Concrete and blacktop jungles.In watching the news a bit I find the news in the ne of catastrophic flooding from Ida intresting.... 3" of rain a hour in NYC being historic..... where I am regularly we get 3" a hour in the spring....worst I have had on my property was 9" a hour....I guess I mistakenly assumed the ne got heavy spring rains and could cope with this level of rain
