Today’s workout is a beautiful morning mantra yoga routine, all about setting your intentions for the day ✨ It’ll tone and strengthen your entire body and lengthen those gorgeous muscles! As you come to your mat, create a soothing environment for yourself ~ set up candles, dim the lights, or maybe take your practice outside. Take a moment to turn inward and feel your heartbeat. Focus on your breath as you set your intentions for the day! Think of three words — two words for yourself and one word for someone else in your life. These words could be love, courage, compassion, creativity, vitality, energy, nourishment, acceptance, or patience.

James did 50 Ironman Triathlons in 50 days, in 50 states. He was constantly on the move for 12 hours a day, running, swimming, and cycling. As soon as he was finished he had to travel to the next state.

Most days James only had about four hours to rest. That’s no time for your body to recover. Did he hurt? Did he want to give up? Of course. But James ended up powering through, breaking a Guinness World Record. At the end of the 50 days, his body had began to accept this was it’s new reality and he felt like he needed to do another triathlon.

Humans can push themselves so much further than you’d think. We just need to get over our mental barriers to see what we can really achieve.

I also show you a abs workout circuit which targets all parts of your abs. It's a fast and easy, yet very effective workout which you can do both in the gym or at home. You don't need any weights or equipment, all you really do need is your bodyweight only.

At 22, Jordan Hux was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. Due to her family history and other factors, Hux opted to undergo a double mastectomy in November 2017.

“(Jordan’s) one of the most positive people,” says Crystal Long of Long Road CrossFit in Urbana, Ohio, where Hux has been a member for over two years.

Long Road CrossFit, its members and the CrossFit community all rallied behind Hux to help raise funds for her medical expenses. With 100 percent of the proceeds going to Hux, Jordan’s Journey Fundraiser Competition brought many of Hux’s friends and family to tears when they saw the outpouring of support.

Hux feels lucky she caught her cancer early. Today, thanks to CrossFit and her community, she’s maintained her positive attitude and outlook on life.

“It’s gonna be a rough road, but someone’s got it way worse,” Hux reminds.
