorites and recommendations, a fresh leg workout (listed below!), the first one since I broke my toe, and a very scary experience with a fire in my apartments! Feeling that fear for my home made me even more sad and compassionate for the damage going on in Houston right now, I've put some donation links below again! LEG WORKOUT (starts at 7:17)

Circuit 1:
15 reps Leg Press
15 reps Hip Thrusts
Repeat 4 times

Circuit 2:
10-12 reps Cable Quad Extentions
10-12 reps Cable Adductor
10-12 reps Cable Kickback
Repeat 4 times

Finish with desired cardio for 15-20 mintues
