DGRI: I got in at .0012 and am up 50% thanks to the pop today. The latest article seems to of helped. I picked up some LATF after the natural Viagra news and am still down but it seems to be creeping up nicely. I'll hold for a while. My CBGI did well today, up over 100%, but I am still down over 50% so I'll keep it a while longer. I have a buy order in for BRND @ .0008 do you think it will go down a lot lower than that? I'm liking the action on SIBE, wish I bought more. I don't particularly like to chase stocks so I'll stick with what I have. Do you have a sell price for SIBE or are you holding longer term?

Had a grade-school friend who did exactly that. Has his own industrial testing business.

EVEN if somehow government ORDERED the stuff be legal in safety-sensitive environments, there would still be the question of liability. They'll test out the wazoo after an accident.

This...is actually a good place to put money, methinks.

Not a very smart practice to test after the accident. I know a guy who had a company vehicle, and he was invloved in a wreck. His company forced him to take a piss test. He came back dirty. The other driver used the test against the company and sued the living sheet out of them for letting someone high operate their vehicle. They just made the case against themselves rock solid. Now if he had been clean, different story.

"We are very excited to be able to take this incredible resource for teachers and students and bring it to so many more schools in the U.S. and around the world," stated Saba. "Building a high performing lifelong learning company around this exceptional team of education professionals is the perfect next step for Sibling Group Holdings and sets the tone for long term success."

The BSN team is already working to re-launch Sibling's Special Education, and Social Emotional Learning products under the BSN brand. BSN is also working with Sibling experts on bringing a Childhood Development Associate certification product to market in 2014.

CBCA share price has been correcting with the rest of the sector except for GBLX. Should of got in at $1 it's going up to $3.

Hey, I was able to pick up 10,000 shares of SIBE for .12 today. People seem to be selling the news. Glad I didn't chase it.

Testing is REQUIRED, by LAW - after railroad accidents and probably airline incidents as well.

Guaranteed market for the service.

Hatter been busy expanding his business. It may be time to look at MJ stocks again. I've been nibbling, 'tis the season.

I'm here. I won't be back for good for a few more weeks though. Managed to set up another office in a different state and doing decent so far. Have a few projects to complete and I'll be back for the ride.

I'll be buying back in soon.

I bought in heavy on CBDS when the Gary Johnson announcement was made.

I'm still in with GWPRF and just doubled my position on this recent pullback.

I'm thinking HEMP for longterm? Still sitting on the sidelines.

My gambler stock is DEWM. Holding 2 million shares. (Longshot!)

I think DIDG is very undervalued... But I'm not sure that will change.

Are the MJ stocks experiencing a "Buy the rumor, sell the news" event? Or are we tracking the price of the metals downward. Come on investors, Oregon and Alaska just got on board. Illinois is building up their medical MJ infrastructure. As of yet, I don't know of any dispensaries in Illinois. Please correct me if I'm wrong. That will be a huge market. And, as Illinois goes so does Indiana. Except they won't sell weed on Sundays, as with alcohol, LOL.

Don't want to put a downer on the buzz, but investors may want to be up-to-speed on the international law implications (ie, if this hasn't already been covered); particularly as it concerns recent referendums in the United States.

U.S. states' pot legalization not in line with international law: U.N. agency says

Moves by some U.S. states to legalize marijuana are not in line with international drugs conventions, the U.N. anti-narcotics chief said on Wednesday, adding he would discuss the issue in Washington next week.

"I don't see how (the new laws) can be compatible with existing conventions," Yury Fedotov, executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), told reporters.

The International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) has oversight of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, which it says requires states to limit the use of cannabis to medical and scientific purposes, due to its dependence-producing potential. The Vienna-based INCB monitors compliance with this and two other drug control treaties to which the United States is a signatory.

Drug laws in the United States are implementations of international treaties. Treaties do not apply to US citizens at home, this is a fundamental legal principle.
