The lie of global warming is one of the biggest disappointments of my life. I was looking forward to treasure hunting in the lakes year 'round.
Getting a little snow then all of it going away. Long long spring and fall seasons. Lower heating bills etc etc.
All lies but still very consistent with everything we've been told by the various levels of authority.
Everything we have been taught and told by government, it's education system and it's media is a lie. All of it.
Snowing like a bitch out there and cold as a bankers heart, driving home later today ought to be fun.
Not sure how much more global warming I can take with snow and cold starting in October now.
But when the snow starts in September I'm sure the religion of the stupid will be going strong. Right Greta?
Ah, the Christmas Tree quest. Reminds me of some of my past (mis)adventures.
Three, four of us drunks decidin to get trees to the girls.
Drivin out after midnight, through the snowfall, to the xmas tree farms outside Buckly.
Crossin the barb wire fences in the blowing snow and the dark. Findin the perfect tree without excessive use of yer flashlight.
Ah, the good ole days. Better than the free corn and apples of summer and fall. <heh>
Use to board cruise ships in Fort Lauderdale. Not in summer - never. Boy, it was hot there there.
I checked one time and saw that it was on the same level as Mazatlan, Mexico - but it sure seemed hotter in Florida.
I would carry a water bottle filled with ICE as a permanent spray...
We are 63 degrees here at 11:00 a.m. but the sun's UVs feel like 80 degrees.
TPTB must have blown away several layers of our atmosphere playing little boys with their atomic bombs... just saying...
My Ham radio waves just keep flying out of the atmosphere and not bouncing back from the past about 2,500 miles...
<heh> That's a La Cross weather station I picked up at Goodwill for ten bucks. Had to buy a wind sensor unit to get the wind speed thing-a-ma-bob to work. Fastest wind speed for the year so far was the 18 MPH reading I got when I blew on it to test it's communication with the main unit. I don't think I can blow 90 — I may be a blowhard but not that hard.
It's been colder than Hillary's Tit here on the east coast, but we did catch a break today and tomorrow, unusually warm temperatures (for us, that is high goddam 40's).
Also, general observation from the Swamp Yankee Meteorology Network, seasons are shifting here, with shorter and later summers longer winters. If you're a prepper and want to grow your own food here, you need a good greenhouse or it's going to be very difficult.
Global Warming? Yeah, Lechen Sie meinen arschule, you Globalist faggots.
I don't remember a November/December that were ever as mild as this year. Not above freezing but not cold hardly at all. Today should be up to 20F and the same is forecast until the new year. I've never figured out how anyone up here could be against global warming, yet.
So, I get up this am., run through my S's and turn on the TV to get the local weather while I start the first pot of coffee for the day and I'm greeted by a picture of a talking Keven Spacey which is like a big bellows on coals. Gives me a shudder and the blood pressure starts going up! Best to go see if the coffee's ready yet, thankfully it is. Get back to the tube soon enough to catch the day's weather, the warmest Christmas since 1982. Expected high today is 55, 10 degrees less than '82 an we'll remain in the 50's until Sunday. That's good for us personally because we're going to see the kids this weekend in Chicago so I won't have to deal with any ice or snow. Gets cold again on Monday with day time highs in the 30's. Supposed to stay that way and colder well into January. Weird weather to end the year.
