#1 Cable Rope Pull Down Crunches - 20 reps for 4-5 sets
** Drop the weight and perform 10 more reps after each set- slow releases & quick contractions

#2 Incline Reverse Leg Raises - 6-10 reps for 4-5 sets
** Finish with vertical pulses up in the air for 4-6 reps

#3 Incline Bicycles - 10-15 reps per leg for 4-5 sets

#4 Incline Reverse Crunches with Bent Knees - 15-20 reps for 4-5 sets

#5 Side to Side Toe Tap Planks - 30-45 seconds depending on your experience level. 4 sets.

#6 Elbow to Hand Planks - 30-45 seconds for 4 sets

HOMEMADE CHUNKY APPLESAUCE RECIPE:

5-6 Fresh Apples. Rinsed and chopped up. The smaller the cubes, the less chunky it will be. **Option to peel the apples is fine!**

Place in pan and sprinkle A LOT of fresh cinnamon (add to your liking). Add 1/4 cup of water or enough to avoid burning the apples.

Place on medium-heat heat. Stir every 5 minutes and then once softened, mash with a potato masher. Let sit overnight.
