I'd be happy with $40+ Silver again, but no rockets or to the moon quotes please.

Remember the days when if the stock market dropped money would flow into metals as the safe haven? When the market rose metals would drop as investors moved money from metals back into the market to ride the uptick. Now the market is jumping and so isn't the spot price of metals. It's a strange world we live in these days. Down is up and up is down!

Metals market responding to the fact that Fed tightening is done, or nearly so. More dollar dilution on the way. PMs denominated in dollars soon to join PMs denominated in the rest of the world’s currency - up!

The managed markets above two posts by hook or crook (pun intended for humor) may break down and start to act correctly.

Perhaps the gold divided by oil (ratio) may assist us in just one way to look to see if things are breaking down.
The new dollar petro standard (hidden).

Another two ways are the stocks and the bonds.

Gold is highest than recent history in some 72 countries in their currencies. Including Canada and Mexico - has that for fun...

Keep your eye on all markets...

This will be a strange year.

SLIVER is so dirt cheap BUY all you can if you do not have what you want and can afford it!

The 1st reason it is so cheap is the RATIO which should be - if honest - at a minimum of around 30 to 1 or 30 as you
nominally print it. Now around 83 ish... History's Believe it or not - LOL

The second reason is that it is in the earth around 10 ounces of silver to 1 ounce of gold.

The third reason is that TPTB have made so much fiat currency and managed markets that they can not manage &
JUGGLE them successfully for too long more...

Have humor and have a home bank with lots of JUNK USA SILVER for the stores like in Germany 1921-1923...

80+ is just ridiculous even for the red-headed stepchild called 'Silver'........ embarrassing things are this far out of whack.

We swap clowns for President, we have grown men running around pretending to be comic book heroes, everything is paid digitally including unemployment compensation....... and the electronic devices serve as pacifiers for the sheeple keeping anyone from discovering reality.

Other than here and a few that I know personally, why are common folk so against owning a few rounds or at least keep some silver in a sock drawer ? It's not that hard to see it's a good value.

More Kool-Aid anyone ???

We are at stratospheric heights people... the GSR ratio is RARELY this out of whack.

By any rational argument...with RATIONAL being the important point - silver should be a heavily overweight buying position at this juncture.

This is close to the cheapest that silver has ever been in recorded history as based on a GSR.

Let that thought marinate for a minute....

4.2oz of Ag buys 1-barrel of Brent Crude

812+oz buys a cheap car ($12.8k)

84.043092 TO ONE!

That is dirt CHEAP... LOL

Determine the condition of the economy

Determine the condition of the industry

Determine the condition of the country

Determine the value of the country's total stock

... then since your mother drowned all the dumb ones (you are smart, right?) buy what you wanted to hold...

Great way to look at it. To me just seems like a matter of time until we see some real action. When we do you know that ratio is going to come down. 2c

I may have asked this...when doing a swap of this kind, say, at a LCS, is it a straight exchange...no fees? Just 85 pieces for 1?

I would imagine it depends on the LCS, the PM's involved & the desire to do it.
I've considered trading a few 2006 Proof Au Buffalos, I would want at least 82 SAE's & the trade would have to be very attractive to consider generic.
I did some trading long ago Ag for Au when in the mid 30's, as I recall pretty even on 1 oz & a few oz more for 1/10oz.
That's just me, good luck.
