MAJOR News Just Broke About The Dakota Access Pipeline That Obama Stopped

FAIRBANKS, AK - JUNE 21: A buried section of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline emerges a few miles north of the Yukon River on July 21, 2002 in Fairbanks, Alaska. The 800 mile pipeline carries crude oil from Prudhoe Bay to the ice free port of Valdez, Alaska. (Photo by Barry Williams/Getty Images)

From the start, it was clear to fair-minded observers that the Dakota Access Pipeline was a net benefit for the country.

However, a significant amount of misinformation from the left was spread about the project intended to make it seem like the construction would negatively harm the environment or improperly “steal” land from neighboring Indian tribes. Neither criticisms were true.

President Trump has made it clear he supports American energy independence and it looks like the final hurdle in the way of pipeline construction has been overcome.

From Townhall:

The Army Corps of Engineers will grant a permit to begin building the Dakota Access Pipeline, the controversial pipeline that saw months of protests with the Standing Rock Sioux tribe in North Dakota. Under the Obama administration, the Army Corps of Engineers was required to complete an environmental study prior to the pipeline approval–and this study has now been abandoned.

Great news for the unemployed Americans who were victimized by Obama’s anemic economy that will now be able to put food on the table thanks to a pipeline job.

It’s also a great step forward toward energy independence not only because of this pipeline in particular but because of the precedent it sets and the message it sends.

I just went by the bridge where they burned a car.

The pipeline is buried and you can't tell anyone has been there.

It looks like a plow went over the ground where they put it.

The pipeline goes 90 feet under the river and is double-walled.

The locals say there was one big mess after the protesters left. Trash everywhere.

The city of Mandan @18K people and Bismarck @68K people had to foot the cleanup bill.

Court cases pending.

The protest camp area is overgrown with grass.

The locals are ranchers and farmers. They're pissed at all the outsiders and the false news about what went on.

These folks are the salt-of-the-Earth type. They don't suffer fools.

Currently there is a drought here and crops are in danger.
