93.23 now. Another run at 95 coming?
Looking @ the chart I think that we are here, aka the top. Yeah 95 maybe but dropping a mere 10 points is a trend break. Chart later.

I gotta admit - the thought never occurred to me to graph the GSR like you have done...

And THAT expansion of my thinking opens all sorts of sordid opportunities for mischief...

All the big money buys gold and none of them buy silver. There is no other explanation for such a GSR.

Look at silver eagle sales vs gold eagle sales. The dollar amounts being spent by retail is about 1:1 (there's 90 silver eagles being sold for 1 gold eagle)

Meanwhile the amount of gold that needs to absorbed by the market every year in dollar terms is about 30:1 after accounting for industrial use.

I guess that it is probably safe to guess that when gold leads silver it is a monetary crisis in the making.

How about the huge volume of physical silver that JP Morgan has already bought & stored? There hasn't been discussion about them & their silver hoard for a long time. Remember the old days with Blythe.

At what point can't they drive down silver anymore so they have to raise gold?
How much would you buy at $1500 vs. $10 and let the ratio work in your favor some time in the future?

At $1400 to $15 is 93.33:1
At $1500 to $15 is 100:1
At $1600 to $15 is 106.66:1
At $1400 to $10 is 140:1

Knocking on the door of 90 as I type. First significant correction to the GSR in a good bit. We will see if this is the start of a trend or just another blip on the radar screen.

87-88 still very good time to trade in my mind. Timing the top perfect rarely, if ever, works.
I still believe that trading Au for Ag at 80/1 or higher is going to be good in the long run. JMHO.
Back up 88.38/1 as of this post. Beatdown.....

Silver is such a steal at these prices...

This is a once (twice if you are lucky) in a lifetime opportunity to load up in silver/silver miners...

And that is not being dramatic. Thats a FACT.

Got my AG at $6.07. Probably should have bought moar but I threw most of my meager portfolio at a junky cannabis company and a long shot coal play.

A little is much better than none. If silver can climb this wall of worry it will take companies like AG up with it like they are on steroids.
