I heard monsanto was in line for mass production of medical if the Florida vote went through. Any truth to that?

I bought in heavy on CBDS when the Gary Johnson announcement was made.

I'm still in with GWPRF and just doubled my position on this recent pullback.

I'm thinking HEMP for longterm? Still sitting on the sidelines.

My gambler stock is DEWM. Holding 2 million shares. (Longshot!)

I think DIDG is very undervalued... But I'm not sure that will change.
GW - hope you looked at my gambler pick (DEWM). Might be a good time to sell off some of our shares this afternoon. Look at it now ;-)

Don't want to put a downer on the buzz, but investors may want to be up-to-speed on the international law implications (ie, if this hasn't already been covered); particularly as it concerns recent referendums in the United States.

U.S. states' pot legalization not in line with international law: U.N. agency says

Moves by some U.S. states to legalize marijuana are not in line with international drugs conventions, the U.N. anti-narcotics chief said on Wednesday, adding he would discuss the issue in Washington next week.

"I don't see how (the new laws) can be compatible with existing conventions," Yury Fedotov, executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), told reporters.

The International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) has oversight of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, which it says requires states to limit the use of cannabis to medical and scientific purposes, due to its dependence-producing potential. The Vienna-based INCB monitors compliance with this and two other drug control treaties to which the United States is a signatory.

Drug laws in the United States are implementations of international treaties. Treaties do not apply to US citizens at home, this is a fundamental legal principle.

We started last year in this thread. If you were following along, a few of us picked 100% plays in real time. Go back through and check. We're going to do it again this year :-)

This was gambling money for us... I started with under $10,000 gambling money in this account - I'm up to about $30K in this account today.

Warren Buffet enters the MJ industry through one of his subsidiary companies.

Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Enters Cannabis Industry

AVTC comments on growing marijuana industry

CORONA, Calif., Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AVT, Inc. (OTC Markets: AVTC) (www.autoretail.com), a design integrator and manufacturer of high performance automated retailing systems, custom vending machines, and compliance and control mechanisms for the rapidly growing legal cannabis industry, commented on the news that Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Company has entered the legal marijuana industry.

An article in Bloomberg News, reported that Warren Buffet owes part of his fortune to selling ice cream, soft drinks and candy. Now, a company in Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. is turning to marijuana.

That subsidiary is Cubic Designs, Inc., a unit of Berkshire's MiTek business, which specializes in making platforms that maximize floor space in warehouses. Recently Cubic Designs sent fliers to marijuana dispensaries with offers to help them expand the number of plants they cultivate. The fliers say that Cubic Designs can help double their growing space and improve their profits.

As reported in Marijuana Investor News, there is a growing acceptance of marijuana. "Not too long ago, this kind of effort was unfeasible for a major corporation," the report stated. "It has become much more acceptable in the United States. Colorado and Washington have legalized the drug for recreational use, and Alaska and Oregon will be joining them in 2015. On top of that, marijuana is legal for medical use in 23 states."

James Winsor, CEO of AVT, Inc., commented that when Warren Buffet invests in an industry, the world takes notice. "Buffet is currently the third richest person in the world, an accomplishment made by finding growth opportunities in industries and companies such as Dairy Queen, See's Candies, and Coca-Cola," he said. "With the marijuana industry growing rapidly and gaining both acceptance and momentum, there are tremendous opportunities for companies that supply products, services, and technologies to this market."

AVT is a trusted supplier of technology and systems to the legal cannabis industry. "We co-develop and manufacture systems for our clients that help improve cannabis security, while providing compliance with all regulations, which is essential to the industry's future growth," Winsor noted. "I believe forward-thinking systems such as ours will be a vital part of the cannabis industry well into the future."

Southfork - Hemp is sitting at .04 today. I'm expected a little bit of a rise and accumulation throughout the end of next week. I think massive PR at the 4th-5th of December and hemp get's pushed back around .06. Just my opinion, but I've done a TON of DD. GLTYA

Just for clarification to you non-texters, GLTYA is an acronym for “good luck to you” not a stock symbol. ;)

Been picking up more EAPH when I can get it at .01 or under. It takes a while to accumulate at those levels but can be done. Ive also slowly been adding TRTC and HEMP. Anybody else starting to load up? I think the big run will be 2016 when 7 states bring it to the table.

A stands for "All" I believe. I got in a little too early just like last year and in the red at this point in time, just like last year. I'll keep adding when I see bargains.

Whats your guys opinion on EAPH? They have been pumping out news, but so far seems all just fluf. I do own some and have been picking some up when it dips. I do think now is the time to start loading up for the new year. Volume is slowling rising on the ones I watch.

EAPH has a grower lined up in California. If the company does what they have been saying it could be an awesome start of the year for them.

I used to play with cbis, I wouldn't touch it now. I hold some mjna that I am happy to sit on, I think they have a great future.

Best way to invest in cannabis would be a funding a gardener. I just happen to know a pro who needs funding ;-)
