Here in snowflake city the snow (when it happens) is a moist greazy type. That is to say it's slicker than snot right from the start.
It makes for some interesting videos of cars sliding slowly down snowy hills, people trying to walk, and other interesting subjects. Like this guy who let his shovel get away from him.

Finding a compatible friendly caring uncomplaining wife has been harder and harder in the "West"... where women are taught to be manly, and men to be hyper-sensitive wimps...

I'm still in 90% "harmony" with my (educated, professional) Venezuelan wife after over 40 years of marriage.

Some of the "better long-lasting couples" I've observed involved a wife from a "Non-Western" culture, where men are not put on the skillet for not changing all the diapers, not cooking half the meals, not doing all the washing-up... But expected to do the "heavy maintenance and repairs" instead, and "bring back the bacon".

Sounds like I'm advocating the "hunter-gatherer" culture, eh?
