The question came up, “how to honestly count votes?”

We were on Revolution Radio, a little show called “Intel Warriors,” [link below] and the question came up that you could have the most secure voter system imaginable, even retina-scan ID, and there would still be the problem of dishonest vote counters.

Even if you had a machine count the vote, it could be rigged (witness Dominion voting system whose counts are being investigated). So how do you count a vote and make sure it is right?

Simple answer is to count it more than once and have different folks count. For instance, I am a voting member of a group in which we do occasionally have contested elections. It is not a large group, but the way we count votes might illustrate a larger possibility.

The votes are collected and verified that the number of votes matches the number of people. The votes are separated into two piles.

Two different groups of people count their pile. Each comes up with a number of votes for each candidate. Then they SWITCH piles.

Each pile of votes are counted again by the other counters, tallied and reported. The two tallies for each pile have to match.

Too simple a process and too difficult to cheat so no dishonest person will support it.

Filmed live, broadcast to the entire country from when ballot is cast until counted, from multiple camera angles,

Anyone intentionally caught tampering, altering, falsifying or otherwise disrupting the process is put to death.

Seems simple enough. How long would it take to count 150 million twice?

A quick search shows that it takes about 13 1/2 days to count to 1 million. So that equates to 4050 days to count to 300 million. (Counting 150 million twice).. Be slower if your counting ballots of course. Of course you aren't just counting the Presidents votes. Your counting the votes for everyone on the ballot.. I can count to 10 in a little over 1 second. It would probably take close to 30 seconds to a minute to tabulate each vote on a ballot. Lets go with the lower number of 30 seconds per ballot.
Thats 121,500 days. Counting 24 hrs a day. Lets be real and assume one could look at ballots for 12 hrs a day and not make a mistake. Thats 243,000 days or 243,000 people for 1 day. Thats less than 5000 per state..Seems doable.

I'm not a statistician but I think you could reduce the hand work by a lot by scanning the vote but manually and randomly auditing a percentage of them. If a statistically significant portion of the audited votes were different from the scanned, you would KNOW something is up.

Honest vote counting will never be allowed by half the US. Perhaps that half needs to be exorcised from the country!

If Vegas can have video surveillance of every employee then they can have every election official on tape for every count.

Yeah you can do recounts but what good does that do? What about the car loads of 'found' ballots that come in late from some ward boss in downtown Detroit or Pittsburgh or Atlanta or...? Count them again and you'll get roughly the same number again. Or what of the vote totals that are higher than the total population in some counties? What do you do with that? A do-over? The crime is done, buried and nearly, if not completely impossible to rectify.

And any appeals or investigations of the magnitude required for something like this type of crime would likely take many months- but more likely years to resolve. Trying to get it all done in 20 days? Ain't gonna happen. We're talking about millions of ballots in hundreds of counties in maybe a half dozen states. Plus we're in the midst of a 'pandemic' where half of the country is shut down anyway. Throw in a Thanksgiving holiday where everyone is gone for at least 4 days... You get the idea.

As much as it pains me to say it, you may as well get used to saying 'president harris'.
