Update: I received the last 6 coins I ordered from Hattons and have been very pleased with what I purchased. I'm pretty happy I got just got in under the price increase. I can vouch for quality and value of these coins and recommend them if you're looking to make small investments in gold.

I kind of wish COA's fit nicely inside the HoL boxes. The coins are cute (I guess) and so tiny! Amazing how little a 2 gram gold coin can be.

I didn't get the Gibraltar (Concorde) one. Should have. Will probably sell the TdC types. The NZ is cool though. They also made a 2020 Churchill piece (not sure of geography). It's sold out, sadly.

I ordered a New Zealand coin this week. This one and the King George III coin I got earlier this year both have great artwork.

i've been shopping numismatics, flipping some bullion and buying errors and general silver numis,, with the best grades, for as cheap as i can find 'em

edit:
and i hate to brag, because some of the stuff i buy could be from one of you guys...i'd hate to tell you about the mistakes in the write ups and the valuable coins that show up in the mail because the seller didn't really know what they had...

I pick up a few ounces here and there but essentially I'm on the sidelines watching folks trying to stock up at today's prices

That's cool. I haven't really been doing Numis lately but there still are some Carson City Morgans I would love to get. When the time is right I'll sell some bullion to purchase those coins.

Gold busted downward through support at $1865, next support ~$1800-1810; silber support at ~$23.00.

Anyway, black Friday and cyber Monday sales are always fun if there's something worth picking up that interests you. Nothing spectacular so far, but here goes:

--LIMIT 1, SD Bullion silver round at spot: https://sdbullion.com/freedom-round-black-friday

--British Sovereigns at $12.99 over melt, condition "varied" or "AU or better" depending on description details...DYODD LOL: https://www.providentmetals.com/great-britain-sovereign-gold.html

--Asahi silver rounds at spot + $1.69 any quantity: https://bullionexchanges.com/1-oz-asahi-silver-round

--Engelhard 100oz silver bar at spot + $0.99: https://bullionexchanges.com/100-oz-engelhard-silver-vintage-bar-999-fine

I bought 100 South African silver 1oz. by check. Price was right based on current market.

I need 10 oz of gold and 5 oz of platinum now. Kitco has some decent pricing on maples.

Those APMEX specials sold out almost immediately.
I was checking right up until 3am this morning and never saw a hint of them. How many did they have, 1?

I think it said they had 150. I had one in my cart for a while, but the website kept crashing as I was trying to check out.
In the end I got a rock.

It seems like any time the spot price jumps, APMEX starts a sale on silver shot, hand-me down melt buckets and Werewolf Caliber ammunition...
Decent prices on rounds, but I've had issues in the past trying to offload some of their stranger items.

Ok, I'll bite. What's a Silver Secondary Market Melt Bucket?

What's the resale on your average bucket?
If I were to bring my melt bucket into the local coin dealer, swing it over my head three times and slam it on the counter, what would he offer me?
